Mike always does an amazing job! He is professional and pays attention to details getting out many of the stubborn kid stains that occur in our house :). I have been using Mike to clean our carpets and rugs for 15 years, he’s the best! Today he had Jerry training with him and they both did a wonderful job! Highly recommend.

We used Randy’s to clean our first floor carpet based on recommendations from others. The cleaning job was outstanding and the technician was knowledgeable, courteous and capable. Due to a problem with the carpet itself that exhibited itself later that evening, we had to call the office the next morning and ask for help solving the issue. To ours surprise, Randy (yes, the owner), came to our house that afternoon and corrected the problem which in turn allowed us to move our furniture back. Excellent service and customer care from the technician all the way to the owner.

I have been using Randys for 5 years. Last week they did a cleaning of all carpeting in my home and a large portion of our upholstered furniture. This totalled over $700. Overall they did a good job but I noticed a few things were missed or needed to be re-done. When I called to ask if they could please return, Angela was very understanding, professional and set-up an appointment right away (despite them being very busy). The Pro Corey came to my home and did an EXCELLENT job. He was firendly, professional, informative and thorough. He was so thorough that he removed several stains on our couches that had been there for 2 years or more that other pros werent able to remove! I am grateful for his efforts, attention to detail, experience, hardwork and positive attitude.

They are so consistent with the methods they use, and refuse to give up on a stain when they think they can get it out! This company did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpeting , including the stairs going downstairs. The technician was friendly and cooperative and VERY mindful of our protecting our house from any accidental damage. The carpets are spotless, including a large spot that we had tried to clean up previously with absolutely no success. I would highly recommend Randys for carpet cleaning!

They do/Did an excellent job of removing my water from my basement.

Today we had our carpets cleaned and we were quite pleased. We will find out tomorrow, after everythings dry, whether some of the spots come back, but it was a tough job and we were pleased with the initial results. Ryan, who was the representative from Randys carpet Care did an excellent job of explaining everything in advance. The only disappointment I had was at the end of the cleaning when Ryan told me about the discounts that were available if someone had recommended them to me. Someone did highly recommend them, but since I didnt mention it when I first made the appointment, I didnt get discount. A bit disappointing, but the carpet has been cleaned, so we move on....

This company does great work on my in laws carpet. My mother in law is older and is not able to get around well but she likes the way Randys works with her and makes sure to put everything back so she isnt left with a mess. Randys really takes the time to make sure every stain is out or works as long as they can to get as much out as possible. Thank you for your great service!

Randy’s did a great job cleaning our living room carpet! We had 2 blue stains from some sharpie marker, and they were able to get them both out. The carpet looks great! I would definitely recommend them!

These guys are great! My dads car interior had never been cleaned in nine years, and it was completely covered in dirt and grime. It took one trip to Randys to make it look brand new! My dad dropped it off at 7 am, and it was ready at about 5 pm. I went out to look, and I thought they had mixed up the cars! It looked so good! They also used a natural air freshener to make the car smell great! All for under $100 dollars! Definitely will use them again!

Good place to work for they were training me , but I started to have issues with my hand , had broken fingers from the past causing artherites. but it is a good place to work for.

We had Randys clean the carpet at our church. We did not do the entire church, only the areas with the most traffic. They didnt try to talk us into doing more areas than we needed which was a pleasant surprise. Their price was very reasonable, they did the cleaning in a time frame that fit our needs. The technician was polite, friendly and very helpful and the carpet looks great, like new. We will definitely have them do it the next time.

We had a water pipe in an outside all burst on 2/21/2015. Randy was out within an hour to begin the water extraction from our basement which was fully finished. A couple hours later he was done. He was back several times over the next few days to check on moisture levels and move the fans around. Once it was dry Mike came out and relaid the carpet. Both guys were extremely friendly and helpful. They were never in a hurry leave until all my questions were answered. They even offered to put all my furniture back even though I was the one who moved it all initially. I highly recommend them.

