NEVER AGAIN. I ordered a watch for my son in mid-November, planning to give it to him for Christmas. A week later, the WRONG watch showed up at my door. I called customer service only to get a recorded message that theyre only open from 9-4:30 M-F... since Im two time zones away that made for some inconvenient timing! After emailing and calling several times, I finally got a person who said they didnt have the watch I wanted any more (really?!) and agreed to email me a free return label. The next day I returned the watch. The website said I could expect a refund in 5 - 7 business days and I actually believed them. It took TWO MONTHS!! At one point I was on hold for 90 minutes before I gave up. I emailed several times and only got one response that my refund was processing and they were backed up from the holidays. No kidding - if you cant support your customers, you shouldnt be selling a product! In order to get my son a watch for Christmas, I ended up having to buy him a second one (from Citizen, and theyve been awesome) then waiting to get my Invicta money back until mid-January. Keep in mind none of this was my fault - THEY sent me the wrong watch!! DONT BUY FROM INVICTA.

Its a shame they wont allow you to put 0 stars review.Any company that sells luxury watches should at least offer a decent customer service.Dont get fooled by the warranty paper that comes with the watch as it is a total lie.They wont answer your emails and the information about how to claim warranty is very unclear.Buy at your own risk.

Very poor service, either they dont answer the phone, I was charged twice for the same thing and I cant cancel the charge because they wont answer the phone or email, I have no invoice for the part, receipt for the sale and again I have two charges back to back days...Im trying to figure out how they are in business; my advice is to deal with a company that actually does business with its customers! Extremely unhappy at this moment!
