Terrible they took my car from a guest parking at that made me wait over one hour with my new baby to get release. Communication is bad. The whole company/organization or whatever should not be operating this is just ridiculous. And I didn’t want to post this review because I only have the option of give the minimum of one star which is not true I give ZERO stars if anything this company deserves negative -5 stars. Honestly just disappointed, and not too much about my car getting towed but just how the situation was handled. DO BETTER.

They are the biggest thieves out there. a 24 hour business but they do not have anyone there to help you until after 6 hours after they tow you so they can add more to the bill for their so called storage fee. you might catch the delta variant walking into their building, and the toothless one making fun of my lavender shirt resembles that of a tweeker and obviously cant even take care of himself. they need to be held accountable for their lack of service, theft, and the dirtiest building i have ever walked into, you will need vaccinated after leaving

We live in a gated community. Parking is allowed except between 10pm-6am so at 2:00pm momma starts freaking out I figured out that she got towed. Called them and the young lady tells me that my car was towed because parking isnt allowed 24/7 so 130 dollars later and btw he wouldnt bring it back after being told that we are all disabled. Anyway got a check for reimbursement. Definitely not a good experience

Place is run by a bunch of bums at night. Not your typical towing company. They are vultures hanging out in the bushes in neighborhoods snatching cars as people park in front of their own houses.

Who can possibly love the tow co. Who towed your car? Well, EXECUTIVE TOW did just that with a good reason. But when I called them for info, they were very nice. The place was clean. I found no long lines of angry drivers. The guys in the yard were helpful. The young lady at the window was super friendly. Unreal! Compared to ALL COUNTY TOW, they are way, way ahead. Easy to find. Not bad at all.

I am reporting you guys for illegally targeting my husband and towing his car. You towed his car reportedly 3 times. You told him that he can park in the guest parking lot and for your information his license plate is up to date. All of the other times that towed his car was the times that he was parked in our designated property. To top it off, you guys are extremely unprofessional and rude. Total towing expenses amounts up to almost 400 dollars. One of the times my husband saw one of the guys towing his car. He was under the influence and told my husband that he will drop his car if he paid him 60 dollars cash. Someone who is operating a vehicle let alone a truck under the influence is putting peoples safety at risk. If I could give negative STARS I would!!! They have the worst I mean THE!!!!!!! WORST customer service the guy who picks up is rude as ever!!!!!!!!!!!! They aren’t not trustworthy! attempted to tow my car twice while having a temporary permit from the main office directly while visiting my parents! When my Dad went to confront the driver he pulled a knife on him. Be very cautious just let them tow it and take it up with the court because it’s not worth it. Driver now drives around checking my car with his flashlight and others disturbing the peace because they have nothing better to do. If no one calls you because clearly the owners of that spot my parents didn’t call you then don’t come!!!I also want to state that when you hooked my car the first time you DRAGGED it and the screeching noise is what alerted us to run out. Then my car made a loud noise when I drove it off after being released on scene. You damage cars and it’s the truth! I’ve seen you in this neighborhood many tines disturbing the peace and even towing other residents with parking permits! If this happens again you will be hearing from my lawyer, I have proof from the front office I have my permit and am prepared to move forward if need be. Just to be fair and transparent, my review about this company is NOT associated with a repossession. This company is the worst. They illegally towed my vehicle after I had confirmation sent to me that my vehicle was safe for parking. I was parked at an apartment complex and prior to me leaving my car, I received notification (6:43pm) that I was clear to park. However, when I left the apartment complex 20mins later, my vehicle was gone. I contacted the company and they were rude, indelicate, and bullish. I was pretty much told, I dont give a darn about your confirmation, if you want your car come pay the $127. Upon arrival to their storage facility, I asked the gentleman why was my car towed and he said because I failed to register my vehicle to park at New Park Towers Apartments. I asked him what time did you tow my car and he stated at 6:43pm. I asked him why and he said because I failed to register my vehicle to park. I showed him my confirmation and he stated theres nothing he can do. They are thieves, liars, rude, and straight bullies.

