Horrible service! They never answer the phone been blowing up the phone and no one answer for a few days now. Better to call the 1 800 number to get a hold if you really need service.

Rented a car for a week to go to Disneyland. Great service, got the car I was looking for. They do hold a $200 deposit so make sure to take that into account when renting. Overall I recommend.

Easy peasy I was in and out within 10 min. They even picked me up at my auto mechanics shop.

You would imagine being on the system for renting a previous time would help the rental process. Im disabled and live at the church across the street from the Enterprise, have rented from the Morgan Hill location before but here in Hollister my bank statement, car insurance and W2 are not enough for proof of address. Hell im borderline thinking im being discriminated agaisnt.

I am a new customer to the Hollister Enterprise branch Office, and I am happy to report that the staff employees there are one of the BEST, and the friendliest. I have only rented from there 5 or 6 times since September of 2016, and have continued to keep renting in year 2017. My experience renting a car there each time has always been the same. I am greeted by very respectful, friendly, and professional employees..I have recommended to friends if they need to rent a car, that they go to Enterprise...

I had a reservation for 4:00 pm, but needed a car earlier. Enterprise accommodated the change, picked me up at my location, and gave me a very bitchin car at the same price.

Great service as I had a few change of plans and was able to contact Enterprise and drop off the car at a different location and the personnel at the San Jose airport were phenomenal would recommen your company to my friends
