Not the friendliest place, but helpful enough. They had a pedi menu, but didnt offer it to me or ask which option I wanted. This was supposed to be a late mothers day gift to myself, so I wanted a nice massage (I was going to add extra massage time), but the initial massage was so sparse I couldnt see myself paying for more. I wont be going back.

Best nail salon ever! I’ve been going to Sandra for over 10 years now. Very friendly & helpful staff. A lot of colors/designs to choose from. You won’t be disappointed when leaving. These are some pictures of Sandra’s work but they all do great work!!!

I received gift certificates for Christmas and was finally able to use one. Service was great. Definitely looking forward to using up the remainder of my gift certificates.

Nancy is the best tech there is. So personable, caring, and communicates well with customers. She did my toes and fingers with precision and comfort.

Went to get pedicure and was turned away, despite having empty chairs. Think since we were of a different race; May have been a factor. Would not recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at Elegant Nails. They came in an hour early to accommodate our large group as we got ready for a wedding we had the following day. All the employees were so friendly. They were amazing with my two year old daughter getting her nails done for the first time and got 8 people in and out with toes and fingernails in pretty good time! We loved them and would love to go again next time we’re back in Honolulu! Such a nice staff and they did an excellent job!

The best salon!! Everyone here does a fantastic job. Very welcoming and very clean salon. They also are open on Sundays, which is great! Great environment and excellent prices as well. Parking is very convenient.

Aloha ,Hawaii Kai beware! The only reason why I left 1 star is because I had to write a review . I had a very important award ceremony for work that was almost ruined because I just wanted to touch up my brows . Thank goodness the scabs fell off before the awards ceremony Because the botch job that I received almost ruined my trip . Thank goodness I was only left with a few scars and it could’ve been way worse with a massive infection . This establishment is very dirty and I would not suggest anybody go there for anything. Although I cannot comment on the nail portion of the shop nobody should be getting any waxing done there for sure .

Love my nails. The staff are wonderful. I came in with a picture of what I was wanting and then they showed me different options of what they had to make it happen. They asked me throughout my manicure if I was comfortable, if I liked the shape/ color/ glitter choices. They let me know to tell them if I wasnt happy at any time of how my nails were coming along. They really cared if I was happy or not. The ladies at Elegant Nails are awesome. Service is great. Best Nail Salon in Hawaii Kai. Status change from Newcomer to Regular!

Always a quality pedicure! Ive been going to Elegant Nails for a while, and Im not going to go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and proficient, and they always manage to squeeze me in. The prices are reasonable, and the polish always lasts. (I dont do manicures because its impractical for my hobbies, but my toes look great.) They are very clean, with all tools getting sterilized and I have never had any adverse reactions (unlike at other salons!!) Why only 4 stars? Only because I couldnt deduct half a star for the fact the shop itself has a very no-frills atmosphere and the pedicure chairs are kind of old and a little quirky. But overall, thats such a small thing, it doesnt really affect my overall satisfaction with the final result.

Thus far the best nail place Ive been to in Hawaii. The staff were very pleasant and professional. They make you feel very comfortable. The place was clean, and reasonably priced. I would recommend this nail place.

I was able to get a great set of acrylic nails and the most gorgeous faded polish only 5 minutes after walking in off the street.Sandra was amazing always checking that things were right as she was doing my nails.I would highly recommend Elegant Nails and especially Sandra 😃

There was barley any customers and they were vary rude. During the whole thing the lady was very aggressively doing her job like she wanted to finish it already, and when I asked to change the color she gave me the meanest look like I was stupid n Said something in another language n made her coworkers look at me n laugh which was very in professional.

Walked in this empty but one customer salon and asked for a nail color change. The Vietnamese lady evil eyed me up and down then told me that there was no time because other customers were coming in. Well excuse me for interrupting your busy schedule. That was the first time I have been treated that way. Dont need to give you any business.
