I have been a patient of Dr Hsu at Pro Health for years and I can honesty say that I would never go to another dentist. She truly cares about her patients and is very gentle, kind and compassionate.My visits are always a great experience. The staff is also great and always works with your schedule.I have referred several friends and family and all have had the same experience.

Dr. Wennifred Hsu Is great! I came in on a Monday just for a consultation and today (Wednesday) I got my braces on. She was very nice and took into consideration my needs and concerns when deciding what treatment would be best. I didn’t expect for the process to be so quick, specially being a new patient. I definitely recommend! The dental assistant was also very nice and made me feel welcomed!

The Staff was Very Welcoming!! I went in to get my Wisdom Tooth pulled, Dr.Hsu numbed me and I didn’t feel a thing. Dr.Hsu walked me though everything and made sure I was okay and comfortable the whole time during the procedure. She has a very gentle Hand. She was thorough and made she I was heard during the visit. The Assistant was Very Kind and made sure I was okay and Comfortable too, very Gentle!!

Dr. Hsu is amazing! She and her staff treated us like family, yet the level of professionalism was always held to a high standard. We live in an RV and travel the country which is awesome until you need medical or dental care. Not only was Dr. Hsu willing to see my husband and provide a diagnostic workup, including x-rays, she set up the dental chair like a recliner and activated a large, wall-mounted TV where she reviewed the x-rays with us and gave us three options for solving the problem at hand. We had thought an expensive and time consuming treatment regime was our only choice, but Dr. Hsu showed us there were options and was very willing to candidly answer every question. Then, although we had been given an estimated price for x-rays, exam and diagnosis, the actual cost was less than half. Because we are old? He has few teeth? We are cute? NO, but she had compassion because she is a caring person who sees more than meets the eye.

Dr. Hsu is awesome. She is fast and efficient. They employ COVID precautions to keep you safe. And they are nice!

All our family members have been to this clinic for the past 7 years. Love how Dr. W really cares for her patients. She is very knowledgeable for what she is doing. Also, provide great advices in terms of treatment. All the staffs members are very friendly. My kids love coming in for checking their teeth. Dr. W also help us save $$$ by detecting problems at the early stage. (For example, kids cavities issues...) highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone.

The staff is beyond friendly and everyone in the office is always willing to lend a helping hand. They get you in and out very quickly. The quality of their service is great! Dr Hsu is very gentle and always checking up on you to make sure youre comfortable and doing okay! They listen to all your concerns and immediately come up with a solution. They are very flexible on scheduling as well.

On my first visit, everyone was really friendly and nice. Making sure I was comfortable. The office is up to date with technology and you even get to watch tv while youre getting your teeth cleaned! Dr. Wennifred is a sweetheart! She helped me figure out how I could fix a stain on my tooth when no other dentist could. Looking forward to my next visit.

Ive lived all over the country, and this is hands-down the best dentist Ive ever been to. The office is modern and inviting and the equipment is state of the art as far as I can tell. Everyone is friendly and professional and focused on making sure you are comfortable. The dental assistants and dentist are also UNBELIEVABLY fast...I just got done getting 3 fillings, and from the time I walked in to the office to the time I walked out was only 20 minutes.

Dr. Hsu and her staff were so kind and helpful. One of the best dental clinics I have been too. Not like many places when you have an appointment we have to go in and wait they are prompt in serving you and they are very consistent on making sure that youre very comfortable. We use this clinic is our family dentist and even our children have a good experience.

Today my three year old daughter and I each had great appointments. I am very pleased with the staff and Dr. Hsu. I get very nervous during visits and the office always makes sure I am comfortable during the cleaning.Update: My daughter is now five and son is four and today doctor Hsu and her staff got them each to have their teeth cleaned and take x-rays. I absolutely love coming to them because they always take care of my teeth. I grind my teeth 24/7 and doctor has managed to save my teeth from further damage.

Its honestly taken me 26 years to find a dentist. Every time I go in, Im greeted by name and a genuinely friendly attitude. I am very impressed with the group at pro health smiles. As a first time patient there was a very personable response from everyone and when the dr. Consulted as I could tell how knowledgeable she is. Very personable I would recommend people to visit or at least give a try.

Disclaimer- I think this is the second review I’ve ever written, ever, but that’s how cool prohealth Smiles is, they deserve this review. If we all had dentists like Dr. Hsu when we were little kids, the thought of being in a dentist chair in our adult years might not be so daunting. She’s friendly, gentle and compassionate, 3 key features when describing a dentist in my opinion. And Jesse does all the billing, she’s excellent at what she does also. Dr Hsu gets 5 stars on her own but Jesse also gets 5 stars in her own. Insurance plays games, they’re a necessary evil, they’ll deny or postpone claims over something stupid like a note didn’t have an ‘I’ dotted properly. They’ll send x-rays back and forth claiming they can’t see them. And I have excellent insurance! Over 2k worth of work and I’m barely $400 out of pocket. Trust me, my insurance did everything they could to postpone the claim and between myself and Jesse continuing persistence and calling them a few times a week they finally signed the check. Jesse is awesome! Thanks for the work Prohealth Smiles, I’m glad we met.

The most positive dentist experience I have ever had. I have always had bad luck when going to the dentist in the past. But pro health smiles are the best, this was my first visit with them and the staff were professional and courteous.
