Great People work in post office, they are always very helpful and friendly.

The ladies up front are always rocking it! I come in at least once a week to mail out mass envelopes and I love seeing their smiling faces ❤️

Typical smaller town post office.📬📭 theres always a huge line in here no matter what time of day or day of the week it is🚶🚶🚶🚶🚶🚶🚶 staff seems to move fairly quickly🚦 really good job of sanitizing and cleaning counter after each customer☣️ during the covid plandemic 😷🤥overall good place to send and receive packages🎁 they offer PO boxes at a reasonable price💲

Had a package come to my home that required a signature for delivery, the delivery driver put it in my mailbox and signed for it themselves. Will not be using them again for anything that requires security.

This post office pub is the only one I use . They are always so nice and helpful. When Im sending my packages . I dont trust nobody else .fast convenient and trustworthy

Absolutely the worst mail service I have ever seen. Day after day they mess it up. We dont get our mail most of the time until 5:00 or 7:00 pm then its not my mail its the neighbors. Not sure whats going on. When you complain nothing even changes. Maybe Amazon should start delivering our mail. Never use to be that way. Maybe because its so dark out they cant see the mail or addresses so they just guess. Government jobs you can do that I guess.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with. They have lost 3 packages they claim they have “delivered” since July. One packaged showed up 51 days after they said it was delivered. How in the world is that possible? I also received a forwarded post card that was sent to my old address in the greater Lansing area to my new address 30+ days later. It took 30+ days to travel 5 miles? I am constantly receiving other people’s mail as well. This place needs to be investigated.

Had an important package to be delivered from overseas.Allegedly, they attempted to deliver and nobody answered, so a notice was placed on my door and they left.Except that isnt what happened as I was home the entire time and there was no notice on my door.Called the next day requesting information about what happened.First phone call was answered and I was promptly hung up on. No words exchanged.Second call was answered and the man was very rude to me. I asked what happened the previous day, and he started basically telling me it was my fault with how complicated my address was. (Really? An apartment building with my unit number was that difficult that they just gave up and lied about attempting delivery? Nice.)With how poor your companys customer service is, its a wonder that youre still a private business. Feels like a government agency where they act like they can treat you however they feel.UPS all the way. Screw you guys.

My Christmas presents were not delivered to an apartment that is less than 3 miles from this Post Office? There should be an explanation for this. I paid my hard earned money for this package to be delivered not ONCE but TWICE!! IT CAME BACK TO ME. WOW! So. Its Jan 15th and my Christmas present just wont get delivered. NO THANKS To the delivery person who does not follow protocol and put a notice on the leasing office like they should. I will find out who is the incompetent person behind this mess!

Everytime I come here I am treated with respect and kindness. I constantly have to ship odd things and have strange requests, and they always go above and beyond to accommodate me. While I have seen a worker, it was maybe a manager, be awkward and kind of rude, this is not a normal attitude and she could have been having a bad day. I will say that it is a slower paced office and I tend to be there longer than intended. But above average service makes up for it...

Never had so many problems with getting my packages delivered. Arrived in holt Tuesday at 12:15pm showed Wednesday package out for delivery. Now its Thursday and its in Pennsylvania. 😠

Fast customer service and a smiling face just what people need to make

I am in this post office on a regular basis. Many of the people I see there are older, but the employees treat every customer with respect. They do not try to rush people, and always greet customers with a smile and pleasant word.

Small town post office, convenient for my needs and have experienced friendly staff during my visits. Depending on time of day, wait time can vary.

Mail was over 3 hours later than usual so my work was closed by then. Package had to be redelivered the next day, which it never was. Now two days after my package was supposed to be here, it is now in PA! WTH? How does that even happen?

Terrible, terrible post office. Always a line with only one person working. They always have an attitude. Manager is also a very unpleasant person. They also dont answer their phones.

Arrived a few minutes before posted opening of 9am. On July 15 they didnt even open the doors to the service area until literally 9:20am, causing me to be late for another appointment. Clerk was unapologetic for delay.

Lost packages. Never. On. Time.

We went there at 3pm on Monday October the 8th. They are closed. Ive been trying to get my address changed for a month. Website says open until 5:30pm. Ridicules.

Seems to be an okay place, but you can’t use the drop-off box for packages. Had to find out in-person

The postmaster is very unapologetic about the lack of care in finding lost packages. Rude employees, unhelpful, lack of knowledge. How can you tell someone you have no idea where a package is when it is your job to help locate said package. NEVER AGAIN!!!
