The only people that leave reviews are people that want to complain about something. How about a good review? I have one I always was not a fan of people coming and knocking on my door. Yesterday I talked to a young man and found out they all are not bad. This company switched me over to dish and I am saving a ton of $ plus I dont have to worry about my bill for two years. I have no complaints Great Job

New customer that regrets switching over with Everett. They seem to just care about getting your money and refused to help correct problems after the fact. I hate writing bad reviews but would never use them again as honesty and integrity are important and they seem to fall short on both. So as a follow up Shannon the office manager called. We spoke in great length and after she listened to my issues i have to say they stepped up and made up for prior experience. She was very concerned and addressed or explained what was going on to my satisfaction. I was impressed with the follow up!

Although the salesman was polite and eager to provide their services. We had many issues promptly surface. I don’t believe these issues were because of the salesman, he was doing what his job description is, to sell. As an existing satellite internet customer with limited data. We wanted to upgrade to an unlimited plan. I had called the provider before to inquire about it and was told there wasn’t that option available at that time. The salesman informed us that it was an option if we got new equipment changed satellite position and signed a new contract. So we decided to do a new install so we may upgrade our plan. After many failed attempts of the installer showing (one of them calling at 8pm to ask if he could install the equipment at night) and, a premature withdrawal of funds from our account before we even had an install. I decided that there was to many issues arising already, so we canceled the installation. I had to call our provider directly to ensure the refund of funds, only to find out that no new equipment or anything but pay more money was necessary to upgrade to a better plan for the same price that Everette Communications was saying they could offer cheaper then had we gone directly to the provider ourselves. As a contractor and a subcontractor I understand and try to give small businesses and subs a chance, yet they really dropped the ball on our transaction and I’m glad they did and forced me into taking it upon myself to rectify the situation. I’m hopeful that the company will reimburse me the funds I paid directly to them. As I said I think there was to much confusion within the chain of communication with the salesman and office and installer and provider. However the salesman Todd was kind, polite, and as far as I could tell just as frustrated about all the problems we had as I was.

These guys are awesome. I love the girls in the office. They are always so wonderful to work with if we ever have any issues. The rep Ray I think was his name, helped us program our new remotes and helped us get the same Channels but with such a better rate. I reffered my brother and father in law .Great company!

The owner Rob is an honest businessman. He stayed in contact with us until we were satisfied. He even helped my mom understand her remote by walking her through it on a Sunday afternoon. Saved me and my mom money on our TV. If your bill is higher than you’d like give them a call to see what they can do to help. Definitely recommend Everett Communications.

We were always hesitant to switch providers. However a wonderful salesman named Ray helped the transition be very easy. Helped us save $50 a month and got us some great internet. Would definitely recommend!

He came to the home,tells how much we would save? a LIE both bills went higher that prior accounts. ended up not with an up grade but with 2 YES TWO hughes net accounts!!! said direct tv would be cheaper than the dish we already had and owned the equipment. that bill went up 50+ dollars the hughes service went up 18.00 dollars. see no differance in the service. all and OUT LIER! DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE THE TIME OF DAY! TELL THEM GET OFF YOU LAND!!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Employees give reviews on this company, the same company they work for!!! I doubt they would write a bad review (ya THINK??!). This redefines the term brown nosing for sure!!! The owner response to customers problems is to call the company so they can resolve the issue. When we call, many times nobody answers, and you cant leave a message. If you call 6 or 7 times, and it still isnt resolved, how many times should you beat your head against the wall? When faced with a bad review, he claims there is no customer by that name on our records. Perhaps thats due to people using screen names, not wanting to use their real name. Believe the negative reviews, trust me. We were told all kinds of things, like our monthly payment rate was good for 2 years, the length of the contract. This after I asked point blank if it was an introductory rate, and was told no, its good for the life of the 2 year contract. No, its not. After 1 year the rate increases at least $40.00!!!! Wish I wouldve looked at the reviews first. I usually do. People dont usually complain a lot, unless they really get stuck. BELIEVE it: When there are this many complaints, theres a reason. BUYER BEWARE-There IS a reason THIS time, too. Do NOT do business with this company, or YOU will get the business!!!!!!!!!

One star is over rating that salesman Keith Wallace he told a good story but never followed through just told a lot of lies.The boss Rob is at least trying to help. Still not happy wont be for 2 years. Avoid direct tv.

CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!! I completely REGRET dealing with this company and its extremely unprofessional owner. Exceptionally misleading and untrustworthy. I did not receive services I was promised, they put charges on my credit card that I did not authorize and they didnt cancel my prior satellite service, as was promised, resulting in that account being put into collections, which has affected my credit. I spoke with owner who cared less and did NOTHING to rectify any of the issues. After that initial conversation I was unable to reach anyone again at office despite multiple calls. Dont make the same mistake I did, do your business with the main provider and save yourself a ton of headaches. I had to go as far as to cancel my credit card, because this so called company CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!!!!

Signed up over the weekend and I switched from dish to direct TV. So disappointed !!! Dont have Bluetooth cannot get most of the programs that I used. Call backs from this company almost non-existent!! Problems are not being addressed or solved. Definitely not something that I would ever do again!!! Buyer beware!!! Update. Talked to Shannon in the office this morning and she helped me alot. Thank you for helping me with this problem!!

