Used this company to serve an individual. Signed contract for a specific amount for a service. I never authorized any additional services and they keep sending me a bill for an additional $190?? Spoke to a rep for company and she was extremely rude wouldnt let me get a word in. All she kept saying was another individual gave them the authorization for additional services. Again I did not authorize service other than what was stated in contract. LRI was unable to even serve the individual and I keep getting a bill in the mail every month. Poor business practice!
