Avoid if possible. They change the price one day is $30 next day is $35 and then is $45. For “extra work” per invoice and when I pick up is all dirty around the fenders and bellow the doors. I don’t mind paying the extra money for a good wash. Sorry I won’t take any of my cars again. Do not recommend. The manager blames the workers when he is supposed to do his job and check the car when done before sending out the Text that is ready. Too many times is enough.

They did an awesome job on my vehicle. Loved the shine of the tires. They removed all the lovebug splatters off the windows and exterior paint. Cleaned all the door jams and revitalized my cars beautiful shine. I appreciated the attention to detail. A valid $30 spent. Would utilize them again. I had to add that they did forget to clean the door jam of my truck.

Really good place. Honest honest honest.I left expensive binoculars in the car, forgot about them. A few days later, there they were, nice and tucked away. I love that. Car looks great too!

The worst car wash everLeft debris on the windshield, windows were still dirty, not to mention the hood of the car still had stains on it and there was still cleaning product left on the car.They wanted to charge me more to clean off the stains on the hood with my own product from turtle wax that I used to remove the stains in front of them.

This picture is after the “car wash”. While I’m inside paying for the service, I see the man who washed my car on the camera smoking. Which I don’t care that he was smoking, but at least take your smoke break after you finish cleaning my car lol. I waited an hour and 30 minutes to have to tell them that they actually have to vacuum my seats, put my mats back on the ground, and actually clean the inside of my vehicle. I literally wiped the dust off of my dash after they “cleaned” it. Not to mention, they crashed 2 cars they were cleaning right in front of me and the vehicle owners. Maybe they were just having an off day, but as a business owner myself, this would NEVER fly. I am currently cleaning the inside of my car 20 minutes after getting a car wash. A waste of money if you ask me.

What a relief! I took my car to Mr.Pro Car & Detailing looking a mess. I have two dogs and weve just gotten back from a beach trip (Anyone having dogs can imagine what the interior looked like).I went to run an errand and when I came back my car looked shiny and brand new! They did an amazing job hand cleaning and waxing the exterior while the inside was spotless!I am now a solid customer and I will say their prices are very affordable.

I’ve been here since 11am. It is now 1:30pm going on 2pm. When I came, the guy told me 1 hr for the service. It’s going on 3 hours. As I’m sitting and watching them work, i feel like the issue is that they don’t work together to get the job done so the service is superrrrrrr slow. They could make a lot more money if they worked together. I Have never had a car wash that has taken 3 hours. They need a better system. I’m sure they do a good job but I don’t have 3 hours every week to get a car wash. Speed AND quality are important. And on top of that, I’m paying $90. Too much.

I didnt realise until after I left that I was over charged. They texted me my order receipt or whatever and it said inside and outside PLUS EXTRA WORK.... I did not order any extra work and I have a small compact car, just a basic in and out and my car was barely dirty just some dirt and such from normal driving. I was told the price went up but even checking the site/google it shows I was over charged. They did a okay job cleaning the car, about what you would expect for a basic wash.

Dont waste your time and money here paid 70 to wax and wash my car they said they vacuum the inside and it look like they never touch it i do a better job myself was there there for 4 hours never again will i go back there your better doing the job your self waste of money and i know they didnt clean the inside at all worst car wash i been too trust me go somewhere else

First time and NOT GOING AGAIN!! I gave them 1 star because I can’t give less but the have 0. I took my car and it was like they didn’t even clean it. The rims are dirty as hell and the entire car was stained. When I picked It up it was literally on a puddle of water and the tires got all dirty. When I got in the car, I realized that they had lost my cop holder insert and when I went to ask the manager no body have seen it or remembered. DON’T RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!

This is a horrible place to get your car washed. Extremely poor service and follow up. We took both of our cars up at 10am Sunday March 28, 2021, left one car to be washed with the other to be washed when we picked up the first one. The manager, Frank, said no problem, he would take care of it. We came back at 12:15pm to pick up and drop off CR-V. Spoke with Frank. left my keys, he said he would get it in. We had not heard back from Frank and came back to the car wash at 3pm only to find out that my car was never washed. The other manager said Frank didnt have it on his list. My order number was 13. Instead of getting my car in right away and doing it, I was told to wait 10 minutes for Frank to come back from lunch or come back tomorrow. I dont have time this week, having major surgery again this week, today was the only real day I had. Im disappointed, mad and angry. Poor service, poor management, poor parking availability - I park in the handicapped spot and both times. was blocked in. Terrible service!!!!