We have been using Everett since Aug when we were told that we would save money by switching. By the second day we have been unhappy. We were told by are salesman Ray that if we were unhappy to contact him and he would fix it or switch us back. My wife called and left a message and he called back and we talked and he said he was going to look into and get back with us. He never did. My wife called him two more times and left but never received a call back. When she called the office she told them everything and we weren’t happy and they scheduled a service. No one showed up from their company and never received a phone call.My wife call and talked to Michelle and she did seem helpful and we rescheduled another appointment. Again on Sept 24 no call and no show from their service man. I called that day and talked to Michelle and told her how unhappy my wife and I were and have been saying that this whole time. I told her that Ray told us he could switch us back and she said she wasn’t sure if she could do that. She said she would try to get a hold of Ray, our sales man and talk to him and also ther service man and see what was going on. She couldn’t get ahold of either. She apologized for the inconvenience and said she would credit our account. I told her that I just want to be done and for them to honor what their salesman told us. I haven’t heard anything back from her or anyone else from their company. My wife called today to talk to a manger and talked with Rob. When my wife explained everything he basically called my wife a liar when she said the serviceman didn’t show because he said that he did and no one was home. Our service appoint was 10-12 and my wife left the house at 2:30 to get our son from school. That is the only time she left yet he says “I don’t know about all this”. I would recommend anyone who is confronted by any of their sales people to send them packing. Their salesman will tell you anything to get you to sign up, they switched us even though we never signed a contract, we pay the same amount as we did before, the signal is not as good as it was before, they don’t return calls, they don’t show up for service calls, and it’s just been a nightmare. Because they won’t do anything and won’t honor anything they have said and switched us with no signed contract we are forced to contact a lawyer to see what we can do and what are opinions are. Stay away from this company.If you could please provide me with said signed contract that has our signature on it, that would be great.

Sales person Ann Imhoff came to house soliciting Direct TV, sounded like a great deal for both satellite and tv, asked Ann multiple times if I needed to cancel my Dish service and she said no. She stated that she would take care of it for us no worries. I received another charge on my credit card from Dish, called Ann again and she said no problem she would make sure the office staff took care of it. She also said she would make sure boxes were sent to us to return our Dish equipment, this didnt happen either. All she had to do was be honest and tell us we needed to take care of it. No this person lied to our faces and refused to call us back after repeated phone calls. I was billed for months of dish and Direct TV what a rip. I called Direct TV and explained what had happened they couldnt help us because the sales person had lied. They did however, take all the information regarding this person and Everette Communications, no one from Everette would call us back, total scam.

Do not trust these guys! Many empty promises and now my bill is 10 dollars more and I cannot get ahold of the salesman or manager.A month later I received a response and was told my bill would go down to the 50.00 that was promised. Just received my bill and it was even more! I am now paying about 20.00 more a month than my previous service. Also, my other service was not cancelled by the salesman like they said it would!!Still Very unhappy!!

BEWARE..... this company will NOT please their customersWe have spoke to the owner (Rob) many times that had NO answers or worries about resolving our problem...it starts right at the top with satisfaction....Their sales people tell you anything to get your sale and are NOT well informedWe were promised a few station ....(like NBC) and after we changed from dish to this company ....we dont get this prime stationThey sign you up for 2 yrs and give you the first year for a fair price ....but Jack up the second yearYou have to pay $10 for a credit check ...which should be the companys costI dont know why these other reviews state how wonderful this company is ...look at the review with BBB(better bussiness bureau) they are alot different ...I believe the review from Milo Janise was truthful about their employees or friends of employees writing fake positive reviewDONT BE FOOLISH ....AND SIGN UP

I switched satellite carriers last year using Everett Communications and was pleased with the initial service. Subsequently I had work done on my home necessitating recalibration of both my tv & internet connections - again, very satisfied. My latest encounter involved a phone conversation wherein Rob walked my through both services getting each to again work...thus saving a service call. I recommend both he and his company.

This is a great local company, they speak great English and are very helpful. My tv bill doubled they (Raza)got my bill cut in half and helped lowered my internet bill as well. The girls in the office are so personable and Rob the owner is wonderful to deal with. Why would you call corporate when you can keep your local sales guys and installers busy. Plus when you buy local you call them to fix your issue otherwise you are waiting a week for corp to send someone out.

It took me calling viasat to get them to call me back and when I was finally scheduled for a repair the repair service man did a no call no show. Once again they wouldnt answer their phones so now Im paying over $200 a month for internet that hasnt been working for half of the month now. Dont trust an installer/repairer named Shaun. He is a crook and a liar. He installed an old modem and said the one I was supposed to get would be coking in a couple days. Its been months and theres no new modem in my area. I dont think I even have the modem viasat thinks I have. I was promised speed of 25mbps but Im getting 15 on the best of days.

Ive had a very pleasant experience with this company. They have Legendary customer service every angle of television internet and phone service. Ive had a few minor issues such as satellite going out etc.Not only was I serviced in a timely manner (NEXT DAY) but the tech guy Rob Tarleton stayed and watched CSI with me. I highly recommend Everett to anyone whos sick of being under appreciated by Corporate Cable companies.Need help understanding promotional rates and why prices fluctuate or anything dealing with Television and internet call these guys I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Crooks my elderly friends got signed up for Directv in false pretenses. They were told they were getting upgraded with Dish and got Directv. They never gave these people channels guides . Every time they have called the salesperson Jerry Fraizer he gave them some bs and never followed through. When DirecTV was called their account wasnt even under either of their phone numbers. So this is fraud signing up people under a made up phone number.

They do not do background checks on the technicians coming into your house. One technician named Rob has no licence to be driving around installing these services for you and has had warrants upon warrants out for his arrest! I would think twice before sign up with this company. Ask for their drivers license when they show up most of the techs are not legit
