The washers that arent out of order dont even spin the water out of small loads. The dryers dont get hot enough to dry a single sheet. The whole laundromat has a ghetto projects ambience only upside there is a working bathroom however u dont want to touch anything in it.

I am a regular..recently i had an odd occurance where someone stole my clothes! Very bizzare..bottom line..the owner, Hank, has been phenomenal!!! Compensated me to be able to get new things, went after the folks and got some of my things back and delivered to me..we meet there on weekends and he keeps an eye out for me! Hes the best! Cant thank him enough for all hes done..i love that place..clean good people..highly recommend..owner is now a good friend great great guy

Went there at 11 at night. Its 24 service. Nobody was in there no attendant. Just doors wide open. Machines are outdated. Some dont work but it was too late to know. 2 of the machines didnt spined out the water so I had to do it by hand. I had like 8 bags of clothes that night. Frustrations.

Beat place ever to clean your dirty laundry

I recently moved to Jefferson and was just looking for a nice Laundry mat and I come across South Plaza Coin-op. I contact to get information in regards to how machines operate, staffing Hours (so I can assure my first day I come when there is Staff) so I can have a bit of assistance knowing how machines operate (Laundry cards, quarters etc.). No need to get into the actual conversation but the gentleman was not professional and was highly rude (for no reason). Little does he know my Profession God Bless This Coin-op

This is easily the dirtiest laundromat I have ever been to. Lots of machines out of order and looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years.

Many broken machines. No water filterterasion and constant spoting of washed cloths. I think just running for profit and will sell. So sad! Really needs new management.

Dirty,many machines out of order for months, owner seems only interested in collecting his cash and not keeping his machines working.

This place is a dirty, nasty place. I should of turned around and left when I saw what a dump it is. I threw in my comforters in to his bigger machines and they ripped them up. I called the place and the old man ran over and said he never ever had a problem before. Yeah right, he runs a perfect business? Hank Stidsen is a despicable dishonest man!

This laundromat is clean every time I have been in there in the past 9 months and it has the cheapest washers and dryers around.
