Prices are a little higher than competition around town but good work done

My home desktop PC OS choked to death on a WIN10 update. Chris and the team at CRS did all they could, salvaging my data files, then installed WIN10 from scratch, updated it for me, and even went to the trouble of downloading some of the things they could see that I used regularly. They did what they said they would do, did it for exactly what they said it would cost, and then went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations and making themselves a long-term happy customer who is glad to tell others about the high quality service they provide.

Chris is the Man! Sharp knowledgeable guy without the pretentious attitude you get from some IT guys.I attempted to increase memory in our company computer and it flatlined on me on a Friday evening. I freaked out big time brought it to him and he went above and beyond to get me back on track by Monday morning before the office admin was back.Great job Chris and thank you!

Got my iPhone repaired. Screen was completely attached when I got the phone back and the screen broke two days later from a two foot drop with an otter box protecting it. My money was wasted

I have dealt with Chris in the past on numerous occasions while he was managing at a different company. Frankly, I was very impressed with his computer/networking knowledge BUT most Importantlyhis ability to LISTEN !! Not only was he able to address my technical concerns but he resolved my repairs /issues with the most efficient and No-nonsense way. Not only saving me time but $$$$ too !!It was disappointing that he left his old company because of logistics for me but I am glad that he went and opened his own company. Hollister is a bit too far for me to drive to (I live in the south bay) but I manage to send my equipment to him through UPS and his turn around time is lightning fast !! I also found out that he WILL service anyone that has IT/Networking needs in the entire bay area !! Chris EARNED his 5 stars , give him a try and you will not be disappointed !!!! Way to go Chris! I had cracked my phone and took to them to fix they had it done after a hour so I was happy with how fast they worked and it was only $90 compared to buying a whole new iPhone well it been a month and now the screen is popping out of the phone I can see the inside and when I try to pop back in the screen gets messed up horrible repair work waste of $90
