Called these guys shortly before their closing time, the owner had answered. Let him I know I was just getting out of work and 20 minutes away and if there was any way he could take me. He told me to come on down no questions asked. Arrived after closing, he took his time and did a really good job. Would highly recommend.

First thing I notice when I walk in. Mask completely down on one barber and mask not over the nose on the other. Mind you there was customers already in the there. Not happy at all about that.Next I told the barber specifically what I wanted done but the end result was completely different. However I will admit both barbers were fairly nice and it was a good atmosphere.The hair part I can get over but I find it stunning that people could ever not wear a mask correctly or not at all in a time like now. I found it shocking and unprofessional. I hope that if you do choose to use this barber then you will have a different experience then two people unable to wear a mask correctly.

Will cuts hair very well and his attention to detail is great. He doesn’t stop until the customer is fully satisfied. Although he is a great barber, he’s a great person. It was my first month in Massachusetts as a first year college student, I had no car and all the ride services were busy at the time. Will and his friend took time out of their day to give me a ride back to campus. You don’t see many people who are this generous to strangers. This shows you that the people at Santana Company(Holden) care about their clients.

I have been going to Santana co for about 4 years now and i have nothing but good things to say. I am very picky with my hair, i need to get my sides faded every 2 weeks to keep myself looking fresh. I had such a hard time finding a good barber that knew how to fade when i moved to worcester. I still remember my first haircut with the owner Will. I was nervous because i always felt out of place in barber shops since i am a female, but Will was very welcoming, and you could tell it was 100% genuine. He took the best care of me and my hair, and because of him I have been a loyal customer for 4 years. I go back and forth to Will or Ryan based on availability, but i know all the barbers do exceptional work there, so you cant go wrong. Ryan is also amazing. When he works on your hair, you can tell he really loves his job and takes pride in his work. Thank you Santana Co for everything!

Kaylie cut my sons hair and it was the best cut he’s ever gotten. She paid close attention to all the details of the cut. Kaylie really knew how to work with him (he doesn’t like his hair cut) and really understood the cut he was going for. Definitely will be going to her from now on.
