This man made my nails soo detailed and high quality and we didn’t even use fake nails! He also said they would last for two months sense I got gel nails I toatally recommend !

Great service. Walked in an hour before close and they were happy to do a basic manicure and pedicure. I didn’t need anything fancy and the outcome was fantastic. I’m new to town and definitely coming back again. Also great prices

The Pedicure is the Bomb! I had a pedicure done at 1st with my daughter and my grand-daughter who is 4 yrs. old had her nails cut and painted.About 3 weeks later, I got my husband and my other daughter to do a pedicure also. At that time I brought my mom to do deep conditioning and styling of her hair. My hubby and mother also did some facial waxing.I like the idea of the large shop handling all the different personal needs for both men and women.I will tell my friends and family to go to Luxure Nail Spa and Hair Salon!

Nice place, convenient location (to me at least), friendly staff, never had to wait to make an appointment. Always enjoyed the haircuts I get here - cant comment on the mani/pedi service. The prices are absurdly cheap, in my opinion. This is not a ultra boutique location, so dont expect some $450 haircut. But I definitely would recommend coming here for a normal haircut.

Only one person doing hair, so she zig zagged between the both of her clients. I booked my appt for a shampoo, cut and style, but she thought it was a style, had to go back to her other client, which made my appt even longer. Was rough shampooing/drying my hair and when I told her I wanted my hair cut to my shoulders, she barely touched it. I shouldve left, but I was hoping it would get better. She then proceeded to mix mousse w something else, which she did while blocking my view. I left there with my hair feeling ...crispy immediately washed it out.😑

I’m a little disappointed. I went here for a mani pedi since it was close by and i Called and they said it would be 40 dollars. She asked me if I wanted my calluses scrubbed and I said yes and she told me it’s be 56 because the basic didn’t come with a foot scrub I agreed and got some flowers on my toes which she said would be 10 dollars I said okay and than after I checked out I saw their prices saying it would only be 5 bucks for my foot scrub (I didn’t need the extra stuff) and only 4 dollar per nail design. I walked In expecting to pay 50 bucks and walked out paying 75.

👏🏽DO👏🏽NOT👏🏽GO👏🏽HERE! I paid $100.00 for a mani pedi and I tipped $10. I had to go back to get my toes fixed because the polish on my big toes were clumped on. I had a gel mani and they peeled off a week after getting them done. This place is a complete rip off and they do not care about the quality of their work.

I give this place 10 Stars!!!!!!!!!! I went here because it was the closest available to me. However, I could not have picked a better place. I came here initially to get a full set of nails and a pedicure. Not only were they efficient and thorough, they were friendly and helpful in letting me know all of my options. I was wanting to get my hair done as well and inquire to see if they did eyelash extensions. I was pleasantly surprised that they did all of the above. My One Stop Shop could not have been a greater place. Miss Mary did my hair, which consisted of highlights throughout my whole head. Mr. Tai did my nails and my eyelashes. I could not have been happier or more satisfied with them both!!! I will not go anywhere else on this island other than Luxure. I will also make sure to send anybody I know who is interested in these types of services to go here. They really went above and beyond to ensure that I was not just satisfied but completely thrilled with the transformation they gave me. I have gotten the most compliments from the first moment I stepped foot out of the salon to the present. I was truly blessed to find such an amazing Salon with every possible service I would want and an amazing staff to help me and make me feel welcome. Thank you everybody at Luxure for being so awesome... oh, and I will see you all in a couple of weeks!!!

He was very welcoming and listened to what I was requesting and went right to it. He made recommendations which made sense for my feet. He is very professional knows his stuff and had pleasant conversation. If you’re looking for a place to get your nails done, check this place out and ask for Tony.

After staying in place for 4 months having a pedicure and manicure was heavenly. My husband enjoyed his pedicure and haircut. Friendly staff and peaceful environment.

This place is awesome if your not a local and in town for a bit. I absolutely loved my nails. Only thing I was disappointed in is the face that service was slow and there were plenty of people working and no line. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Definitely returning though. Maybe it was an off day.

Went here after reading all the reviews regardless of some weird comments and Ty was amazing. Im actually very impressed. Have been getting acrylic nails for 10+ years and he was fast, efficient , and an perfectionist. Extremely pleased with my services and very pleasant to speak to. Listened to what I wanted and executed perfectly. If I wasnt on vacation hed be my new nail technician. Highly recommend! Also very reasonable prices considering Hawaii is expensive in general.

