I would DEFINITELY recommend this business, especially with the professional and kind hearted men named Mike and Zach who work there. I have a Toyota Solara that I have put quite a bit of love into. My radio completely stopped working. I’m new to the area and called for help. Zach and Mike told me to come right in even with it being toward the end of the day. Not only was he super sweet but he broke down what exactly went wrong with my radio and got it up and running good as new. Love this place. Go there for almost all my car audio needs. Somethings seem a little pricey but they sell quality and stand by their work/products. They wont install anything that isnt purchased from them due to quality control. They will help you out on the prices or point out items on sale to fit your budget and still complete the project you are working on. Most of the staff is extremely informative and will have your system sounding of nothing but quality. If they dont have what you need, they will tell you exactly where to go to get it. Ive been in the situation where they didnt have what I needed at the time and they gave me multiple options on where to get it for the best price. I give them all of my business. I had some work done on the stereo system in my truck a few years ago and had a issue with the system. I took it to them and made a appointment and when they repaired the issue., their was no charge and they had the truck back to me within a hour.👍👍Great guys Zacks the man. Since I have a rhd car that has little information on it, I was worried that they wouldnt be able to figure out how to remove the door cards, or break something that I wouldnt be able to replace... but they were able to figure it out quickly and didnt break a thing. As soon as i walked in i was greeted with a hello and this was the owner! He was very kind and helped me out with a problem I had from another store that I had recently purchased a module that needed reprogramming. His prices were more than fair but he treated me like family! I brought my 1 year old baby and Mr. Dixon was saying hi and talking to my kid! Now any parent knows if you love my kid than I love you! As he told me he was a family man/father I knew he was a great guy. Short story long, Mr. Dixon went above and beyond to help me out and was super nice to my baby son! Wanted to purchase and install new door speakers and an amp for them, as well as have them install my mono amp and subwoofer I have. Basically told me to go to the Swap Shop. Shouldve asked him if hed trust them to work on his vehicle. I fully understand not wanting to install foreign equipment, just tell me that and sell me a mono amp.3 stars as they installed a mono amp and sub for me a few years back.

This place is amazing! I went here years ago when I was in high school and have been out of the car audio world for 20 plus years. Things have changed. The people have not. They have been here for years and some of their techs too. So they hooked me up once again and did an incredible job. Super professional and of course knowledgeable. My system sounds great and they incorporated my head unit which I didnt want to replace and used my stock speakers which were good as it was. Great job.Also I had a small problem and it was my fault. I thought I blew something. I came in there thinking I blew some speakers. They had trouble shot different components to my system. It wasnt my speakers, amp, or bit but it was the monitor in the back of the radio. They could have cleaned house on me replacing all kinds of things but were super professional and said it was the monitor. Super professional and I cant say enough about these guys.Keep up the great work.

If you have your own equipment for your car dont even bother calling them. They wont install any equipment not purchased from them. They say its because they want to warranty their install, but that is bs. They just want to make you spend more money with them.

You can try to find a better price than Audio Logic........but you won’t.Their team is legit and their installation is professional.Theyre honest and I won’t go anywhere else but here from now on. All I can say is, their work is worth every penny. Always.You won’t regret it.I want to thank the guys there. I hate to admit it, but I have never purchased or installed an aftermarket system in my cars. I chose Audio Logic because of their stellar reviews and I was not disappointed. I grew up down the road, and it’s clear to me why this business is still around after 30+ years. Superb service, very reasonably priced, and they sell quality products. Charlie did an excellent job explaining my options, and best of all, did not try to oversell me on products that I didn’t need. I’ll be sure to return to them for future purchases and will not hesitate to recommend AL to family and friends.

I have a 2006 Benz that had the Harmon Kardon stock system but no amp so no radio. System was outdated so I went to Audio Logic to get a new radio and get the system working again. Zach was so helpful. They installed a modern radio and amp and were able to utilize my existing speaker and subwoofer abs it sounds great! The radio looks stock. Happy with it all. We have had it now 9 months abs still sounds great! I highly recommend them.

30 years ago I use to go to City Radio which is now Audio Logic. My daughter was there today and they were amazing. From taking the car on time, finishing when they said it would be done and doing a excellent job on the installation. Different name but the same quality to this day. My daughter also had her light go on for air and they were nice enough to check all her tires and put air in the one that was low. Can not express enough how happy I am with the service. This place is fantastic. It took me a moment to finally get around to writing this review, but this is a place I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for car audio systems. From the first moment that I walked in, the guy (sorry, I am bad with names) was very nice and asked me questions about what I was looking for so that he would give me a good recommendation. I liked that he wasnt trying to push unnecessary items, instead, he recommended the right system and then gave me a written quote and scheduled my appointment.The day of the install, the process couldnt have been easier. They took my car and installed the new head unit and they did a fantastic job. Not only does the equipment sound amazing, but it also looks fantastic. They took such good care of my car! They cleaned up everything when they were done. As the process was done, they communicated with me and when I got back to pick the car up, they took the time to talk through the process theyve done and showed me how to operate the new car stereo. I was so amazed at not only the details about the explanation, but also with the care they took of my car. I really appreciate the time they took and just their whole customer experience.I would gladly recommend this business to anyone looking for car sound equipment. Most honest people I have ever met. Gave me a free quote on my problem and recommended me not to do it because its not worth it. Other shops would have just took my money. This place didnt even want me to buy a product but just take their good advice. Love this place. Not the first time they helped me out like that.