This is the best towing company that our Association has ever had. Prompt to respond and take proper documentation. Anthony, Michelle and The Senior Citizen (Nick) are very helpful and quick to respond. I recommend them for any association that has parking rules that need to be enforced according to regulations.

Accidentally put in the wrong license plate number by 1 number and my car was towed from my apartment complex on September 30th at midnight. Picked my car up around 9AM the following morning before I had to go to work and noticed a small sound coming from my muffler. I drive a Infiniti G35 coupe it already sits low as it is so I just assumed it was just going to be that minor noise but fast forward not even a week from then and my muffler makes this awful noise now. I already emailed them and called about this issue but honestly just by how they run their business down to how it looks as well I can already tell this issue isn’t going to be resolved. If you get your car towed by them just make sure upon arrival you take pictures and videos of your car to make sure everything is okay. If anyone from Executive Towing is reading this hopefully you guys invest in creating a better business. From having someone in the office when you tow people’s cars all hours of the night, to how you handle card information outside of the building, invest in at least a flat bed tow truck for the safety of people’s cars who spend their hard earned money on them etc. I wouldn’t be surprised if they just opened up under a year or 2 ago.oIn response to your comment. If your muffler hasn’t been making a noise in the FIVE years you’ve owned the car and then it gets towed and the VERY next time you drive your car it starts making a noise. My condo association uses a system to record license plates and I always thought and used my 78 to old mothers car ebded with BBC and they towed my car because it was 8BC!!!!! IveI been living here for over a year and have registered her car on and off for this time and always registered BBC and never had a problem. And to think I was using my moms car to get to work temporarily to avoid paying a cab. Completely heartless company 💔

This so-called business deserves NO stars, but in order for me to post this review a star had to be given. Everyone at this establishment is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Theres no office for you to go into, I had to wait down stair for 52 minutes before someone came downstairs. After several calls and being told to allow them 15 minutes no one ever came down. A driver that was towing another vehicle met me at the gate. NEVER once did he ask or verify any ID. Just took took the money and allowed me entrance into the gate.

I understand You have to get it - how you live , Hell, I understand whatever guidelines you have to follow regarding a LEGITIMATE tow, what i DONT understand is how or WHY one would go through ones car and physically STEAL from them. Money at that. Your already charging for them to get the vehicle back so the dishonesty is for what? The staff was extremely disrespectful as if they were entitled to something. As I was pulling away in my car the tow truck driver threw several rocks at my car damaging the paint. I called the police and they reviewed the tapes. They confirmed he did this and now I will be seeing them in court :) what a waste of time. I hope it was worth it for him...

Family member went to visit a friend, her car was towed because she backed her car in when she parked. She called the towing company and she explained she didnt know. The man was very RUDE and said signs are all over the place. I drove looking for the signs and I saw one sign. As you drive into the complex there is a sign but another sign in front of it and you will miss seeing it. When she called and ask about the exact location because it was dark, he said to her press the button on your key(his voice tone nasty). While waiting one guy arrived and said you need to pay cash or you want get your car. She said ok but I need a receipt he said I can text it to you, she said no I want a hard copy. The guy said the person that towed your car wb here in 20 minutes which we were told that 20 minutes ago. Finally he arrived 25 minutes later with an attitude nasty person, she asked where is my car he said where is the money $123, they had the car less than an hour. I think someone lives in that complex who calls them and getting paid, she was there for 1hour and her car was towed within 20 minutes after she arrived ( time on receipt). They were unprofessional and rude. Its a fast way of getting quick money. People be careful, this is a dog eat dog world. 😡

This towing service is Awesome!!!!!! My car was acting up on vacation and I got stuck on the side of the road!! I called them and they had a great response time they provided great customer service. I felt safe and secured!! I recommend everyone to use this towing company for anything!!

