I have yet to invest with Richard Paz or do any real estate business with his company. My interaction with Richard has primarily been in meetings as we network in groups together and of course he has utilized my company’s services. Luis Rada was our assigned agent and he did a fantastic job of finding out what we wanted and setting up a customized search for us. We would select properties to visit weekly (or sometimes faster) and he was very flexible about showing us them after hours and on weekends. He had a good sense for the value of houses and we saw several houses go by for the approximate value he stated. We lost two houses but moved aggressively on the third and finally succeeded. Luis gave us a significant discount towards the closing costs because of how fast we settled on a property. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend him.

Its really hard to articulate how refreshing it is to deal with a real professional. Richard Paz is by far the best-of-the-best and is the subject matter expert when it comes to Miami real estate. My fiance and I had moved to Miami from New Orleans and had no idea where we wanted to live. Richard met with us when we first started looking at homes, and within about 30 minutes he qualified us for a very specific location just by briefly chatting about whats important to us. He was SPOT ON. In addition to being a total bad ass, hes patient as all get out. We set a timeline of about 18 months from the time we met with him, until we were going to be ready to move into a new home. He kept in touch the entire time, occasionally sending us listings just so we could keep up with the market. We ended up pulling the trigger a little sooner than initially expected, but he hopped right into the drivers seat, and took charge. He went to bat for us when it was time to make offers, and managed to negotiate one hell of a deal for the absolute PERFECT home for us.
