We stayed there for a year, and it couldnt have been better. The apartment was spacious and clean. The grounds were very well kept. The staff could not have been more accommodating. The location was terrific, and it shows beautifully.

Stayed here for an year and had a great experience, staff was friendly and also prompt when we needed. Kate was exceptional. Great neighbors.Had to move because of change in job.

My wife and I have lived here for 3.5 years and think its a great place to live. Neighbors and community are friendly, maintenance is prompt and polite, and management is professional and courteous. Weve encountered a few maintenance issues over the years that were handled promptly as soon as they arose. Kate and Krissy are excellent managers and deserve credit to why many residents choose to stay here.

So, I see the reviews, and I dont buy the poor ones. A family member just moved in and I have seen the whole process from beginning to end. Kate, the manager is personable, gives it to you straight, and very helpful. The apartment was clean, updated, and in great condition. It is so quiet too! Everything is top of the line. The grounds are beautiful. There is plenty of parking! Its easy to get to. Plus, you get the quality of the Holden schools! You wont be disappointed.

Chrissy and Kate are the friendliest, most caring people you will meet. Anything you need or questions you have they are there. The apartments are beautiful and the community is also very nice. I promise if you are looking for something this would be a perfect spot to choose.😊

I cant believe there are bad reviews!! This place is great!! we have lived here 2 years now and i wish we could keep living here! We raised a baby here. The office is amazing. They are so nice. Kate is my FAVORITE!! Beautiful!!

DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! The expression putting lipstick on a pig is too kind, but severely appropriate. The place seems nice upon first glance, but almost immediately after moving we fully regretted our decision. First off the entire place is carpeted, so however clean or dirty the previous tenant was will dictate the smell. For us the previous owners had dogs or some type of pet. The entire carpet was covered in animal pee and not just covered but soaked all the way in to the sub flooring. After renting our own industrial carpet cleaner we cleaned the carpet several times hoping to rid the place of smell. It didnt help and the color of the water after cleaning indicated that there was no prior cleaning done to us moving in (or at most a very poor job was done). Once that failed we contacted management and we were basically called liars. Finally they sent their own cleaning crew in, but it still didnt work and we were called liars once again. After months of back and forth they finally had someone higher up from Ohio in the area come take a smell and they determined that yes the carpet was soaked in animal piss and we finally had the carpet removed. No apologies or anything was issued for accusing us of lying and no money refunded for renting our own carpet cleaner or having to deal with months of an apartment smelling heavily of urine. Also had several problems with the hot water heater only working sometimes, intercom system not working from the time we moved in and having a rusty dishwasher. Tap water taste like garbage and leaves a nice pink film on anything it touches. Overall these are the worst apartments in the area for the money they charge. We are counting the days until our lease is up and can move out.

Wouldnt recommend this place so far on day one. Went to go get the key and all of a sudden its an issue that my mother (who is hospitalized) hasnt signed lease. We were there two days ago (3 other adults) signing when we were told we were all set to move in on Tuesday and that she could sign when she is out of the hospital. Get there today and property manager says its illegal to have anyone move in until she signs the paper. Although this is the law, we were not told this until we went with a truck load of things to unload. So two different employees with two different answers. We would have take the paper for her to sign and returned today when we went had she told us we needed to do that on Sunday. We wasted a uhaul, time and money now having to get papers signed and notarized at the hospital before getting key today. Wouldnt even let him unload truck while he was there. Not happy and wont be renewing lease, especially after basically being called a liar because she doesnt believe her employee would say such a thing. Just what someone wants to hear after this ordeal.

They dont honor their word, they dont hold other tenants to the lease and when you alert them to issues with other tenants like fights breaking out and pets that are potentially dangerous because their owners arent good at training them, they do nothing. Had planned on staying here for a while but Ill be terminating my lease after only a year because of issues with a neighbor that were not handled by management.

Very bad experience. Lived there for four years. Had to move due to mold infestation in our apartment. Personal property damaged, physical health concerns. Management refuse to address loss issues. Hit with unbelievable charges once apartment was vacated. I’ve been advised to proceed with legal action pertaining to Hill Properties practices.

Our Family moved in 6 months ago and are so happy we found this place and refer it to others all the time. We downsized from our family home in Worcester after 10 years and could not find a safe and classy appartment like this complex who would take pets and three vehicles . It is beautiful, the girls are so nice in the office, our apartment was in pristine condition, the grounds are kept beautifully, we are allowed to have family come swim in pool all of which makes us feal like it is our home. The girls in office shouldnt have to remind people to be aware of others living around them . Most of the residence here are professionals or families and I am glad its not loud.We love it here and glad we moved in.

This is a nice complex; its well kept and the apartments are nice. We have been here over 2 years and have not had issues with management.

This establishment doesn’t even deserve one star but since they force you to give 1 star I’ll say my star is for Kate, one of the leasing professionals. She’s awesome! She was always so friendly, helpful, kind and understanding and took the time to explain things and have genuine conversations with me.I have lived in 3 previous apartment buildings and never once have I had any problems, ever. If I had to describe my experience here in one word it would be NIGHTMARE!! I could write pages on why you should run far away from this place but I’ll keep it to the simpler version. Nobody under the age of 60 should be allowed to live here, this should be more of a retirement community because if you make a peep after 9 pm best believe someone will complain. I was harassed from the month I moved in. Constantly getting calls and violation letters on my door about ridiculous things such as being too loud when I took my dog outside, where my dog used the bathroom, walking to close to peoples windows, being too loud (but only on weekends, lol), one time our entire building smelled awful and I automatically got blamed because I’m the youngest in the building so it must of been my fault. It got to the point where I asked the leasing office to stop calling me because it was border line harassment.One day a maintenance guy snooped through my apartment when I wasn’t home. I was babysitting my brothers pet as he was overseas for a vacation. I received a letter on my door to vacate the premises within 7 days due to an unauthorized pet and damages that they caused to the rug. The damage was actually from my puppy who was being potty trained but I didn’t fight it because I wanted out of there so bad. I hated living there and I was actually thrilled when they told me to leave. After we left, they charged us to re-do the carpet throughout the entire apartment even though only one room needed to be replaced. They claimed it was because their supplier wouldn’t supply the rug for just one room. Future residents, keep in mind that if you damage your rug, in any part of the apartment, you will be responsible for the price of a new carpet through the entire apartment. Also when we left, the property manager, Krissy was talking to other residents about me and telling them personal information. Extremely unprofessional on her part. They also charged me accelerated rent until they got someone else to move in even though that’s nowhere in the lease and the notice to vacate letter from them states they will collect no more rent from us. Krissy and the general manger also told my mom and I we would not be responsible for any July rent since we moved out June 30th. When I called Krissy to ask her where in the lease is states she’s allowed to charge me accelerated rent she told me to contact her attorney from now on, when all I wanted to do was have a conversation and try to understand how they were legally allowed to do that. She clearly didn’t know what she was talking about or where it was in the lease. They also never sent over estimates or the actual bills for the things they replaced, which per the lease, they were suppose to do. The only reason I’m even considering paying this is to wash my hands of this horrible establishment and never have to deal with them again. They are compulsive liars and frauds. I have caught them in numerous lies. There is so much more but I hope you get the idea of what the establishment is about and who works for them.I am now happily renting again and have had no issues.I will be sure to tell all my family and friends, and write reviews about my experience here so hopefully nobody else has to suffer from their extreme unprofessional like I did. I wouldn’t even go back and live here for free. Unless you’re over the age of 60, take my word and stay far away!There’s a reason they have 2.3 stars.
