I had brought my grandmother to this location for an appointment, she was a little worried because she would be seen for the first time and David had mitigated all of her concerns in a matter of moments. He was very thorough and patient with her explaining her current situation and making several recommendations to help her pretty severe hearing loss. David was also very welcoming and is someone I would highly encourage anyone to go see. My grandmother was so thankful that she was able to make this appointment and have him be the person to conduct her hearing exam. Shes very happy with the choices she made leaving the appointment and she felt very well informed of all the options available to her and that she was truly in good hands.
