I contacted them because their website says they can repair foggy window on double pane windows. I emailed them and they responded quickly but the representative said that the windows would have to be replaced and could not be repaired. They should remove this window repair item from their website if it is no longer available.

I ordered tempered glass to cover a table top. When it came the corners were very sharp. The company said to call if I had concerns with product so I did. I was told that I should have told them to round the corners when ordering They are the glass experts and knew exactly what it was for and help the customer who doesn’t do something like ordering glass tops everyday. Extremely rude when I called.