I actually didn’t come to get a car detail but I figured since I’m about to eat maybe I’ll get a car detail done since it needed it. A tall white guy approached me and talked me into getting a interior and exterior cleaning and I agreed. Car detail was very good and detailed. As I’m eating I’m watching these guys cleaning every inch of this car and taking out my rubber floor mats and washing them down and I was very impressed for the price it was offered at me. After I was done I learned that the price was more then the guy said it was. The tall man was a couple days new and realized he had made a mistake. Owner honored the price that was given to me. I’m happy with the excellent fast detailed service! I just felt bad that the new guy which he is really good at his job made a mistake and hopefully he doesn’t get penalized. I will come back on purpose next time for my truck.

I like the car wash because you get fast service. Its a little more expensive than other car wash places but i dont like to wait. With that being said the employees move so fast sometimes they miss things on your car and they dont take their time. The owner needs to train them to not sacrifice quality when moving fast.

They charged me SUV for a small car. Also they did not wipe down anything inside the car and did not vacuum the seats at all only the floor. I feel like I was completely ripped off.

40$ fir deluxe.i tipped b4 i looked 😬. Lots of interior missed. Window water stains, leather not completely wiped down i can see where they sprayed for shine but didnt cover completely so it looks like greasy areas instead of shine. Not for me. Lady super nice.

They left my car as dirty as it came in. They didnt clean the inside, the mirrors were dirty like when it rains, bunch of leafs in the borders between front and rear glass and the chaise, and so on... They waiting was terrible, they said they were going to start with me in 10min because there was only one car in the row to get to mine and I left an hour and a half later. The only good thing was they did a good job with the vacuum.

I bought a new car that was just extremely dirty and took it here for a wash and vacuum. I was surprised that a female was given the task and I was interested because this car wash is predominantly male workers. The young lady was pretty respectful and presentable. She took her time to do my car and gave it a very detailed wash. She moved like a professional. My car was pristine clean and I was so happy. I give her 100 stars!!! Very good work for a woman. I wanted to ask her name but I didnt. She was very pretty, light skin and straight hair. I highly recommend her one hundred percent.

Paid $200+ and tipped wasnt really happy car was nicely done outside but interior shampoo was terrible under seats , cup holders driving shift were all still dirty.

Arrived at 2pm. Website says they close at 4pm. I was told they were closed and could not assist me.

The wait was ridiculously long and although there were water marks and smudge on my glass, my car itself was clean.

If your looking for a simple, no hassle, no long waiting car wash, this is the place to come. They will have you in and out in no time!

The service was terrible. They hire any random drug addict from the street, i personally saw one of them in company uniform smoking from what looked to be a soda can behind a car crouched. I informed the manager and he was rude and didnt even mention it to the employee. Worst detailing service Ive ever gotten.

Avoid. Ghetto. People talk and act ghetto, pushy to try to get more expensive washes, pushy for tips, nice at first then after they get a car theyre rude. Avoid, there are better places out there

Terrible service. I dont like giving bad ratings to any business but I had such bad experience with this company. They have lousy workers unprofessional. they blast your radio and change the station to loud rap music like they own the car. My pens I keep on the side of the door were gone maybe by the vacuum. And the inside wasnt even clean well. Garbage was everywhere on the parking lot just wasnt comfortable. Never again I willcome here.

I came to this place because I read great reviews, but those are far from the truth.The guys are very agresive when it comes to selling you services. Time quoted went beyond the 1 1/2 hours the guy said it will take for the job. They spent half the time talking and listening to music. I have been to other Car Washes that are less expensive and perform better work than this guys.Never coming back.

They try to up sell you and over charge . Then after you agree to a car wash, the owner walks over and try to collect before it’s even wash. I never been to a car wash you pay before service is done. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Ive taken my car 3 times and each time it was left flawless. I had to have my seats shampooed two different times ( I have kids lol) and they were left in amazing condition. They have a little restaurant attached, amazing subs and frozen custard next door and Walmart across the street. So theres plenty to do while they wash and detail your car :)

Really, is this a Car Wash Facility? I have been driving by this place for the last 3 years and always had my doubts, until today, OMG the worst car wash Ive ever been to, pricey and very bad customer service, specially from the shops Manager. The place was empty and It took literally 25 min to get into my car, $15 for poring water on my car and vacuumed without even move a single floor mat, told the manager and his answer was everyone of my guys clean in a different way so many good places around and I ended it here today. Please everyone do not go there. First and my last time here.

Amazing!!! I take my large dog everywhere with me and she sheds like crazy. Let me also add that I had sent cleaned it in 2 months! And now it’s amazing!!!!! I have a human car instead of the dog car!

