SCAM ARTIST - DO NOT HIRE MICHELE DAMICO!So my husband was searching for an architect to draw up ADU plans and she instantly reached out. She came over to our house to get our plan and told us it would take a week. We paid her half upfront and never heard from her again. Three weeks went buy and we were calling, emailing, texting, every way we could to try to get a hold of her. We were starting to think we get scammed and after doing a little more research we were right!I searched her last name and found she used to have a different company and they ALL have horrible reviews and said the exact same thing we were experiencing! Check out those reviews under Damico Design Group. I dont know how there is a few positive reviews on this one and I am not sure why she has two different companies other than the fact she is just a scammer. I reported her to the DCCA and told her we wanted to terminate her services. Luckily we werent patient and didnt spend several months like some of the other bad reviews. She cut us a check and thank god it cleared.Dont waste the time, money, or hassle. Go with someone else that is reputable and you know is not a scam artist!

Super talented and knowledgeable architects.

I needed an architect to draw up some plans for my home remodel in Honolulu, but I was dismayed at how expensive all the Honolulu architects were, until I called Michele at dAmico Design Group. Whew! was I relieved that there was a friendly, approachable architect who is highly skilled and experienced, yet super affordable. Michele worked with us not only to come up with design plans, blueprints, permits, etc. , but she also ended up doing the whole house remodel herself, handling project management and managing the head of the crew and she also got us the best prices on labor and materials because of her deep contacts and decades of working as an architect in Honolulu. I am hiring her architecture firm again when I remodel my other Hawaii properties, thats for sure. A truly excellent architect that I would not hesitate to recommend!