Disgusting business. They have stolen my car 3 times and returned it twice. Employees are illiterate, uneducated and refuse to follow the law. Drivers drive trucks under the influence. Their bathroom trashcan was overflowing with glass beer bottles that I took photos of. They lie about their pricing and then gauge when you arrive at their facility. Rude phone staff that said a supervisor might return a phone call. Every staff member I have interacted with seems as if they have spent their entire lives in gangs or in prison. Im not even sure they can legally drive within a mile of elementary schools because they all appear to be ex-cons. Keep them out of your neighborhoods, community leaders! The most recent time, they towed my car incorrectly (3rd time, mind you) and then threw the car onto the street at their facility in crack town instead of returning the vehicle. Check better business Bureau before you hire this ratchet company.

Towed my parents car at 11pm, car was in front of my apartment. Called up..got bad directions to where the car was being held. Apparently the main office is in a different city then where they drop off the cars in Ft Lauderdale, a gated unmarked lot. Additionally the people that answer the phones dont give good directions. Finally my parents and I had to wait for a tow truck driver to show up to the location. Your company should be ashamed of themselves for choosing to do this to people who havent broken any rules. My apartment complex uses this company for towing, my garage gets blocked frequently by people illegally parking and i cant get my vehicle out. Tried to call them on several occasions, its always an hour + for them to get here.. today its been an hour an a half since i called and the tow truck has not shown up.

I needed a tow while I was visiting my family in Hollywood FL. My car wouldnt start and AAA tried to jump it but it still would not start and they were going to charge me $200 for a two to the dealer. I found Executive Towing on Google and they came and towed my car for half of the price. I highly recommend this company.

I called different tow companies to get a price to tow my car 15 miles and they quoted me for $225 - $150. Then I called Executive Towing service and they only charged me $90; and to top it off they were there before the time they told me over the phone. I had a great experience with them.

They wrongfully towed my car from my residence, then proceeded to hang on up on me when I called about the car and demanded that they return it since they had no business towing it in the first place. They tried to lie and first say that I didnt have a resident sticker on my car,(which i do, and it is displayed where one would have to be blind to not see it.) then they tried to say that they didnt see it. They wont own up to their mistakes and blame the persons whos car they tow ( victims) and they still charge you and arm and a leg. These people are rude, terrible and inhuman. Be assured that I will be taking action against you for this. You cost me an entire day of work, your ridiculous towing fees, mental distress, gas and time to get there and back. I wasted an entire morning and missed a full day of work because your employee was too lazy or blind to be bothered to look for the sticker that permits me to park overnight since I am a resident. Ive parked there before on occasion when the lot was full and was never towed before because I have a sticker on my car that your employee chose to ignore. You also never contacted or communicated to the HOA that you had towed my car, which I know is usually how things are done. My HOA has no communication from you regarding my car either via email or telephone. So Im inclined to think that this is a scam and you chose to rip me off for whatever reason.

This company is the definition of predator towing. Towed my vehicle from cobblestone after I was told to park there by the community and was only there 15 min. When I went to pick my car up it was crammed between two other cars so close I had to climb thru the passenger side just to get in.

Horrible customer service. I called to ask for the price to pick up my car. I was told a price, then told the the price would increase at 3 am around the same time the car was towed. I called the next day after work to find out what information I had to bring and was told that they closed at 6 pm and couldnt pick up my car until the next day. I told him that no one told me the hours and he said he would check the recording and credit my account if that was true. The next day I was told that they dont record their calls and nothing could be done about the extra day charged. Careful when dealing with this shady business.

