Welcome southwest! Flew from Maui to oahu..Staffs are very accommodating.. airline is located at the international airport. I just need to figure out where to catch the shuttle going to baggage claim area...

Clean big airplanes. Super polite staff. Efficient! Flew from Hawaii to California in what seemed like half the time! Smooth flight.

I cannot express the frustration I have felt in the last two weeks from Southwest Airlines. My husband and I flew into Kauai, after arriving our flights got cancelled and moved twice. We both work so we don’t have the luxury of staying three extra days. We called southwest on several occasions, the best they could do to help us is leave us in Honolulu overnight - with no hotel or rental car. Forcing us to either pay out of pocket for new flights or pay for another hotel room after already having to extend our original trip by a day and paying for that night as well. I have never had issues with Southwest and frankly, after this experience, I will NEVER fly with them again.

Best Airline Ive ever flown. In a world of uncertainty its amazing to know that there are somethings I am certain about which is SOUTHWEST cares. They are an awesome airline and I am so grateful to have flown them.

I am not one to write many reviews, however the service I received from the ticketing counter was straight up rude. Due to some minor delays we arrived to check in at Airport 30 minutes prior to flight, rather than helping to accommodate us we were given attitude about being late and forced to miss our flight with no attempt to help get us rushed on even tho there was no line in the tsa check In and we had no checked baggage.

Just flew to Hawaii. Oahu and Maui. Planes were like brand new. Very clean, very fun. Ive flown Southwest since the beginning. Great company!

I flew on southwest from Honolulu to Hilo and return. When I got back to Honolulu I realized at the counter for the rental car that I did not have my phone which is in a case that holds my identification and charge cards. At that time,I also had my husbands identification in it. I ran back to the ticket counter in a panic. I told the agent I left it on the plane , probably in the overhead bin. The plane had to takeoff before it was located. The agent, Ms. Hoskins continued to make calls until it was located. It was back in Honolulu late that afternoon. Through her perseverance, Ms. Hoskins saved us a lot of hardship and more than likely a lot of money. We had to fly out of Honolulu back to the main land the next morning! I can’t thank her enough! She made me a major fan of SWA!Thank you Ms. Hoskins

Great customer service! Love that ALL the seats are like the premium seats at Hawaiian Air. Get plenty leg room too!

Flight was late then didnt show up at all. Terrible experience, stranded on Oahu. Got. A flight quick with Hawaiian airlines

They have a line that says full service but then they force you to use a machine before talking to an agent. Then I noticed multiple people opening their luggage to lighten the load. I also had to do this and it was humiliating. The agent woman was rude and I mentioned how I used to love Southwest. Used to.

Flew on Southwest to Hawaii for the first time and was expecting chaos and no service. Was very surprised by the wonderful service we received. The bad part was both flights were delayed. The flight over was delayed an hour and going home was delayed 2 hours. Never knew why !!

No lines for A-list Preferred. So, I have to wait in a long line outside, where it is 91 degrees in August. Disappointed!
