Ted and everyone that works at Village Repair are great guys. What I love about going to Village Repair is that you don’t have to go back time and time again to get your vehicle right. They fix it right the first time. You are also told what other things really need addressing but never get pressured to do it right then (unless it is a danger of course). Ted’s an honest guy that knows his customers.

I had an unexpected tire emergency when I got out of work this morning. I went to one place not far from where I work that said they open at 8, but the doors were still locked at 8. I called village repair (google search). Rick answered the phone and told me to come right over. I was in and out the door under an hour. My repairman ( I didn’t get his name) was very professional and had my repair done quickly & competently at an affordable price. Thank you so much for taking great care of me!!!!

My car is a Range Rover, which they do not see all that often, but they agreed to plug in the computer to see if they could read the error messages and tell me whether they could repair it. It turns out there were too many errors for them to diagnose anything, so they recommended I take it to the dealer. This meant I had to have it towed back home to wait another week for an appointment at the dealer. VR didnt charge me and told me I didnt have to wait for the AAA request to go through and the truck to get there (its their driver who would be towing me and they have all my details). They were so kind and answered all my questions. Everyone I talk to about dealing with them has nothing but good things to say.

Most folks cringe when going to a mechanic and I did too when I went to these folks the first time today. I found these people so super nice and they certainly helped me out of a jam. It was just a very small issue from the state inspection next door and they just whipped out a tool and took care of it...get this...no charge. Thanks guys!!!

They have done great jobs on auto repairs. My kids cars were repaired there excellent years ago. I called there when I had trouble making my car go into reverse, and I was told on my phone what to do to make the car go into reverse, and he stayed on the phone with me until I did what I was told to do, and tried reverse, which worked. He did a great job helping me. I always bring my vehicles there. They do an excellent job there. They have done excellent on my Honda Del sol over the past years. They did a great job on it yesterday also. They take excellent care of my Subaru Impreza also. They fixed my Subaru! I always bring my cars there as they do a great job!

Village Repair- Ted and Rick and crew are the best. They arent the cheapest place out there - but they are fair priced and more importantly they are professional, honest, conscientious and timely. They recently took on a major job on my 25 year old Corvette. A car that old and that unique has special challenges for the mechanic- but Ted and his team made this his special project and at the end - I have the car back and it is growling contentedly- it is running great! I am so impressed!! I hate dealing with mechanics because I’m always leery of being nickel and dime’d but here I actually felt that they were making an effort to save me money. Brought my car in because it was overheating. Technician did not think to check coolant levels as part of their diagnostics. Proceeded to charge $1400, only to have an internal engine issue TWO DAYS following the repair. I sold that car in as-in condition, totally undrivable.Poor service, shady diagnostics, and untrustworthy price-gouging.

We just call it Teds and it is our go-to place for our cars and recommendations to others. Really good service and work. They let you know whats coming up in terms of needed repairs too. Years ago, I had a new used car and the alarm went off and I had no idea how to shut it off so drove it right to Teds. My car made a scraping noise suddenly a couple of weeks ago, drove it in, Ted put it on a lift, fixed it, didnt charge me. This business is worth getting to know!! Sue Crockett

They are extremely friendly and will explain in detail what the issue is with your vehicle. Offering drop off and pick up during these trying times. Extremely courteous with their customers and try to make each customer happy. They follow up with their reviews and attempt to fix any issues that customers may have.

How much are these guys getting paid by auto companies to be dishonest to consumers and push the big auto’s agenda to vote no on question 1? Vote yes on question 1. And take your business to an honest local shop.

I had a flat and they came in a timely manner and repaired the tire. VERY customer oriented with follow up.

I responded to a fund raising sign outside the business, which coincided with maintenance I had due. Brakes for Breast Cancer. The pads were free. I just had to pay labor and parts for what else would be needed. The scheduling was online and the work was completed as scheduled w/o issue. They even picked me up from my residence (in town) when the work was done.

All work was explained. All questions answered in a professional, respectful manner. Easy no contact drop off and pick up. You love what you do and it shows. Thank you Village Repair.

As a new resident to Massachusetts, I needed to get my car inspected - so I stopped at the car wash place that advertised state inspections and had it done. The guys there told me that there was something under the front of my car that was hanging down that shouldnt be. They suggested I stop at Village Repair around the corner, which I did. They took my car right in, put in on the lift and bolted the part back on - when I asked what I owed, they said no charge! Amazing service - I will be back when my car needs other servicing.

We have been using Village for over 10 years for all of our vehicle maintenance and repair needs. Ted and his team do great work and are very trustworthy.

Rick answers the phone and schedules me quickly. Its super convenient to have a night drop slot and after hours pick up. They were able to do the small stuff like fix stripped screws and peeling stickers as well as fix the big stuff like transmission and brakes.

I recently had my Kia Optima in for an oil change and they found a nail in my tire, they patched it for no extra cost! I have dealt with Ted and the guys at Village for almost 20 years, they are the best in the business!Update- I just had Ted and his team put four new tires on my car and I couldnt be happier.

As always the service here is really good. They take time to look into rebates, recalls, etc. in order to save you time, trouble and hopefully some money. I needed a leaf spring so before ordering the part Eric checked the manufacturer to see if there was a recall on the part - unfortunately for me there was not. However I really appreciated his effort, they go above and beyond! The only thing I was not happy about was the grease that covered every inch of the inside of my drivers door. I keep my truck extremely clean and the last time I came here this was not a problem. I had to do some major scrubbing when I got home. Not sure what happened this time but hopefully it wont happen again. At this point I do plan on coming back the next time I need service!

Why would you do a slander commercial against question 1 ? I wouldnt trust you working on my car when you are so badly informed and ill equiped .To me that commercial says about We will take your money and dont have a clue how to fix cars .
