Schedulled a test drive over the email with Sabina, when arrived at location was met with a very bad attitude at the entrance. When asked for a test drive of Q5, was given a paper to sign agreeing to the listed price of the vehicle, and when questioned the price, , was told that if we do not like the price we should not waste her time and she will not put extra miles on the car if we do not plan to buy for the price given. I understand market is hot and cars fly off the floor, but some sort of customer service and just simple human decency should still be present when selling a lixury brand. Walked out the door immediately and went to another dealership to purchase the vehicle. Would not recommend this specific location.

The dealership was ready for my arrival. I was greeted right away and escorted to my service advisor. He was professional and went through the list of items that needed attention. The loaner vehicle was ready for me. My vehicle was completed when promised. The cashier had all of my paperwork ready for me to sign. The whole experience was thorough and professional.

She so pretentious, and like she was doing a favor showing a cars fir me. I would recommend a different dealer…

I got my first car - a Q3 S Line Premium Plus today from Audi Hoffman Estates. The entire process was swift and seamless. I would like to appreciate Sabina, who was patient and extremely helpful right from finalizing the deal and doing the paperwork to explaining the features. She, along with Eddy, the finance manager, was very transparent in their communication throughout the process.

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! Unfortunately I had to give them 1 star cuz you can’t do 0. Yes the people are friendly until you sign the paperwork. I bought my A6 certified pre-owned and my front proximity sensors do not work and I noticed late but it’s certified pre-owned which means warranty. There was slight low bumper damage and they claim it was due to excessive damage and saying it’s my fault. I took a picture of the car before I signed any paperwork of purchase that shows the bumper damage (it is very small and not noticeable unless you’re on your knees) I sent that to them and I keep getting the runaround. It was in their possession for 4 weeks 2 weeks after I bought the car. They did nothing to fix it because certain managers or the sales guy was not in and on vacation. Terrible service. Also they dropped my car off to me dirty with fabric from car wash stuck between head light n fender but they were like “it happens”. This is not how you treat customers. Bottom right is the bumper damage.

We are very happy with our lease deal for Audi Q5. I called 3 other dealerships and this on offered us the best price. $108 cheaper (per month) than the one downtown. Highly recommended. Ask for Iman - great salesman. After the deal was done, we even got a couple of freebies :-)

Audi Hoffman Estates is the best dealership I have ever been a customer of. I have been with them for 15 years and have never had an issue. From the time I drive in, they are courteous and extremely respectful. The service writers have always been great. They explain everything, are honest about the situation with the car and never push a service on you. Audi Hoffman Estates keeps you informed throughout the service via messages as well as a video explains what the problem is and what can be done. Following up with another video summing up the service. The sales team was equally exceptional. They are not pushy and will work with you to meet your needs and budget. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in an Audi. They are the best.

Went there to look at a car. They told me they want to go over the numbers before I can test drive the vehicle. I am not sure, but I felt like they thought I can not afford the car. I did mention to them that I am currently driving a high end car which I would like to trade in. In fact, I dove in with my car there.Also, it was 6:45pm and they said they can not test drive a car after 7:30pm and hence another reason I could not test drive the car.Customer service was not horrible, but I would buy my car somewhere else.In my opinion, Audi dealers have very poor customer service, I have been to two so far.Look at Lexus, BMW and Porsche and you will see how a customer should be treated. Audi’s are right up there in price, maybe not quality or quantity in sales.90% of sales are lost due to bad treatment of customers.

Great service at the Audi Hoffman Estates Service! Brian (he mentioned hes new to the team) who helped me to get the maintenance work done was very helpful! He taught me some maintenance tricks on how to improve the gas mileage too. They are very honest with the condition of your car and so no pressure on paying for nice to have additional service. In the end, theres a video sent from Jeff the technician explaining (briefly) everything was fine with my car, along with a digital report attached. I thought that was helpful. I came in for an oil change, and it turned out my Q5 needed a little bit more work. Rick, my service manager, explained in detail the reason the work was needed, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. Rick was able to get me a loaner so I would not have to wait or schedule the service for another day. He called as soon as the work was completed. Everything went smoothly, and I would highly recommend Audi Hoffman Estates.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ( Used Car Buy):Let me start by saying I was recommended to this dealership as they don’t overprice the used cars, but I regret that decision every minute after I have purchased my car, used 2020 S4.1. The dealer was rude and seemed not interested right from our first visit2. Lied about Car service history, Ceramic coating and car wasn’t even washed properly while we got it3. Finally, sent the official car documents to wrong address.This is ridiculous. I never thought I would experience this level of unprofessional behavior at reputed luxury car dealership. I have been trying to reach out sales manager regarding the issues and they either defending the lies or not responsive.I am just a month old to my car, don’t know what other surprises await me. Its okay to pay extra bucks and get a car from other dealerships than suffering through this dealership.

