Awesome customer service. Delivery was early and they sanitized everything. The kids loved everything. They have different themes for boys and girls as well as neutral. Jennifer was awesome in assisting is and helping us get exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend for all your party needs.

This was my second time renting through them, and happy with customer service. I love that Jenn is just a phone call away & their flexibility with weather plans. Unfortunately after a little over an hour of use, our bounce house suddenly burst in the back & deflated on my toddler and 3 others. Even though everyone was perfectly safe, it was scary. I called Jen and she answered immediately and agreed to send staff to check out & repair the problem. They arrived within 30 minutes and worked really hard to come up with a temporary repair of zip ties (zipper had completely broken off in the back somehow.) The staff even jumped themselves to make sure it was safe again. It didn’t bounce quite the same due to the pressure, but Jen was very responsive the whole time to try and make it right. She gave us an extra hour of our rental. Unfortunately, my son was too terrified to go back in again after that, so we didn’t really get much use out of it. While the situation was unfortunate, I felt Jen and staff did try to make the situation right despite the equipment failure. I appreciate that. The equipment has always been very clean, staff arrived early/on time for set up, and very professional.

The day of my event it rained all day, starting an hour after the bounce house was put up. While I understand the contract states rain or shine, the roof of the bounce house immediately filled with water and caved in the middle. Not only that, but the Velcro that holds the roof together had gaps in it allowing all of the water from the roof to spill inside and fill up the bounce house with water. I contacted Jennifer, but did not hear back from her right away. She responded about the miscommunication in getting back to me and let me know she would provide me with a discount on my next bounce house. I will for sure be using them in the future!

Working with BHB was a pleasure and we look forward to renting through them again. Great staff on the phone and in person. Good variety of bounce houses to pick from. Early setup allowed for bonus bounce time!

The experience was great. You may wonder how renting a bounce house could be an unpleasant experience but it can. I was thankful to find Bounce House Broward. Very kind, helpful, and punctual.

We got a 4-1 bounce house with two slides with a marvel banner. My son loved it! It was very clean. Team member set up and took down the bounce house without any hassle. Team member wiped down and sanitized the bounce house once it was blown up. We also got a train and that’s where I have removed a star. We initially agreed at 4:30pm and it got pushed to 5pm , which was fine but the train did not arrive until 5:30pm. However, that did not affect the timeframe that we paid for. The train was old and could use a fresh coat of paint. I’m not sure if it was “wiped down”/ sanitized but looked clean. My son and his friends really enjoyed it though.

Used this company twice. The first time my backyard was to small and they were nice enough to switch it for something smaller. The second time everything was a breeze. They sanitized the bounce house as well.

Jen from the office was amazing! Because of the weather, she wanted to be sure we still wanted the bounce house. She called us the night before and the morning of to confirm. The delivery guys, Jason & Dwayne her fantastic! Early in the morning and so pleasant.. They laid out the bounce house and cleaned it with bleach prior to blowing it up. My son and our family had a blast!!!!

I used a different company last year and was not happy. I decided to try bounce house Broward for my daughter’s party yesterday and I’m so glad I did! They were super easy to communicate with. Quick, professional set up. They wiped it all down before kids got in. This was by far a better experience than I had with the other company. It’s a little pricey which why I gave the 4 stars instead of 5. It was double the cost but the service was far better.

This last weekend was my second time using Bounce House Broward and I can not say enough good things about everything from start to finish with my experience. They truly treat you like family and are amazingly helpful, supportive and friendly. Jason was so great setting up and then picking up the bounce house, even showing my kids how everything worked. His kindness was much appreciated and we didnt even have any tears from the 3 year olds as it was taken away. I can not wait until my next event and are already planning on using them again! We have been renting from these guys for a few years now, sometimes when I am in my mom-life I get forgetful of booking and they always send a little reminder email and I appreciate that. I ordered online which was very convenient. Jennifer was nice and confirmed the details before the party. The bounce house was clean and the kids had a blast. The only issue I had was the driver showing up over an hour late and I needed the tent, table and chairs set up for my guests.

This people are really good! Even when booking online the whole process was perfect. They were on time for the party. The guy installed everything and explained how the bounce house and snow cone machine worked and how to proceed in case an issue came up. My kids and their friends had a blast. 100% recommended.

