I Love Dollar Tree They Sell Everything I Need.

Surprisingly, everything was very organized

A smaller dollar tree location that is always cluttered and messy.

Mobbed! Only one cashier! Line wrapped down around the back of the building! I walked out!

This location has anything you could need for 1 buck food housewares or crafting ideas and covid compliant

Even with long line, very fast service.

How sad to see that the shelves are empty. The boxes in the aisles are not set for the customers to pick up the products. Customers arent responsible for taking things from the boxes.... Everything is a DISASTER. The employees are also miserable. There is no customer service at all. My question is, what is the manager doing?

This dollar tree in holyoke was messy, the aisles were cluttered, dirty and barely anything in the shelves. 1 register open, she called for backup then closed her register, so only 1 with a line.

I live in holyoke and I honestly prefer driving an extra 10-15 minutes to the next one. The store is always a mess and customer service is ridiculous 🙄

This Dollar tree always a mess, always boxes everywhere never ever seen store like this one I try to found stuff that I need and most of the time I cant found it because for the mess can you please be more organized that way we can shop the proper way.

I went to this Dollar Tree location for the first time, after always having visited the Springfield store, and words cannot do justice in describing how terrible this place was.First off you walk in to an extremely dirty and disorganized store. Trash was everywhere, empty cardboard boxes scatter the floor of the store. Second the amount of customers vs. the amount of employees should have been fine, if said employees were working. The line was backed up throughout the store as only one employee checked out customers, while the other employees 2 that I saw seemed to hang around not doing much of anything, just chatting and lazing about.I would never want to return to this location. I get that its a dollar store, not a high class store of any kind. However if I owned this franchise itd be a cold day in hell when Id hire/pay employees to do literally nothing. I would definitely not return to this location and wouldbe not recommended that anyone else go there either.

Love the Greenfield in big y plaza clean huge polite I even ask to take picture of the store amazing you will find everything and more.lets not forget. The one in Riverdale shop plaza next to maicy in west Springfield.very nice.

Rude, loud and disrespectful workers barely help customers!Walked in on the cashiers yelling across the store to each other talking about other workers who werent there.An elderly gentleman (most likely with bad sight)was asking for help find a product, and the cashier just pointed in a direction and walked away. After the man still couldnt find it, the cashier flat out ignored him when politely was asking for help again.She just rolled her eyes and pretended he wasnt there.That same cashier checked us out, seemed really pissed when we swiped our card before she was ready, she had SUCH a bad attitude.I get that its a dollar store, but its still a bussiness where people are spending money.
