Action sports Hawaii is definitely the go to place for all your action sports needs or desires. We booked the shark cage dive and absolutely had the time of our life. Beth advised us to take the 7am tour since it would most likely not be canceled due to the weather. I’m so glad we went on that 7am ride because not only did we see sharks but we got to see a TIGER shark. I’ve lived in Hawaii for 14 years and that was the first time I was blessed to experience that. Many Mahalos to Action Sports Hawaii. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Aloha

I’ve done a lot of adventures living on the island, but this is definitely one to remember. All safety precautions were practiced beforehand, checking in, & on the boat.The crew was knowledgeable, respectful of the wildlife and fun..Capt Jenna crew were excellent. Great enthusiasm and knowledge. We saw a number of whales and had one of the best snorkeling sessions Ive had. Saw and swam with dolphins,ray and turtles, see several whale breaches.To swim with Dolphins in the wild is an experience unlike any. We even had a visit from Seagull, which is uncommon in OAHUI highly recommend this tour

I had an amazing experience with Action Sports Hawaii. I am not typically the one to leave reviews, but I felt the need to do one for the business. It was my first time to Hawaii and I did not realize how booked all the activities would be(My mistake for sure I know.. ). I called various places and actually became really sad thinking I was not going to be able to do anything. I finally came across Action Sports Hawaii. I called but there was no answer, but I left a voicemail as requested and I got a text message within minutes from a super helpful lady named Beth! She gave me all the options they had available, she worked around my schedule, never got upset or annoyed with my delayed responses at times. Fortunately, my boyfriend and I were able to snorkel off of the pink sails boat with our captain Alexeo & team Jonah, and I believe it was Michael. They made it super fun and provided a feel of comfort and security while we were in the water snorkeling with the turtles. Beth was also able to squeeze us in to an ATV tour. I am so grateful and happy I was able to deal with nothing but super cool and friendly people! I will for sure be back!!

For my first time it was an amazing experience! Staff members were super friendly. It is very pricey for a short period of time were actually zip lining and it could have been a little more scenic, but it was still fun. Would go back for sure, maybe the other activities have more things to see/do.

My family and I were visiting Honolulu this past week searching for a private boat tour. We looked all over the island for companies who had private sailboats available. We called Action Sports Hawaii and they got us booked immediately. We spoke to the head manager Beth. She was wonderful over the phone. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for the best experiences.

Best Tour company in Hawaii! We called 2 days prior to arriving to book a Parasailing Tour for 2. They were able to fit us in last minute. We are forever grateful!!Thank thank you! I am super impressed w the professionalism of Beth who works here. I called everywhere and flyboard was sold out for weeks. I casually asked Beth if she would ask the owner for an exception. And she did. I was so pleasantly surprised w the whole Onboarding thing and her mannerism. The owner Denis was really super nice as well. It was my first time and I had a really hard time swallowing a lot of ocean water, choking, unable to standup for like the first 20 min. He was patient and pleasant with me and even gave me extra time. I loved every min of my experience. THANK YOU BETH and Dennis you guys rock! WISH BETH WORKED FOR MY COMPANY LOL. So my Family and I are spending a week on Oahu, filling our days with some Hawaiian adventure. Were kind of winging it without knowing much about things to do here. My daughters, (both teenagers) wanted to do para-sailing and jet skiing. We wound up at Action Water Sports Hawaii and I have to say it was the best day weve had so far. The Para-sailing was fantastic, but the Jet-skiing was something that the girls will remember about Hawaii for a very long time. Both Jason and his partner we amazing. They were fun, professional and Knowledgeable. I was a bit nervous with the girls on skis, but guys took their time to explain everything and made it a very memorable experience. The provided us bottled waters and took pictures while we were on the water... along with the obligatory departing picture wearing Hawaiian Lays.... Definitely a Must do while in Waikiki. Thanks Guys!

Beth is awesome, she helped us book jet skiing and zip lines. Her and the people at the places are super friendly. It made my vacation better. When I come back to Hawaii, I will be calling Beth again to book more things.

