I have had my family with this office for 21 years and every one has always been pleasent friendly an very knowledgeable thank you

I have been going here for a few months. I am very pleased with this place. They call me a few days before my scheduled appointment which is a huge relief for me because I am a forgetful person so that helps a lot. The staff is always happy, kind, & professional.I see Dr. Kabelman (not sure about the spelling) and she is an absolute sweetheart. She listens to me (thats so important) and asks all the important questions. And she laughs with me so as to ease the tension. I will continue to go back.

I am being racially discriminated because I have severe knee pain in my left knee and they keep telling me to take Tylenol extra strength even when I tell them it does not help with my pain that I need something stronger to help with my pain and they just keep giving me the runaround I thought they were more professional with my injuries they have seen

Im not an affiliate nor was I asked to leave a review or compensated in anyway for this review.The review is based on my own experiences with this office.I first walked through the doors of the Holland Community Health Center 15 years ago when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter, it was just by chance I was referred there through my insurance because they were an in network provider accepting new patients. I remember arrogantly thinking oh my goodness this is not the place for me, its not a fancy office where the good doctors and nurses are, Im going to get stuck with some low level provider that is probably not very good. Oh how I was so wrong, little did I know I was about to meet one of the most kind heated and caring Doctors God ever put on this earth.Doctor Duncan came in my room with this big welcoming smile and full of such positive energy and made me feel so comfortable. From that point on she has helped me battle so many health issues from Diabetes,Pcos, Depression,Panic/Anxiety,and everything in between and when I say battle I really mean it, she is right by my side every step of the way sometimes I think Im her only patient with as much care and attention she provides to me. You will never find another Doctor who will respond to you anytime of the day or night because she never stops working and doesnt want you to panic/worry about something.Doctor Duncan also stays up to date with new treatments,and medications, she doesnt just stay stuck in the past and provide the typical one treatment for all she is extremely knowledgeable and is always making sure she provides the best care possible for individual patient needs.As I said I have been a patient for over 15 years so Ive seen some staff members come and go but the ones that are in there now (at least the ones I work with) are also great, they will go the extra mile to help accommodate any requests I make such as refill request,appointments,referrals, billing question you name it.Another great service this office provides is a nurse line that is staffed during office hours. I have had to use it more than Id like to admit lately due to mail orders providers not knowing how to read a script that was sent over and also because I needed help with medication I just started. Like I mentioned I have panic attacks and diabetes not a really good combo lol, that being said I had to start taking insulin recently and I had an issue where I started bleeding because I hit some vessel, oh my goodness my panic kicked in and I just knew it was the end of the world I called the nurse line to find out what to do, Megan got on the line and was calm,professional and caring, she was able to calm me down and provided a great explanation as to what happen and how to proceed going forward ,she didnt just brush me off and say go to the ER or judge me because I have panic like others would have.If you are looking for a new Doctor or Nurse or whatever I totally recommend you give the Holland Community Health Center a chance to provide your care. What they lack in eye appeal they make up with experience, compassion,knowledge,and most importantly to me truly caring and meeting all my health needs.I really hesitated to leave this review because I didnt want to share with everyone what an AMAZING Doctor I have because then it might make it hard for me to get in for visits with her lol but keeping this gem of a Doctor to myself would be selfish and my hope is someone who is need of such great care will also be able to benefit from her and the rest of the staff at Holland Community Health Center.

The staff is always rude. And i do mean always. I do not recommend this place at all! Urine tests come back with false positives and they charge for retakes when it was their test that was faulty. Secretaries are rude, judgmental and act like they are bothered to do their jobs. Unless you want to be treated like scum do not go here!

Missed a new patient appointment by half an hour and they never will let me be seen there again. For life! Worst place ever

Dr. Bossher has lied many times to other providers and hospital.... Do not allowed him to do your care.... Im trying to get an attorney to sue the hell out of this place! For slandering my name and making my health like its a joke he dont care about anyone but himself...... I wouldnt let him be a dead dog doctor! So not go here! My HIPPA rights where violated when other people where calling in and trying to spread nasty lies and he believed then over a phone call not knowing who was on the other end. And then told me that that does not play into my care but it did actions on this speaks volumes over words! I do know that nurses where telling my health issues to these people on the other end of the phone ... And after I told them I dont want to have him as my doctor he still spoke to other providers and hospital like a high school girls on the locker room Im collecting enough evidence to sue them......due to other doctors cancelling on me cause what Dr bossher has said to them.... But he sweet to my face well Ill be sweet to his face if I can get to court and Sue them and if anyone thinks bossher rocks its his family or very close friends cause he need his medical license revoked and put on jail for HIPPA violation where news 8 number I want his face not only in a court room but over the 5 oclock news for being a horrible doctor and a disappointing human

First of all, the ONLY reason this place has a 5 star rating, is because they delete any negative reviews or comments. I know this for a fact because any and all reviews Ive ever left, all suddenly disappear within hours after I write them. Thats just a glimpse of how shady this place is. And If you want a doctor with zero compassion, even less medical knowledge, and absolutely no regard for your life - go see David bosscher. Ive posted pictures on my Facebook page of severe cellulitis that developed in my right arm after having an IV placed in that area. Went in to see bosscher today because the redness and swelling had quadrupled in size overnight. Plus it became very hard and hot to the touch. This man simply told me to go home and watch it. No antibiotics, nothing. If you go look at the pics, youll see why that sort of response from a supposed physician, was absolutely ludicrous. Long story short, I ended up in the ER tonight, and got the strangest looks from the nurses and doctors when I told them that he did absolutely nothing about the issue - as severe as it was. Had I not taken it upon myself to go to ER, I couldve very easily lost a limb or my life in a very short period of time, as rapidly as the infection was spreading. Thankfully I was smart enough to make markings around the redness and wrote down times every time I did so and then took pics with my phone, so the progression and how rapid it was, would be documented. It now looks like Ill have to undergo a big surgery to cut open my whole forearm and let the infection drain as well as to relieve the compartment syndrome that developed as a result of his negligence. I am just barely scratching the surface as to why anyone who values their life, or who desires a doctor with compassion and respect, should NEVER let dr David bosscher step within 100 yards of you. Feel free to message me through my Facebook page and Ill gladly fill you in on how terrible this man treated me and how he then took it upon himself to call the ER he knew I was going to, and try to instruct them to do nothing about the infection either. Because of his phone call, I was then treated incredibly rudely and unjustly at the ER as well - however, at least the doctor there had enough of a brain to realize it WAS cellulitis and WAS severe and spreading rapidly. Looking like now Ill need to be cut open to drain all the infection, when bosscher couldve started me on antibiotics immediately and possibly eliminated the need for more invasive procedures. And again - this is just the tip of the iceberg. Id be glad to fill anyone in who is interested in all the other ways that this man daily breaks the oath he took, and daily puts peoples lives and limbs in jeopardy. He thinks he knows everything, and has quite the God complex about him, when in reality, a bum could do his job better than he does it...Thank goodness for good lawyers!! And one of those good lawyers just happens to be my roommate. So, I guess well see you in court, bosscher. Now that Ive gathered up a vast amount of indisputable proof and information in regards to your competency (or lack thereof) and your blatant disregard for human life - physically and emotionally.