Car needed an oil change and also passenger interior door handle stopped opening the door for some reason. Was checked in fast, given a loaner car for the day, and my car was serviced quickly and without issue.Only thing I would say could use improvement is the interior cleaning for the loaner cars. It was a little dirty but nothing major.

I purchased a new Audi from Hoffman Estates Audi to replace an old model. The sales person, Aaron, listened to my needs and proposed offers accordingly. It was a good use of my time. Questions were answered. There was not high pressure, and I think I made the best choice of my options there. The documents/finance process was easy and efficient. Vehicle was clean and in perfect condition. They followed up after purchase. I would recommend purchasing a car from Audi Hoffman Estates.I should note that I tried to purchase a car from a nearby Audi dealership prior to going to Hoffman Estates, because my old car was in for service there numerous times for the same issue. The discussions with the leadership at that other location made it clear that my needs would be better elsewhere. I recommend just going to Audi Hoffman Estates first. Youll be glad you did.

Buying a new 2021 Q7 from Hoffman Estates Audi was a great experience. Bob LeGault, the Audi Brand Specialist was truly a very knowledgeable gentleman. He was very courteous, professional, friendly and not one of those typicalCar Salesman. Extremely disappointed that my A4 with less than 37000 miles required $2600.00 in repairs with no relief considerations from the dealer or Audi. I also previously replaced the tires after only 30000 miles. Worst of all I have completed two surveys without a response from ta dealer representative. Love the car, not happy about the service.

Came in to test drive a car, was told it was by appointment only and they couldn’t accommodate us when there was nobody else in the dealership looking at cars, and three employees were standing around talking when we entered. Was told if we could wanted to look at cars, they could “point us in the right direction “ to look at the cars. Didn’t even offer to show us a car. It’s a shame too, we were in the market for a new Q7 my wife and a new S5 Sportback for me. Guess we’ll move on to another dealership.

Drove through and saw a car we were interested in test driving. We were going to call to see about making an appointment to test drive due to covid protocols but two employees walked out as we were pulling away so we stopped to ask them a question. They were not interested in speaking to us. One of the two kept walking and the second was bothered we were asking. He said he could sell us the car, we said we were interested in looking. Unsure if it was bc we were in a Honda accord or didnt look the part. Do not recommend.

I called and made the appts a week before. Came in and the service help person said that there was no record of the appt. That was disappointed. Took over 2.5hrs for just oil change. I totally understand it was busy. Had an issue with my audi a7 turning signal and it cost about $200 for another hr to be diagnosed. Of course I didnt have time for that since i have to be somewhere by then. Probably will need a loaner next time if I ever come for service again.

There are better Audi dealerships in the city.They do not honor the out the door price they have quoted and come up with additional expenses on the price quoted. Also one of the manager was disrespectful and derogatory. First time taking my car here for a flat tire (closest Audi to my breakdown location). My normal go to is Audi Exchange in a Highland Park. They didn’t have my tire is stock, no problem. Took them 30 mins to put on my spare. Went to tire place with one in stock, 30 mins away. This non-Audi place took 20 mins to put a whole new tire on. Relief that it was done until...Myself and the service guy noticed there was no wheel cover/cap. Called the dealership and they have had it for the last 1.5 hours. WHY WOULD YOU NOT CALL ME IF YOU KNEW YOU HAD IT ALL THIS TIME. Now I get to drive 30 mins back to this dreadful place. Get there and they say here you go.....no no... you get out there and you put it on!! Seriously guys... Unbelievable, the environment and employees reminded me of being at a small used car place.Couple suggestions:Consider holding higher standards in all regards to the way your employees present themselves in front of customers and get your service operations dialed in.Consider visiting the Audi Exchange service area.

