DO NOT RECOMMEND! - Blew off a local customer for customers in Grand Rapids. Had an appointment with a sale rep scheduled and they even called back to move the appointment to an earlier time. Took requested time off work. Yeah they called 5 minutes before my scheduled time

Rivershores did a great job in matching the wood floor installed about 20 years ago. I also appreciated their willingness to work with our schedule and limit the dust during the installation. The Installers were knowledgeable and professional

We had our 60 ish year old hardwood floors refinished and they could not look better. The red oak is really pretty and looks like a million bucks. The guys were great working around our wheelchair access issues and they were very polite and did an amazing job. Estimate was spot on and would call them back in a heartbeat.