I’ve had them clean my carpets several times, and they’ve done a good job. My last experience involved leaving a message to make an appointment, with no returned call. I had to call a second time a few days later to try and schedule my appointment. I feel it’s a bit pricey when the guy was there for literally 20 minutes. He was very friendly and I don’t have a huge space to have cleaned, but for $129 and 20 minutes, not sure I’ll go with them again.

Phil was my guy. We had staircases with steps that were black from shoes and dogs. They made the stairs white again. Its like they are brand new. The prices were reasonable too (especially compared to the other companies I had quote the job). Id hands down use them again.

Quality experience from beginning to end. My crew took great care to prep and manage the work area, moved very heavy furniture for me (and returned it to its original spot), and completed the job in a timely manner. One stain needed re-treatment and this was done promptly (within the same week), completely to my satisfaction, and without additional cost to me.For me, there is only one carpet cleaning business in the Holland...Randys.

Randys always does excellent work and this time was no exception! We had a very short window of opportunity to get the carpets cleaned in our office, and they not only met the time frame, but were also able to accommodate an after hours request that didnt even disturb regular conducting of business. All subsequent phone calls to their main number have been professional and any questions I have had have been answered.*********************************************************Be prepared for rude customer service when calling to schedule a free estimate or have questions answered. I called the first time to get a quote for carpet cleaning by phone. I did not have measurements for some hallways. The woman I spoke to was rude saying that she couldnt give me an accurate estimate since I didnt have measurements. I understood but thought I could have been spoken to in a professional manner. I decided to call again to schedule an in home estimate. Due to some schedule conflicts we had difficulties finding a time that worked for both parties. Instead of spending a little more time trying to figure out a time that worked, the woman I spoke to was very short and rude and seemed as though she wanted the conversation to be over. Rather than be continue to be spoken to in such a mannner and find a time that worked I chose not to continue in scheduling the estimate. I have read good reviews and would have liked to use Randys Carpet Cleaning but was not able to get past the rude customer service by phone.

I had a really great experience with Randys cleaning my carpet. They arrived 15 minutes early, got done quickly and my carpet was clean & fresh! It took about 24 hours for drying and the technician was very helpful with advice and recommendations with the next cleaning. I will use them next time for sure!

I have used Randys Carpet Care for years; in all of my different homes. I first discovered them through a recommendation from the salesperson at Carpet Bonanza. Every single time, they have done an outstanding job. Huge attention to detail, pretreating & removing every stain, and raking out the carpet after a clean. I love love love the wonderful clean feeling my home has when they are done. Its like all my mistakes have been erased and everything is new, once again. If I could, Id give them 10 stars.

I am not impressed. I took one run there and called after 3 weeks and it was cleaned after 6. Of course, I paid full price for this long wait period. The second rug I communicated we needed it done in two weeks and it had not been done...very untimely.

We just had our first carpet cleaning with Randy’s and it was superb. Cody, the gentleman who came to do the carpet, made our bedroom carpet look brand new again. I wish I’d taken before and after photos! He was super prompt and very flexible with my request to clean a room different than the one I’d originally intended. I took my rugs to them and they ruined ALL of them. Some of them were antique rugs owned by my Grandmother. They kept a badly damaged one to show to the owner and said he would contact me. There was no contact! These are rugs that can never be replaced. DO NOT trust them with good rugs. They will ruin them.

I called Randys Carpet Care to address some stains created by our puppy. They were big stubborn stains and Randys went above and beyond to make sure the cleaning was done properly and the results were fabulous.

Randys carpet did a great job getting our carpet clean. And when the stains re-surfaced the next day, they came right out and removed the stains completely. The carpet looks NEW again and its 17 years old!

I thought all carpet services were the same until Randys cleaned my carpets. They pre-treated stains that didnt come back (not so for other companies) and got rid of the dirty edge along the baseboards that the other guys never got to. Ill always call Randys from now on. Thanks!