I have a service maintenance package on my Audi A3 and called to schedule my first maintenance at 10K miles. I was thinking it probably only needed an oil change. When I checked in they asked what I needed and I said whatever is the normal service for the mileage and they could tell by the vin. I also asked for puddle lights to be installed. When I went back to pick it up when I got off work ( no one called to tell me it was ready) the lights weren’t installed and everyone had left already so they couldn’t tell me why. They also performed a 20K service maintenance in my car that only has 10K miles!! They clearly didn’t vacuum the inside like they said and the car wash was left streaky all over the windows. I will be waiting to receive a call from the service manager

WORST experience ever! This dealership treats its customers like garbage. We had purchased a Q7 from them and used them for service on two previous cars. My mom is a retired teacher and in her late 70s. The service advisor was unprofessional and rude. She was charged almost $200 to be told that there is wrong coolant in the car. Tried to rectify the bad experience after actually writing a letter to Mr. Hall. No resolution. DO NOT purchase a vehicle or use them for service!

I was looking for my first car with my dad and I made a phone call 2 hours before we arrived at Audi and the lady said that there would be a car ready for us to test drive and soon as we arrived there, we looked around for a few minutes and after awhile looking at the Audi q3 and q5 and we wanted to test drive the car, she said that she had to see if the car was ready-which she said it would be- and on top of that she said we needed an insurance to test drive the car... this is the first time my dad has experienced that we needed an insurance for the test drive, we have bought couple Audi’s and this is first time they asked for insurance. It wouldn’t be big deal if she would have said this earlier on the phone call.My parents have owned 2 Q7s and we now currently have an Audi A8L, we will never be shopping at this store again.

Went to get a K40 radar detector installed and they stated that it would over $4,400 to have it installed. However, at the cashier they have a sign that states the price of the K40 is $2,450 installed. In addition I also wanted a trailer hitch they quoted me over $2,000 installed but on Audi’s website it states MSRP is $825. Said no to both. I brought up the price difference and they stated that was the price from the “parts department” because my car requires more time, I knew that was baloney, rolled my eyes, and walked out.It seems to be, if you didn’t buy the car from them they want to make it up on the service. I didn’t want to post this review publicly, but that was the only option on the review link.

After weeks of research, multiple test drives and hours of contemplation, I’m glad I chose Hoffman Estates. Not only did they have the best certified pre owned vehicle I was looking for, they had it at a very good price. After some experiences at other Audi dealers, I was a bit nervous to finally pull the trigger. Being a younger fella coming into a dealership with most cars $60K+ I expected to be judged. However, besides the occasional “look at this guy buying one of the cheapest car on our lot” (2018 A3) looks, I didn’t feel intimated at all. And there is one main reason for that; Carlo! That man is like a cool uncle you see at family parties. He treated me with nothing but respect from beginning to end (and still continues to) and didn’t judge me one bit. By all means, I’m not some bum but being younger I expected being slightly judged. I had filled an inquiry on Audis website after-hours and even at 7pm Carlo gave me a call to discuss. The car buying process was smooth and quick it was almost too easy. There is only one issue I have and it’s really not a major issue. Upon the first test drive, I noticed the wheel seemed a bit unaligned. Since it comes with a 300pt inspection and warranty, I didn’t really worry. However, after taking it by my very trusted European car mechanic, and they let me know it is out of alignment. I’m not concerned because I have a good feeling my man Carlo will get this resolved! Again nothing but great things to say, I’ll be referring friends and family for years!

If you are looking to purchase or lease an Audi, no other sales person goes above and beyond has Robert LeGault did for me. He came out to my house on his day off and spent 2 hours to make sure I maximize all the features this car offered. This is how one should be treated, and I thought it was a lost art! Love the car...appreciate even more the sales experience!

Went in to check out my dream car. Drove it. Liked it. My salesperson was someone who was fairly inexperienced. Although I had gone with my research, I asked a few questions about the car; the salesperson couldnt answer many of them. I was quoted $40k for the car I was enquiring abou and that was on road price. I was happy and agreed on the deal. The salesperson came back with a revised quote which was 20% higher than what we agreed upon, apparently she mis-quoted. I asked for explanation of the breakdown when her manager walked in and rudely asked This is the price, does that work for you?. We said no. He snatched the quote away and turned up his rudeness and said You may leave now. We politely asked, Can you please explain? he said, That is how we do it here and walked away smugly.This was a very disheartening episode for me and crushed my heart and confidence. Here couldve meant in this country, which is plain and simple discrimination; or it couldve meant at Hoffman/Audi which was plain and simple classism. Either way, it left a dent on my ambitions.Youd think after earning a six figure paycheck, youd be able to get the car of your dreams. I was wrong. Audi Hoffman Estates was one of the worst experiences Ive faced in this country. Youd think a top rated dealer would treat you right. Youd be wrong. Tread carefully here.My dreams are important for me but not more than my pride. Id never step in again nor will any of my friends who are prospective customers.
