I paid $390 for an inspection, vacuuming and spraying of a sealer for a couple cracks in my fireplace. Part of that was also to paint my fireplace. I reached out to the tech and the person who scheduled my initial appt, after several non returned phone calls to finish the work I have paid for, I finally was able to get a hold of the scheduler (Alex I think his name is) just scheduled me an appt for the next day, a 2 hr window, just for them not to show up nor reach out to me. After several attempts again to reach them I still have not heard back! I basically paid for the painting of my fireplace which I have yet to receive. at this point I have not only dodged home advisor but they have dodged me as well. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone I think they are a scam!!!!!

I got a quote for blown in insulation over existing and they used 8-10 bags of free flow. After looking at bag and calling the manufacturer, they should have used a minimum of 13 bags for 1800 square feet. They were also supposed to clean ducts, but I declined after seeing the insulation job.

I can’t recommend Air Care Home Services enough. Our house did not have insulation which in South Florida is a no-no! Temps in our house would reach up to 85-88 degrees on the hottest days, which also put a real strain on our A/C.On the day of installation, Alex notified me that an earlier time slot opened up and arrived promptly. He explained everything to me before doing it, worked quickly, cleaned up any mess and stayed true to the estimate.Oh and today’s high was 90 degrees but our house remained a comfortable 77 degrees.Thanks guys, if I’m going to be quarantined with a toddler might as well be comfortable and cool. #StayHome

I called for a rough estimate and the call had bad reception and I thought they quoted $1750, I got the email quote and it was $750. I thought it was a mistake because my other quotes were 1200-2000. I called back and they were here two days later at the quoted price. The crew was friendly and professional. They had to do more work than they expected and still kept to the quoted price. Would highly recommend

Scam artist. Quoted $780 ended up over $1k. Large areas of attic werent even touched. Had 6 inches already in place and they were to add 13 more. Studs still showing, hard to reach corner and edges juts flat out neglected. Now he wont return calls or emails.

BEWARE.Quoted $400 on the phonefor blown in R38 attic insulation. On arrival and having seen the project l was verbally quoted $399.Halfway through l was asked for my debit card and told the bill was $145 more that wordincluded call out charge and tax.I paid it anyway as it would just hurt my creditIf l conducted my business like that, word would get around.Dont say l didnt warn you

The roofers unfortunately didn’t do what they were supposed do to allow Alex and his team to shoot in the insulation. But Ron said not to worry they would move up all their other appointments and come back in the afternoon for my house! And they came back! Alex and his team were great and cleaned and sanitized everything. They laid down guards and clothes to keep my house clean and also found the reason my house was getting mildew in the vents. It was a moisture problem and the attic needed more insulation so they were able to take care of that too. I’m very happy with their service and with the warranty they provide.

I bought my house a few months ago and I have no information on the home so I signed up on Angie’s list and Alex called immediately. He came and said chimney and box was good but when inspecting my attic he noticed it was low on insulation, which I knew but had not had time to deal with it yet. They cleaned chimney and added insulation promptly and did a great job at a good price. Thank you. I hope to see my electric bill drop now.
