Don’t sleep on VacayClean. Very happy with the service. I wanted to give a compliment, so I asked one of the cleaners for the owners number. He gave me the number then...asked, “how can I help you?” I was pleasantly surprised to see the owner working with his crew. I have used them since...and even when the own is not around...they do an excellent job!

Ive been waiting to write a review to make sure their performance was consistent, and Ive been nothing less than thrilled. VacayClean has managed the cleaning, restocking, and miscellaneous maintenance issues for my Airbnb for several months now with absolutely zero problems. They are extremely responsive, thorough in their cleaning (guests consistently comment on the state of the apartment), flexible to handle special requests or restocking, and always extremely courteous and professional. The online system for booking cleaning or other services is a breeze. Thanks so much guys for giving me peace of mind as a home owner no longer living on the island. Mahalo
