Alaskan Suites are fabulous. We stayed 2 nites in mid Aug ‘21 & wish we’d planned for more. Gorgeous interior w vaulted knotty pine paneled ceiling. Fully appointed kitchenette w utensils for 6. Private porch overlooking the ocean w mountains beyond & wildflowers in your backyard w grill, table & chairs. Wow, what a value!Steve & Karen

This place is amazing. The rooms are nice but the view is everything. We loved it so much we extended our trip another night to stay longer. Will definitely be recommending Alaskan Suites to everyone.

OMG!!!!! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. AMAZING. EXTRAORDINARY. BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. Super clean. Great staff. Arele and Randy are some of the nicest, most helpful people I ever met. The hot tub is a must and everything was perfect. I just love it here and cant wait to be back. We stayed for a whole week.

My wife and I stayed for two nights in mid May for her birthday. We couldn’t have asked for better hospitality or accommodations. I ordered flowers to surprise her (from a local florist) and they had them set up beautifully in our cabin.We found the cabin clean, cozy, and were met with breathtaking views of the inlet.During our stay, we were entertained by a paraglider that took launch off the cliff next our cabin.We enjoyed the new saltwater hot tub, the large smart tv with access to satellite and streaming apps. If that wasn’t enough, there was a DVD player (which wasn’t operating for us but we didn’t need it and I’m sure the issue was fixed).The cabin was stocked with coffees, Lipton tea, hot cocoa, microwave popcorn, and even oatmeal. We loved the gas fireplace, covered porch, plentiful towels, and comfy beds.It’s one of our new favorite AK getaway spots!

We didn’t have a place booked when we droveto homer, but we passed this place and had to check it out. the owner was so friendly and they had 1 cabin left! the view is SPECTACULAR and that alone is worth the money. the hot tub and the fire pit were an awesome bonus. will definitely stay here again! and you should too!

This is the most luxurious cabin I have ever seen. It is in impeccable condition, smells brand new, everything is so clean and has every amenity you’d want on a vacation. Has a large smart TV so if you want to watch Netflix you can, has surround speakers for a cinematic experience, and has ceiling fans hanging over each bed which can be independently adjusted. The view is absolutely stunning. I cannot emphasize that enough, so gorgeous. I was reluctant to stay in a cabin because of my previous experiences but this is the perfect cabin for anyone: if you’ve stayed in many cabins before and for the glamping individual like myself. The view, privacy, and relaxing ambience of this place is unrivaled.

These are the cutest, and perfect for our girls weekend! Perfect size, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and modern. Each cabin has a private deck with a grill and incredible view, and the firepit and hot tub (new, clean, spacious area w/towel hooks & view) are only steps away! Cannot wait to come back!Owners are so kind and accommodating! Thank you for everything :)

This place was AMAZING! The rooms were perfect, the view was breathtaking, and the managers were the kindest and most accommodating people in the world! My fiancé and I stayed here and it was perfect for a romantic getaway! Can’t wait to bring our boys next time! We will definitely be staying here again!

Have stayed here a few times and will continue to suggest Alaskan Suites to friends and Family when they visit Homer. You cannot beat the view. The little cabins are cute, cozy, and everything you need for a perfect stay in Homer. We will be back!!

This was our first stay. We brought our our 3 oldest grankids for a mini staycation. From the beginning it was great. The staff was very helpful and professional from the making of the reservations to our arrival. Randy was very helpful and answered all of our questions.The cabin was very cute and more than big enough for the 5 of us. We had 2 queen bed and a rollaway. The BBQ on the patio was a great touch.The kids loved the jacuzzi and the fire pit as we did smores each night there. The view was out of this world. The kids really loved it.We went to Bishops Beach as well as the boardwalk. The kids had great time and enjoyed the beach as well as all the little shops.This was a great getaway. I would recommend Homer as we as the Alaskan suite

Beautiful, amazing scenery, we loved nearly everything about the place. Cabin is wonderful.Only a few small complaints, two were water related. First was the water in the cabin. It had an odor of fresh blood sprinkled with a hint of rust while you showered.Now I am used to funky water as I have lived up here for decades and well water generally is substandard, but I would have thought the owners would have run a filtration system.The second issue was the hot tub. While it was hot, the jets didnt work at all. Giving it less of a Jacuzzi feel and more like a bug outdoor tub. That being said it didnt stop me from using it. One of my highlights of our stay was sitting out in the tub around 530 in the morning with just a pair of bald eagles to keep me company.The cliff in the rear is very steep and closer to the back of the cabins than I realized. I would have been worrying constantly if I had brought young kids.Finally it is very close to the highway. I mean right off of it. I was very worried about road noise but I he cabins are so well built that that wasnt an issue at all.All and all this is an amazing place so stay. My wife and I loved our visit and will be staying there exclusively when we go to Homer.

We stayed at Alaskan Suites for our honeymoon. Our cabin was perfect. It felt like a vacation home with a stunning view. Highly recommend!!

We stayed mothers day weekend. I have longed to come back since then. Even though it rained, this was the best vacation we have had in a long time! Pictures just dont do it justice. Thanks for the amazing vacation last spring.

Spectacular!! Only cabins that have ocean view without trees or other cabins disrupting the view!! Its up on a cliff with hot tub that has a view and firepit! Ill always come here!

My Husband and I just got back from our Second stay at Alaskan suites! Both of our stays were way beyond our expectations. The staff and Owner are all wonderful and helpful. The cabins are beautiful fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views are amazing! We tell everyone we know about Alaskan Suites in Homer AK!

While Hiking Alaska with my friend, we booked the Red Salmon cottage with Alaskan Suites in Homer Alaska. It is a darling cottage on the bluff overlooking the Kachamek Bay. We watched Bald eagles each morning and evening. It is beautifully appointed with all you need to cook at home during your stay. The hot tub was clean and warm and welcomed us following a day of hiking. There is a grocery store nearby and a farmer’s market on Wednesday and Saturday to collect fresh veggies and flowers. The fish chowder was delicious!!The cottage is beautiful and cozy with a gas fireplace, comfy bed. It is an easy drive to the Homer spit and the water taxi to take you to Kachemak State Park. We Highly recommend the Alaskan suites to all who travel to Homer. Hope I get lucky enough to return!!

Amazing place. Highly recommended! The Million Dollar View is no joke; its absolutely stunning. The owner is very hospitable and helpful. Cabins were luxerious and clean.

First off, the owner Larry is GREAT! Super responsive, personable, and works hard to make your stay exactly what it should be. We booked this place for a girls weekend and took full advantage of the hot tub, grill, and beautiful views. While the bedding could use updating, it was still good and the place was perfectly clean and they really thought of everything - full cable, free wifi, surround sound, all the bbq tools you could need, hot tub towels, etc. We also got a great deal because we went down in January, and Larry offers very reasonable off season rates - unlike other places in Homer with the same amenities. After two nights there over a long weekend, we were very reluctant to leave our cozy cabin.
