I have water damages from condo above me, happened on Sunday night. I called MD restoration next morning, person who answered the phone said someone would contact me. Over 9 days no one from MD restoration ever contacted me. I called Rescue One Restoration this morning, less than one hour Souza called me back and came to evaluate the damages. They are starting to work tomorrow to take care the issues. It’s a great company, professional, things are done in easy way, communicating with insurance company to help us without hesitation. I highly recommend this company Rescue One Restoration over MD restoration.

Save your time and call one of the other companies. I’ve wasted a week trying to get an estimate after the initial visitation. No excuse for ignoring customers, don’t say an estimate is on its way if it’s not.

Great customer service! They helped me remediate mold and water damage problem I had in one of my investment propertys kitchen. There was a leak under the sink that went undetected for a while. The problem was caught when our annual inspection was assessed. The leak damaged and molded the cabinetry and the adjacent wall. I called Rescue One to assess. We eventually decided to renovate the entire kitchen since we had to replace the damage cabinetry. It was definitely a stressful time but the Rescue One team made it very easy. I definitely recommend them for their services.
