Stephen arrived to the appointment on time, and they even sent a text message letting me know when he was on his way. Our cream colored couch and ottoman had seen better days, and had a few stains. Stephen got all the stains out, and brought the whole set back to life. He was professional and kind, and I will happily choose Clean Carpet Rx next time I need upholstery or carpet cleaning done.

Highly recommended. A little pricier than other options, but worth every penny in my opinion. Excellent professional service. Nick and Francis were on time in the quoted window, communicated clearly on the phone beforehand and showed up ready to work. The service was very fast and convenient (Done in less than an hour). I have very light colored carpet and the movers who came the day before left black oily spots all over the place. I was sure my apartment deposit was gone forever, but Nick and Francis didnt quit until every bit was back to the original color. We used clean carpet Rx for a move in cleaning last week and Nick and Francis did an excellent job. They were extremely patient with the on post gate access process and I am still amazed at all the dirt and pet hair that they were able to remove from our carpet. Would definitely recommend.

Professional! Lionel & Francis were here on Friday and left my home smelling and looking CLEAN! Friday morning I got a message letting me know they were on the way. I always check yelp to verify the company and read reviews and wow, I was so amazed at all their 5 Star reviews. Booking the appointment was super easy and Stephen was very nice and answered all my questions. I got a text message when the crew was 30 minutes away from my house and I could track the crew as if it was Uber! I loved this because I didnt have to wait at my house for them to arrive. The crew, Lionel and Nick also called me letting me know they had arrived. Both guys were well dressed, knowledgeable and made my carpets like new again. These guys are AWESOME!!!! Super professional, courteous, friendly, and more than fair prices. I had a 8am appointment and the techs were there by 745am. They even beat me to the house. I was running late due to a car accident and they were completely understanding and patient. The carpet came out FANTASTIC and they were in and out in 1 1/2 hour flat!!!! EXTREMELY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

Very well done! Carpets smelled better than new. Only negative thing I can say is that they need to be a tad more careful with equipment scraping/hitting the walls. Otherwise job well done!

Before the awesome gentlemen from Carpet RX came to my house I was worried that they wouldnt be able to get the red dirt stains out of the carpets on my stairs for my move out inspection, but let me tell you, these two men did an amazing job. Nicholas and Francis did what I thought couldnt be done. They made our carpets look brand new and left them smelling amazing to the point that you would even know that dogs use to live in this house. They were professional and respectful and made sure that I was satisfied with the work they did.
