The only thing I found to be good about this was the location. I stepped into the door with my son and was not greeted. I stepped up to the counter and said morning I am here to pick up a uhaul I ordered. He said nothing and began typing. Was very anti social until his male friend walked in the door he lit right up joking about how tired he looked carrying on a great conversation Then handed me keys and said its the one next to the dumpster. When I got to the truck I got inside and started it up the entire front windshield was completely iced over with snow still on the hood and windshield. There wasnt even an ice scraper for me I had to get out and get my own ice Graper out of my car and let the truck run for a good 15 minutes before I could get going. Then around 11 oclock I received a text that was automated saying I needed to have it back by four I called back in at 2 oclock to let them know I wouldnt make it and the same antisocial person said thats fine what time you gonna be back and I said about 530 he said fine and hung up when I got there at 5:30 there was no one around I had no instructions and decided to look for a box outside for rental key and contract to be left behind which I did I called the next day left my email address because I needed the receipt for business purposes and heard nothing I called again this morning for the receipt and was told there was nothing they could do I had to call one 800 go U-Haul because once they close it out they cant check anything not even to see if they sent it to the right email address. Which I found out he didnt even take my email Address down correctly. I am so ashamed of this generation that simply goes to work to hang out with their friends and could care less about serving customers what a shame for our youth and what a shame for our future