I highly recommend Audio Logic. They are a family run business and really seem to care about their customers. I dealt primarily with Zach. He was friendly and took the time to go over a few options with me to upgrade my stock radio system He didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need, which I really appreciate. I ended up installing a JBL Basshub subwoofer and I have to say that I’m really impressed with the results. The install was clean and the sub really helped fill out the sound of my stock system without breaking the bank. The price they gave me for the sub was actually a lot cheaper then what I found online and the cost of the labor was very reasonable. In the future, I will probably go back to switch out my stock speakers but right now I am really happy. If you are thinking about getting some work done, go to Audio Logic. They are honest, professional, and provide excellent customer service.

I went there for a radio. I Also told them . I need speakers and amplifiers installed. I was told they would do it. When I went back they acted. Like they do not know me or . What I was talking about. I shopped there for years . When it was City Radio. The excuse given was. I need to buy it from there store and not from online. Like Crutchfield. They did not keep there word!

Awesome service my fiancé purchased a radio from them a couple years ago and the radio was signaling a problem with the speakers so went in to get new speakers. They treated us like family. She got an upgrade on her radio for less than she paid originally. They also did all the service work for us and took care of us very nicely.

Audio Logic installed my CD player several years ago and did an excellent job. Their staff members were professional and pleasant. When my daughters used cars after market alarm system had issues a couple of years ago, they were able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. Recently, that same alarm would not turn off and my daughter was in a real jam. The alarm wire was removed so that the noise was no longer deafening, but the starter was connected to the alarm and the car could not start. We called and asked for help. Zack spoke to us over the phone and arranged to meet us where the car was parked on his way home from work. In a matter of a few minutes, Zack removed the alarm and connected the wires so that the starter would now work. The ringing alarm had discharged the battery, so Zack was kind enough to jump the car for us. ZACK SAVED THE DAY FOR US!! We brought the car back to the store the following day where Zack soldered the starter wires so that they would not come apart. Audio Logic personnel know what they are doing and do so providing excellent customer service at very fair costs. I would highly recommend them for alarms and sound systems.

Nice store layout and decent location. Its conveniently located close by busy areas that a lot of residents frequently visit. However, be warned that they will not touch your car unless every single item is bought from their store. Even the power cable MUST be bought from them. I found a deal online for a subwoofer I had been watching for a year that saved $120 for the fathers day weekend and my wife bought it for me. I was excited to have it installed and would need amps, wiring, mids/highs, and crossover/signal processor. Aside from the sub, everything else I would pay for from them along with the obvious installation fees etc. The guy that was running the shop told me directly that they will not do it unless I buy from them all items. He says he cant make the money he expects because of online sales. Mind you, this is from one sub in an entire system. I then asked if they had this sub. They did. It was on sale but the price was $70 more than my wife paid before taxes. He suggested that I return the sub and buy it from him. I thanked him for his time and left. While leaving he suggested that I try another store west of theirs. I did and the sub was installed the next day along with amps, audio control, mids/highs etc. Working great! Be warned: Go with NOTHING in your car except OEM. They wont even add to existing system that wasnt bought and sinstalled by them. Too much knowledge also does not work in your favor. You have to be ignorant and absorb/accept their recommendations.

These guys put in a JL Audio stealth sub in one of my cars. They did a really good job. Mike was absolutely fantastic to deal with. It was worth the drive to go there. They have a really nice store and carry lots of high end stuff. If youre an audiophile, this is a great place to go. I was impressed with lots of stuff that they have there.

I walked in looked around they have a nice variety,the shop is organized however they was was fully booked for the next six Saturdays. The gentleman who was sitting at the counter didnt seem like he was in the mood ,I felt like a bother instead of a potential customer and there prices were higher than most.

My first experience with them was from a phone call for advice on a DIY, which ended up being a 20 minute guide on how to do it the right way and not the YouTube misinformation way... 😂😂😂 The tech that took the time to explain how to fix my problem made me a life customer. Because of that phone conversation I decided go over and see if this great customer service experience was just a fluke or will I experience the same level of service, ended up upgrading my truck.😂😂😂 During my visit I saw that it wasnt just 1 awesome tech, its all of them... The older gentleman which I believe to be the manager (owner), entertained my daughter and answered every question I had and he never tried to lead me to the most expensive item. Prices were competitive to the same equipment I had in my Amazon cart and it was all the latest models. They will be doing my next project.

Took my 2006 Road Glide there to have it looked at. Thinking the worst, I thought my amp was the problem. I dropped it off and headed home. In less than 30 minutes, I received a call from Abraham, telling me that the bike was completed. It turned out my speakers were bad. I can not say enough good things about this place and the staff as well. Got my new speakers and I was back on the road in less than one hour!!!! Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!2-4-19: Needed to upgrade my speakers after I had a new amp installed. Abraham hooked me up with a great set of speakers (Hertz MPX-165s). Awesome work great price. Mike offered some great customer service and you get a great vibe from every employee there. They took care of my car like it was their baby and did a very professional, clean installation. It took them almost 2.5 to install a subwoofer in my car but only charged the original quote of 1.5 hours. They just took the extra step to make sure everything looked and sounded great. These guys are awesome. Respectful, fast, and genuinely nice people. I took my car somewhere to get my sound system installed and it was a mess. The guy cut so many wires up and didnt even put a fuse on the power wire too the amps. It was terrible. These guys at Audio Logic took me in and fixed my car up. Zach was sweet and patient with my complaints and really had been taking his time really making my sound system perfect. Dont go anywhere else but here. I learned my lesson the hard way.