Sat there for an hour to wait my turn. I was skipped by someone who got there after me. I left. This place was a waste of time. Who knows how many people were moved ahead of me. I felt like he knew and was trying to play it off. Saturday morning 9am. Dont waste your time. There are too many other car washes around

The manager/owner was rude. I came into to the store and asked if they were still open. He was on the phone and two other workers were just sitting there. Instead of checking to see if anyone was willing to wash my car.. mind you it’s 30 mins before closing.. they just said we are close in Spanish. I proceeded to leave and one of the guys that wash the cars said he will do it for me. I waited for 30 mins while the owner spoke with someone on the phone because it was rude how the situation occurred. When he finally got off the phone he told me that his phone conversation was more important than the customers and that he has lots of problem. I told him I didn’t ask him to get off the phone but one of the workers could have checked with the guys outside to see if anyone was available. As a customer I thought it was rude and inconsiderate to tell me or anyone that is a paying client who got a full service including wax that they were not as important as his phone call. If you don’t have customers you will not have a business and again you will have even more problems. The guy did a great job on my truck but management sucks!!! He needs a course in customer service and I do not plan on going back there since his phone call is more important than a paying client. Also online they have daily discounts and if you do not mention it at the register you will not get it!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. The service is terrible. I got my car serviced on Wednesday. I was told that my service was going to take 3 hours and it took 4 even though there were no cars when I dropped mine off. There was a 4% service charge for payment with my debit card which I was already unexcited about (especially since there were 2 separate opportunities to tell me about it before I returned) AND then they overcharged my card. It was very hard communicating with the manager because he only spoke spanish and the employee assisting me only spoke english and the man who i left my car with was not there when I returned. overall it was a very unpleasant experience.

This is my first time coming to this car wash, horrible experience!! When I first came in I ask how long is the wait, one of the mangers told me 1 hour because there was 4 car ahead of me, I said okay because it’s Saturday; I sat waiting for 3 1/2 hours!!! I went to look for my car and saw it was wet but no one was cleaning it, 30 mins later I came back to see if they were almost done and my car was the same wet and untouched. I ask how much longer and they couldn’t give me answer. While I saw other people come and go people that came after me. Horrible customer service!! I would not recommend!!

Recently got my car washed and I asked about a dab of wax to shine one of my front headlights. For some reason this turned into a big discussion and the manager/owner came over and told me it costs $15. Thats the same price it costs to wash my whole car inside and out! Dont appreciate when someone tries to rip me off and I think he did it because Im a woman. To top it off, my car wasnt cleaned properly and my rims are still dirty. Will not be returning.

I absolutely love taking my car here to get washed! I always bring it in a mess and they always bring it back to me immaculate every time! No matter who’s washing it and on top of that all the staff from the 2 owners who are cousins to the chef are extremely kind,warm and very welcoming to every single one of their clients! They make you feel like you’re at home instead of at an establishment which is rare for a car wash place. Their prices are also very fair and they help you out if you’re in Uber or a Lyft driver. I highly recommend this place to any and everyone who’s looking for a great car wash with great Customer Care .

I have been coming here since they took over new ownership. At first everything was great but lately for the past few months it’s been total disappointment. First the guy that comes to ask what you want done you ask how longs the wait he can’t say. Ok you sit and wait half hour passes by he never comes by to update you on how long your wait. The n while he your waiting you see some guys just take their sweet time. I mean you see their done, i’ve Been coming here for sometime so I know the routine, but for some reason they slow it down. When they get to my car their done in 20 mind. And not a good job. I’m really disappointed. I see they have new guys whatever the problem is they need to fix it. Looking for another car wash place.

I come for my car washing today. When i ask for the price, they tell me 65$ for details and 15$ for regular washing. They try to tell me get the 65$ washing and i say i just want to do the regular washing 15$. Wth...they all going away and noone want to service me anymore. Really bad people. I am so disappointed 😔 took my car in for detailing waited over an hour when my car was done it was terrible! While complaining to the guy in charge his answer was his guys are not robot that they have been working since 8am!!! Terrible customers service he witness that the car was still dirty inside! Not to mention I had spare change in the cup holder and it was gone!!! Pennies and all!!! I will never go there again terrible customer service, unprofessional staff, and dishonest workers! Refund is in place here!

Honestly Im pushing it by giving this place even one star the so called owner so he says is unprofessional and rude I came to get my car washed and shampooed due to spilling orange liquid on my seat paid 80.00 and when I told him it was still there he said it was shampoo they tried to cover up the half ass job by placing floor mats on my seats I explained it was still there and instead of shampooing that one seat over again he got a spray bottle and a rag when I asked is that how he shampoos the cars there he got rude with me and states oh now your gonna tell me how to do my job they have been there all day and their tired I told him he shouldve told me that before charging me 80.00 I couldve come back another time I cant believe this is the owner he truly doesnt know how to deal with customers nor show workers by example the guy helping was more respectful then the so call owner this is the 3rd time Ive had an issue here wont be going back and dont recommend anyone else does either
