My oldest daughter and my youngest went about 4 days ago to get their nails done here. I was so upset when my 8 year old daughter came home to show me her nails. They cut her nails so low that it looked like she was a habitually nail biter. When I asked her did it hurt, she said yes. I asked why didnt you say anything, she says she doesnt know. I could just tell by looking at them that it hurt to cut them that low and disappointed that another adult that was doing her nails would not know this.

Great hidden place. staff was friendly and the lady who did my nail paid attention to detail and i loved that.

Helen did an amazing job on my powder dip! She was thorough, going as far as adding a fine glitter base under the gold glitter so that it wouldn’t be transparent. All of the staff is very personable, and I feel like $45 for my full set powder fill was well worth it for the quality.

Had a wonderful experience. Was worth researching this nail salon. Everyone was great and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We had the absolute BEST experience at JJ Union! They were incredibly accommodating to our large group and made the experience so much fun. On top of that, the techs are super talented and did an amazing job. Can’t recommend them enough!

Had a wonderful experience. Hong is the most pleasant and accommodating person I have ever met! He patiently directed me to the right place over the phone and extended their hour for me. Try his massage as well. I assure you will be absolutely amazed.

Easy to find. Very nice people and quality service. I was helped by a man...I think his name was Hong? Sorry if thats wrong. Anyway he was very pleasant to talk to. I will be going back here in the future.

Everyone there is very friendly. I usually get my eyebrows done there and I always leave happy. They are usually able to take me same day. I love going there and would reccomend them to anyone.

First time visiting Hawai‘i and we found this place on a rainy afternoon when there’s nothing you can do outside. Everyone was awesome. Very friendly and easy to talk to. My husband and I had the brother/sister team and our friend who came with us had another lady. Everyone was great very detail oriented never felt rushed. The place was clean. Too bad they can’t come to Texas. Ha! Thank you guys!

I popped in for a pedi and manicure while here for work. The people were extremely friendly and customer service impeccable because its almost unheard of today! The pedi and manicure were perfectly done and the price was right! My husband will get the deep tissue massage before we leave.

She charged me for gel nails but only put gel polish on top ! $40 They peeled off and also charged me $15 to just paint toes ! Rude as well !!!!

My future step-mother scheduled a group mani-pedi session at JJ Union Nails so all the ladies of her bridal party could get pampered before her wedding. The shop was clean, well lit, and had an overall pleasant atmosphere. I personally had Hong and Jenny as my nail technicians. Both did a fantastic job.Jenny offered input on my designs that made them look so much better than what Id visualized in my head. (She also went along with my sarcastic shenanigans, which earned her massive brownie points in my book.)Hong also offered input on my nails, but was also super attentive. I had a terrible knot in my back, and he saw me squirming to get the massage chair to hit the spot. He actually made it so the chair stayed in that location to release the knot.Nome was working on my Aunties nails next to me, and she was also amazing. [She has an Instagram account so you can see her fantastic work as well.]All the staff is truly talented, and the environment is just so amazingly refreshing. They act more like a family than a group of coworkers, and you can see that in how they interact with each other and their clientel. Im only visiting for the wedding, but this would be the salon Id go to if I lived in Hawaii.

Staff is always friendly. I get my pedicures there on a regular basis.