I found Bounce House Broward by chance while searching Google for a bounce house to rent for my 3 year olds birthday party. They were the only company I could find that a truly toddler friendly bounce house. The reviews were good so I gave them a shot and it was a wonderful experience. The ability to book online was just wonderful, confirmed by email a few days before the event and then again by phone the day before. The drivers were nice, courteous, clean, and professional. They came about 30 minutes before the promised time (which was awesome) and picked up just a few minutes after the scheduled pick up. Highly recommended.

I had my daughters party today and everything from the initial call to the young men setting up and picking up was just wonderful! They were courteous , helpful and extremely polite.The slide was AMAZING, EVERY kid LOVED IT! They drove by to pick up and saw my kids were still on the slide so they went to another stop to allow them more time, who does that?!?! I placed an order online: the website states that delivery costs are included in the prices for specified areas. My event was within the specified area; When I placed the order the website required a minimum order of $100; I increased my items to meet the minimum; placed and paid for the order. The owner called the following day and added an additional delivery fee giving me the explanation that they are a bounce house company and do not deliver orders for chairs and tables.

I have attempted to contact this place for three days. I left messages, got in contact with someone who assured me that she had availability for the party and then told me she was not in the office and that I can call the following day. I contacted her all day the following day, there was no answer, and then around 5pm she says we have no availability. Completely unorganized.

Rented the Rockin Rapids waterslide. It’s was perfect!Received a call the evening before just to confirm the setup and go over reminders for care of the slide.Setup was done well before our party start time. We didn’t have to do anything. The slide came with a huge tarp put under the enter and exit which saved a ton of grass being stuck to everyone!The slide was clean and looked brand new! The kids loved it.I also rented some tables which were clean and also looked brand new.Would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future.You will not be disappointed when you book with them.

Just celebrated my sons 7th birthday at the house. The team called ahead, was on time, courteous, and made sure we understood how to use everything. We rented snack machines, a dart board, a bounce house and a tent with chairs. The game masters were well worth it as all of the kids were engaged. My family and friends all had a great time and it was very low stress for my wife and I. Definitely call them back for our next party!

I rented the foam pit for my sons 7th birthday and was treated to a surprise upgrade last minute to the 20x20 toxic spill pit. We had about 15 kids and this had plenty of room. It was the star of the party! My sons classmates talked about it all week and said that he had “the best party ever!” You wont need anything else for entertainment— Even adults jumped in. If you have any hesitations in price, let me just say it’s worth every single penny! The pit is very clean and the company is professional from reserving, set up, break down and the attendant who monitors the kids/foam levels. The kids didn’t even want to come out to eat cake! I will be renting this again for his 8th party because it was that popular. Highly recommend

We have used this company several times for parties at our house. the first few times we got water slide bounce houses. in october, we were having a party and a few days before, there was a 100% chance of rain with strong wind gusts expected. jen spoke with me several times before the party and it was clear that the safety of her clients is her #1 concern. we decided to cancel and she gave us a raincheck.our last party, we got the soccer darts, the pop balloons with arrows, a face painter, a couple of game masters and attendants for all. the kids had a blast. they are punctual and professional and jen is a fabulous manager. highly recommend

Excellent service. I setup the entire order online. As the email said I received a call the day prior to the event. The service was very friendly and professional. They arrived and setup/cleaned the water slide fast and had they not knocked on the door for tear down I never would have known they were there.Will definitely call again for future parties. The water slide was a huge success and the 6 hour rental time was more than enough for the party and individual play time for my kidsAlso a note I priced the water slide out through many places (including craigslist) and this was the best bang for your buck in terms of time and price.

The worst experience ever!Do not rent from this place! I called to rent a bounce house and gave my credit card number called back 15 minutes later to let them know I would not be using them and they refuse to refund me back my deposit. They are over priced and there units are not in the best conditions from using them previously I found out. I tried to give it a second chance but after this never again. Please be aware. There are many more companies out there with better prices. Jennifer was extremely rude when I immediately called back to make sure I was not charged and she reused to give back my deposit! Just to be clear I have rented from this place before and the experience that time was just as bad but I thought maybe it just was a fluke but it wasnt.

This party rental service play the most games and bad customer service. Most companys place holds on your card to reserve in ask for cash on delivery. This place had me thinking that my slide was booked. In 2 days before the party they decide to tell me that my card didnt go through and the slide is no longer available to me what kind of foolery are you guys playing. I wouldnt recommend ANYONE I mean ANYONE to this place. You guys run a SHABBY business and would have gotten asked to more parties if you wouldnt have pulled such a JUNKIE move shame on you I will spend my money some place else in bring them MORE business. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