And we were guilty every time except for today the homeowners association was incorrect I have the parking pass in the car. No one would use these guys to tow a car! These guys use a buddy system in your neighborhood and sucker your front office into towing your vehicle! Some might live next to you! There costumer service is by far the worst, they get defensive and have no answer as to whether your car is in the right spot! Who gets the 50/50 split? The tow truck driver and spotter? I had my fiancé come over for dinner tonight. He parked in a guest spot. When he was leaving my home at 9:30 at night his car had been towed by this company. We called the number on the sign only to be treated poorly by the man who answered the phone. He yelled, and spoke in circles refraining from answering any questions he was asked. I asked the man not to yell at me that I was only asking questions. He proceeded to say he was hanging up on me since I only wanted to argue and hung up. When my fiancé called back he was immediately greeted with fowl language stating, I know your little girlfriend is standing next to you and then hung up again. When I called back a third time he answered the phone whistling, I said hello, and he continued to whistle. I stated that I only wanted to know how much it was to release the car from towing and he said he wasnt going to answer any questions or release the car to us being that it was a work vehicle and that we could call back under regular business hours...only to be hung up on again. I understand this man has a job and his job is towing vehicles, and I am sure he deals with a lot of unhappy people but to simply go out of his way to treat someone so poorly who was simply asking a question saddens me. This is where customer service went and this is why the human race is so miserable.

I told then I would like to pay on the spot they said $100. The regulations says $50. Towing for my small car is much less than $100 according to regulations. Before the car got to their storage they charge for a day $24. The regulations say after 6 hours then the day begins. They had my car for exactly one day and charged for two days in addition to administration fees of $30.and laughed in my face. To start, the people that work in that place look the rejects from any other single job in Florida, they are rude and they do not care about the consumer, paid the fee at 4:35 to get my car out, and I was able to leave at 5:10 because they blocked my car and they did not have another driver on their lot to move the car blocking mine. I have been using this tow service for the last 5 years, they have always helped our complex out with illegally parked cars. Last week we had 3 cars parked in the fire lane and 1 in the alley. They removed them professionally and cleared up our parking problem within 30 minutes of my call. I highly recommend them for all your parking enforcement needs.

Executive Towing Company deserve less than 0 star. My vehicle was towed, and I spoke to a rude individual whom name is BRIAN. Brian refused to provide me with the proper address so that I can pick up my vehicle. I was told to Google the companys name and address in order to retrieve my vehicle. Better yet, Brian told me to suck his d**k, and hung the phone on me several times. I took an Uber to the towing lot location, where he was unsure of the addres. The uber guy assistanted me by contacting in the company. Brian refused to help and hunged up on him. I then had enough of his juvenile behavior and called law enforcement. Brian sat in a chair (hiding) and sent someone else to release my vehicle after hearing I called the police on him.I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to have their license revoked. Brian was an disrespectful human being who has no customer services all.

Called for a quote was told $65 with arrival time in 45 minutes. When I called back with the address the dispatcher became argumentative and said a driver would call me when he was in the area. They never showed. No wonder they have a 2 star rating.

Towed my car for the 3rd time for no “permit” when permit is clearly present. If you run into any problems just call the owner Anthony Ross. “B-B-B case number: 90467025” “OCN case number 334928” the amount of reviews and complaints in the area should be enough to shut this business down. Worst Tow Company, They Are scammers the police has arrested the tow truck driver already over 6 times.

At 2:30 AM my car was towed for having two wheels on the grass although being in a designated parking space. Notified by my neighbor, i immediately called the company because theyve towed my car a month prior for me illegally parking once before which i admit fault to. The main line was transferred to the driver who just towed my vehicle. Irate, i asked why they towed my car iys begining to be a problem. He laughed in my face said you know the drill, itll be $120 THEN HUNG UP ON ME. Very unprofessional bad experience.

Thieves have taken my car twice AN moved my handicap pass. I know this because it was found both times in places I would never put.Im handicapped why would I put it in my backseat!!!! Also things in my car AN counsel were messed up like they rifled through things.Reported to BBB. Crooks who work along with Executive Towing stealing cars illegally I hope they get shut down. SHADY

Waited 2 days for someone to be available at their office to get my car that was only parked for 15 minutes in a hour parking!!! Worst customer service ever!

Theyre all crooks, came to my home in the middle of the night and started towing cars by the bulk. I had to get the cops involved.