We had are our hair and nails done at this establishment for my sisters wedding. A day that should have been very special for her started off on the wrong foot when the man doing her nails could not get her French tip and flowers on her nails correctly. He was very rude almost yelling at her telling her it was her fault because she was moving when she was sitting on the chair getting a pedicure. She left that place close to tears. We made reservations several weeks prior to the wedding and they assured us they could accommodate 6 of us for hair and nails. They had two ladies working on our hair sharing one curling iron. We arrived at 930, we were there for almost 4 hours and the bride was unable to get her hair done because it was taking to long and the wedding was at 4. Only one of the hairdressers and one lady doing nails that seemed to know what they were doing. That is the only reason I gave them one star. All in all they were rude, inexperienced and expensive. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Its ok. My finger nails didnt last a week, which is not great. But they looked nice initially and the nail tech was nice. They had an issue processing credit cards which has apparently been an issue lately, which was annoying.

This gel nail they did for me is pretty bad and cost me almost 70 bucks for a simple design. I would chose other place to do nails.

Ok, so I have been to many nail salons, and I have been doing my nails for 10yrs. I finally found a nail salon that actually did what I wanted them to do. They understood me perfectly. When I was explaining to them what I wanted they didnt make me feel like it was a bother. And I have been trying to find a salon that does my nails a certain way because I am very picky they totally did what I wanted! It was a just a few dollars more then what I would normally pay, but for the customer service, how quick and friendly they were was totally worth it!! My new favorite nail salon!

My go to place to buy nail files, and files for my feet and what not. They have a good selection of hand feet and nail care supplies right there in their front glass display.

Ok service, I had to frequently correct them on shaping my nails. They also kinda coped an attitude and tried to rush me when I was deciding on what color to get. Overall my experience here was ok. Wasnt bad but it wasnt good either. My nails definitely werent worth $50+. When I go home Im going to fix them 😬😂

We had a party of four and they couldnt accommodate us all, even though the place was empty. Got a pedicure and acrylics done four my wedding the next day. My pedicure was great until the polish. It needed to be redone and when done by someone else at the salon it was much better. Waikiki prices, so dont be shocked by the super high prices.

Awesome pedicure and fills. My hands and nails feel so good and my feet and toenails look fantastic. Tina did a wonderful paraffin wax treatment and pedi. I will be back

If I could give no stars I would. The lady was so rude that my mother and I ended up leaving. We had walked by 3 times and the place was empty every time. Should have read the warning signs.

Zero stars! I came in, showed them a picture of what I wanted done and got a quote for my hair. The owner said she would charge me $60 for a few highlights in my hair so I made an appointment for the next day and Mary did a half set of highlights. The bleach they use is the absolute cheapest kind of powder bleach they could find. They left me under the dryer chair for about 20 minutes, and then moved me to the sink for another 30 while Mary cut another womans hair. She finally came to wash out my hair. Didnt even blow dry my hair to show me the color. Blow dry and flat iron were apparently extra. So I get up to pay and the owner comes back and tells me its an extra $20 for toner they had to use after they bleached it so my hair wouldnt look orange. They never informed me about this during the process. Either way she ended up charging me $84 and not $60 like she originally quoted me for. Even with the $20 for toner it shouldve been $80. So the other $4 came from I dont know what?? And all of a sudden her English is very broken and she cant explain to me why. As my hair began to dry, it was ripping and breaking off. Stretchy and gummy when wet. Breaks right off when dry. $84 for hair color that looked nothing like the pic I showed them. Awful. Not to mention I paid $136 for nails they told me would be no more than $100. Clear acrylics and a gel pedicure plus the callous remover is not worth $136. Save your hair and money and take your business elsewhere. $220 in total and they didnt even let me use their bathroom. Never coming back. Shady, greedy people who do awful work.

Wow, best pedicure of my life. This lovey lady took my calluses off 3x... and I do get monthly pedicures with callous removal at home. She generated feeling in parts of my feet that have been numb for years. My feet were so sore when I went in and I left walking on air! I never knew calluses would reduce the flexibility in my feet. Thanks a million!

Great experience! They did exactly what I wanted for my nails at a great price. Its a little hard to find, seeing as it is a sub-level store but there is a sign on the stair case guiding you to it.

