Really nice place with great people. The powerlifting equipment here is awesome and the owners are some of the nicest, down to earth people Ive ever met.

Let me tell you why this is the best gym around. The equipment is carefully selected . Everything in there has a purpose. The true definition of strength and conditioning comes to life here. The owners are very friendly and want to get to know you personally and are very supportive of your goals. When I go to this gym I feel much safer lifting as much weight as I can. I usually lift considerably more weight here than any other gym I have gone to. Why? Because everything has a purpose. The bars wont slide down my back. I can drop the weight on the deadlift platform and not feel bad for doing so, use as much chalk as I want. Small details that create a great experience and great results.

If youre looking for the best, no frills gym this is the place for you. There are a limited selection of cables, and the machines are all plate-loaded. There is a ton of specially equipment that you likely wont find anywhere else in Volusia county. The owners are very friendly and care for their members just as much as their gym.

Tried this gym out tonight and loved the environment. Met the owners who you can tell have a passion for lifting and make you feel apart of a family of lifters quickly. The gym is clean and every piece of equipment was well thought out. Its the perfect gym for anyone looking to make gains!

The owners Gary and Tommye treat all like family. When I first starting coming in I had trouble figuring out a well rounded routine for myself, so they took the time to write one up for me. Great gym, brand new equipment, Great for bodybuilding and powerlifting. The owners Tommye and Gary are awesome people as well. They offer student and military discounts as well.

Gary and Tommye are wonderful people and truly committed to helping anybody achieve their fitness goals whatever they may be. Extended hours, even on holidays, so there is no excuse, and you wont find a better equipped gym anywhere in this area.

Best gym by far in the area. The owners take great pride in keeping a clean gym with top notch lifting equipment for any fitness or lifting program you may have. In addition to power lifters and body builders, the owners Gary and Tommye have set up a space for crossfitters and olyimpic lifters with excellent bars, bumper weights and is one of the few places around with a real oly lifting platform. If you are serious about lifting as far as your fitness lifestyle then this is the gym for you.
