Kimo, horrible horrible employee. Alan thank you. I gave 4 stars even when I just wanted to give 1 because of Kimo. But you cant describe a company based on 1 employee so I gave 3 more stars because Alan was calm and professional and helped me in a great manner. Appreciate you Alan.

Not sure about their customer service system.An operator asked me to call Maui number since their headquarter is in Maui. Why she couldnt help me while I am trying to give them a business? And I called the Maui number and another operator just transferred to a voice mail.