Terrible experience!!!..i dont wanna come back anymore...i wanna give ZERO STAR!!! I went there today just for my eyelash extension...OMG!!..😱😱my eyes was looks red and i felt Burn inside MY EYES .so i told the guy to take out my eyelashes cause i cant leave my eyes like that, felt like heat and watery..and i dont like also the hair of lashes extension very hard..im not suppose to went there but my friend of mine ,shes a japanese super best for eyelash extension an she using expensive stuffs an the extension too but she was in japan right now thats why i dont have choice i looking some salon to do it.but sadly cause i never read the reviews before i went.Charge to experience...but well thanks for today...my eyes now i still feel hurt..😭😭

Horrible service! If you’re on VACATION skip this place!I came in for a pedicure and Gel nails. As soon as I came in they immediately wanted me seated as I was trying to find the prices to their services, guess what? They DOUBLED the price to almost everything I wanted done. Don’t blame them! Literally this place was empty and I should’ve known, it speaks as soon as you come in. I changed my mind when I wanted Gel nails priced for $60 to Acrylic for $50 a simple “coffin nail” look with 1 color base. Pedicure was Amazing! I felt my boyfriend got a better service than I did! On acrylic nails it was almost a slap to the face. GIRLS! I let the “nail technician” know the nail was horribly placed (in THE MOST NICEST WAY POSSIBLE) she said my finger wasn’t straight LOL that she didn’t place it wrong, my finger was crooked. I have no fingers or nails “crooked” every PROFESSIONAL NAIL TECHNICIAN I’VE EVER HAD HAS DONE THEM PERFECTLY FINE.This horrible attitude lack of professionalism old lady didn’t want to be wrong! She couldn’t take it. As soon as she started the ‘coffin look’ she simply didn’t buff or shape the nail. She just clipped it with the nail cutter and didn’t let me know if they were fine and proceeded with the powder. I couldn’t take it anymore and completely asked to remove the nails and I’ll just do the pedicure and find somewhere else to go for my acrylics. Letting you know the base nails are SUPER CHEAP! So flimsy!Btw.. The acrylic old lady was doing it so fast it was only going to take her 20 mins. She just wanted me out with doubled the priceMy boyfriend paid $60 for our pedicures When she said $50This place just wants money.Worst experience!!!

My husband and I are on vacation from Arizona. I always get a gel pedicure back home regularly. This was by far the BEST pedicure I have ever gotten. My husband loved his pedicure as well. Very happy!

$45 for a standard spa pedicure. I think it was $26 for the basic pedicure but if you want them to buff your nails and pumice your heels its an extra $19. Should just get the $26 basic pedicure and go buy some apricot scrub at the store for $4. Cheaper and you can do it every day in the shower haha

Full set of acrylic w/ no gel was $35. Cheapest in waikiki and great service. Totally going back again!!

I love this place. I found them on Google search and came over to get my mani/pedi done, and love how fast they get me in--no waiting, no appointment needed. I heard they validate parking, but I didn’t need it because it’s walking distance from my hotel. They also sell nail polish for touch up (for emergency fix). The huge place is kept clean and refreshing. Not over price! The store manager is very nice. I will definitely come back here again!

Went today to ask if Luxure could help me out by sending someone to my apartment to cut my invalid wifes hair. We live in the same building. They refused. Heartless people. I will never go there.

Terrible experience! As soon as I said I didn’t want anything above and beyond a regular manicure and pedicure they were rude, pedicure was a joke, polish was sloppy and the tech was rude when I asked her to tidy it up. Ended up paying for pedicure and leaving without bothering with manicure. Went home and redid my toe polish.

On vacation and broke 3 nails! They fit me in no problem and took great care of me!

If youre a man, dont go there to get a haircut. The man that cut my hair, totally butchered my haircut. Lesson learned. Go somewhere where someone speaks your language and would ask you how you want your haircut before just clipping away. Bottom line, dont go there.

I walked in for a pedicure and was accommodated right away. I went with the deluxe pedicure and loved it. The chairs are pretty good and give a good massage. The woman, I believe Mary, was very nice and did a great job. My feet are incredibly soft after the wax treatment and I am so relaxed after the hot stones and scrub. She took great detail to make sure my nails were perfect and there was no polish on my skin. She greeted everyone that came in, but I never felt neglected. I am planning on returning for other services. She was coloring and cutting someones hair that walked in without an appointment as I was leaving. Seems like an affordable place to pop in to treat yourself. See you ladies soon!
