I have signs on the front door and side walls on the house asking to please leave packages AGAINST the front door. You have left them where i cannot retrieve them. As i am disabled. Please comply next time to signs.

The store was clean, organized, and quiet. The employees were polite and friendly.

Beware if you are having anything shipped to Hollister, Fedex will damage your vehicles as part of their delivery process. Fedex left two large pieces of furniture in my driveway, one was literally leaning on my vehicle. They refuse to bring it to the porch, and wont respond to my complaint. Im unable to move the items. Fedex also lied and said they had been left on the porch in their Amazon notes. Lazy, trashy, poorly managed.

Horrible service!!!! They can’t deliver a Package on time and lie about “attempted” delivery!!! There was no attempted delivery I was home all day and no one knocked or rung the doorbell, they didn’t even leave a note!!

Horrible service. Representative had my package sent to different address delaying my order 3 days. The Rep wouldn’t even give me information on where they tried to deliver the package. I tried asking more questions but he rushed me off the phone and hung up on me. Rude service and seems that fedex is good at not delivering in time.
