I would highly recommend Holladay Window Washing to anybody who needs professional and timely service at a great price.I work for a Large Salt Lake City Auto Dealership and we have a lot of windows here and it was no problem for these guys. I needed my windows done in a hurry for a big event and they really came through for me. They were here as scheduled and did an excellent job. Looking forward to having them come back again. Wow, what a great company! I called on a Saturday, they were here the same day to pick up all the screens and screen door. They re-framed and re-screened them and re-installed them on Tuesday (would have been Monday but the weather was not cooperating in Parleys Canyon.) All of the frames and screens look brand new! Great prices too!!

Short Story: Very unprofessional behavior, totally unreliable, and cannot recommend unless you like waiting for more than a month to have service not be completed.Long story:I would like to be able to give more than 1 star, but we have had nothing but trouble this year. HWW washed our windows last year and did a great job. However, the service received this year invalidates it.We were rescheduled 4 times. Each time we had an appointment, I made arrangements to have my kids out of the house earlier than normal and cleared my schedule to wait. The first time, I was told their were car issues and they would come, then that he couldnt make it at all. The next two were for rain, which I understand, but took appointments assuming my house would be fit in with priority. The third time, a family issue came up (again, totally understandable) and I was promised I would be rescheduled for the next business day and guaranteed a free cleaning if they were late or rescheduled again. I didnt find the free cleaning necessary but appreciated the offe. Admittedly, I was hoping for a compensation at this point, but didnt expect to receive something for nothing. Finally, on the day of my last rescheduled appointment, I received an email 30 minutes before my appointment stating he was running late for family reasons and would be there ASAP. I asked for an ETA with offers to stay and wait, but NOTHING. No response, no service ever completed

Unreliable! I have no idea whether they do good work or not because they cancelled my appointment the day they were supposed to show up, claiming that they didnt want to wash my homes windows in light of the possibility of rain the following day. When I told them that the possibility of rain did not matter to me, they still cancelled. So unprofessional.

Needed screens that Home Depot and Lowes didnt have. After calling around to several places - Ethan contacted me immediately. Had two screens made then the day after he delivered, realized the measurements were wrong. He came right back in and made the screen!! Went out of his way to make 4 trips when he only had to do 3 screens.

Honest and professional! definitely would recommend
