I bought a new computer and before I could transfer the files the old one wouldnt boot. They took care of transferring the files and the programs so my new computer looked like my old one. They even waited while I checked some files to make sure that it was okay.GREAT SERVICE!

I brought my paper- jammed, Hp printer to E-Motion hoping that it could be repaired. The owner, I think his name is Nate, was friendly and accommodating. While I waited he removed the paper jam and the printer is working perfectly. Thank you, Nate. Im a raving fan!

One day, I woke up and said to myself I want to build a computer, and so I did. I researched all of the components needed, priced it all out, and purchased them through Amazon and New Egg. Once they arrived, which what seemed like forever, I designated an evening and went to town. I installed the motherboard, the fans, the hard drive, the GPU and then once all of the hardware was in place I grimaced at the monumental task that was making sure all of the wires were plugged into the proper places into the motherboard. Id be lying if I said I wasnt worried about frying my motherboard. So, I referred to the motherboard instructions, plugged everything in, and tried turning it on. After reading all of the self-help articles and watching the youtube videos, all of those involved always said one thing If you cross the wrong wires in the motherboard than you have a potential to fry the electronics in your computer. Before I pressed the on button, I took a gasp of air, clenched my sphincter and..... nada. Well, in my opinion that was the best-case scenario. At least nothing was fried!So, after that long-winded intro, I get to my experience with E-Motion. Phenomenal is the only descriptive word that I can use to give them even an iota of justice. The owner (which I can’t remember his name for the life of me. I want to say his name was Nathan, but I’m sure I’m wrong. The funny thing is, is that I remember his sons name, which is a certain baseball player that needs to lay off the outside curve balls!), is probably one of the friendliest and compassionate people I’ve ever met. Most of my dealings with those in IT departments are extremely lacking in personality, but not “Nathan” (I’m calling him that, until someone corrects me)! I bounced idea after idea off of him on more than one occasion and he was able to answer them with the utmost confidence. So I asked for him to trouble shoot the issue, which took him all of 30 minutes and bada bing, it was fixed. He charged me $50.00, which was EXTREMELY fair and my new pride and joy was ready to frag some mofos in multiplayer death-matches in Call of Duty. Knowledgeable, isn’t the correct word to use. The man’s brilliant. Long story short; for all of your computer needs, bring it to this man and you will not be disappointed.