Great place! My friends and I went jet skiing and the people here were so accommodating. We went to the wrong place, but they were quick to answer our phone call and give me the correct address. We arrived almost an hour late to our appointment and they still had spots for us! So nice! Would 100% recommend and I will be coming back the next time I’m in Hawaii!

My husband and I loved our adventures ... December 2020 has presented limitations .Beth from action sports went above and beyond. She was able to find a Luau when most were closed. She booked us last minute , even helped us locate it. This may seem small but it was her day off and we lost signal with GPS. With her help we arrived and loved it.We enjoyed parasailing, jet ski, zip lines, all amazing. Highly recommend action sports and Beth for all your vacation dreams.

This agency promised me one time for my parasailing , come day of event the actual fulfiller of the event changed my booking time and there was no communication passed along to my party.Resulting in me missing my whole session and then to make things all the way worse they haven’t even compensated me or offered me any type of compensation (which could’ve been a different time I just wanted to parasail with my partner)0/5 stars would not recommend to any of my peers, family , etc

This place is horrible not only did they change my reservation without contacting me but they are not accommodating the situation at all ...Beth was extremely rude un accommodating and is the person who messed up my booking to begin with i do not reccomend anyone to book with travel agents they dont know how to do their job and there only asked to do 1 thing which is help a customer with booking their appropiate dates and contact for any cancel or reservations changes!Your better offf booking with the tour guides themselves or ANY OTHER TRAVEL AGENCY BUT NOT THIS ONE these people are horrible and have no morals or ethics and will make your booking a nightmare especially with beth just book with another an employee

Let me start by saying that this company truly cares for their customers. I called Beth (one of the owners) about 3 months before we were going to be on Oahu. We spent an hour plus on the phone chatting and making sure everything was the perfect fit for us. She went above and beyond for us and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to book activities. They know the islands so well I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. They made our vacation

Its hard to book activities so I ended up booking jetski here and parasail with another shop near Waikiki. And I got to compare the photo/video quality. Action sports uses GoPro on their gears so we can purchase very clear high resolution photos and videos from GoPro. For parasail that we did with another shop, their staff took pictures using a camera. Not many photos and they are far from clear. I wish I could book both activities with Action Sports. My family had great fun.

The company helped me book my open water scuba certification quickly and was very helpful. Beth was able to answer all of my questions and even contacted the owner of the dive shop to explain that I was in a hurry to get certified. She ended up being able to book me for the next day! Thanks, Beth!

From the beginning to the end, Actions Sports Hawaii gave me a fantastic experience. Beth was very accommodating and suggested the perfect adventures to suit my tastes (dolphin snorkel and ATV/ziplining tour) and the booking process was so smooth. She was very responsive and helpful. I have now had 2 memorable parasailing trips and one jet ski experience at the Hawaii Kai location and WOW was that stunning. From making the appointment to the jet skis then to the parasailing I can say that I can only look forward to many many more adventures with Action Sports Hawaii and recommend anyone to try them out you will not regret it!!!!!

Last year we went on the 4th of July dinner cruise. The overall all rating I would give a 5 as for the boat its self I wasnt too impressed with the food that was provided but we did get to see an overall picturesque view of the fireworks while out on the water which was awesome.

Tried to book jet skis with the owner/ top sales person who is a female. She said they are short handed and was going to give my group 50% for the inconvenience. I get the bill and it is not what she offered...mind you i didnt ask for this discount. She then called me to say the system would not let her give the discount but she could give me 40 dollars.This is a total scam ....you book people for 2 hours and advertise an hour ride but we only ride for 30 minutes.Who ever this lady is...she needs to be fired after she became belligerent on the phone when I said cancel the reservation. My thing is dont lie and do not become unprofessional when I call you out on a lie.

I was given a gift to make up for an employee mistake during booking that made me change my schedule. After the service was messed up, there was a dispute on whether a full refund or a partial refund should be given. In spite, the owners charged me $50 on my credit card they had on file for those gifts two days later.Dont go here.
