Best boudin and Parisa in the state! Great steaks and costumer service too! I feed over 200 hunters a season and get all my meat from them.
I have tried of few other processors, but i cannot find a better one that Primos! There entire process from checking in wild game to the finishes product is top notch level! The Sausage and the Chilli Piquin Patties are INCREDIBLE! I promise you give it a try it will be worth your time and money. They also ship all over the US.
Josh, Will and David do a great job and are my go to in Hondo for all processing. They turnaround orders quick, can take custom orders and offer a great selection of sausages and cuts. You have to try their dried sausage, summer sausage, chorizo and chopped steaks with chili petin. If youre headed in to San Antone from Uvalde or further west, go ahead and make the stop at Primo. No need to wait until Castroville.

I’ve been to many different processors over the years, and Primo Processing is by far the best.Wild game is run individually so you get YOUR deer back.This is a one stop shop. They will coordinate with the taxidermist of your choice and take care of everything for you.Management is by far the best and most professional people we have ever met.Highly recommend!!

Awesome facility, super super clean and sanitized, great people, lots of choice meats to choose from and several other stuff such as Boudin, quail, Parisa, salsas, jelly and the lost goes on. We will be using them for our processing in the near future as well as our clients.

I brought a small white tail in quartered without the backstraps and tenderloins. I had jalepeno cheese smoked sausage and slim jims made. I asked for extra spicy and was charged extra for that. The slim jims were excellent, but the smoked sausage had zero flavor. The cost for all of that was $275, which I find high. When we called about the bland sausage, they hung up on us. Will not go back.

Awesome work these guys do with wild game! I highly, highly recommend getting your tenderloins or backstraps made into their Rattlers, absolutely phenomenal. Staff is very nice and has been extremely flexible with the working hours to accommodate myself and other customers that I’ve seen.
Over all great place. They keep track of every pound of your animal. At Platinum River (not real name) they “lost”our deer which was very disappointing. Also the young man who makes sausage is very handsome.

Good service and meats. Process the way you want it to be. Good prices for the quality of meats. Fresh and pan sausage is good to. Just a good honest processing and meat market place. Employees are very helpful in explaining everything to.
