Not an ideal customer experience. Called to see if I could have an oil fill line moved and then set up a burner servicing. I never got a chance to ask about the burner service. I asked about the fill line, was then asked if I was a customer. As I am currently not, I said no, and the response I got was unfortunately since you are not a customer, we cant help you, we are really busy and cant fit you in. I WAS looking to become a customer, but definitely not after that. Disappointing.

After a week without heat and and hot water two other companies came into my home trying to sell be a new boiler.Kevin came into my house and said I can fix that for you. He was very professional and had a great personality. It took home less then an hour from start to finish to get my heat and hot water back. He even pointed out things to keep an Eye out for in the future.

I have been a customer of Harrington Oil for years and always had friendly, dependable service. This morning when I ran out of oil on a Sunday, due to my own neglect, the owner not only answered the phone kindly but got someone out to fill my tank and assist within 2 hours. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

The best customer service ever. We switched to Harrington after using another oil company we were unhappy with. Harrington has gone above and beyond for us - evening making an off hours emergency delivery on a Sunday when we ran out of oil. They always make deliveries on time, sometimes even earlier than expected. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I called 3 different oil companies on Saturday in a panic because I ran out of oil and I was worried my tropical birds could die. The owner called me back and, though he couldn’t set up an emergency delivery because I was not yet a customer, he helped me figure out a temporary solution (diesel) until I could schedule a delivery on Monday. I did not have to think twice about which company I would be going with.
