I called Excel service on Saturday, I had seen a rat in my house! Not good I am terrified of them! Will came over and had set some traps around. Within a few hours this rodent was caught. Will Duda came and did a thorough inspection of my entire home inside and out. He is very knowledgeable and professional. There is definitely a peace of mind now that I have found a company committed to excellent service and solving problems. Will has a very systematic and organized way of solving issues. I used excel for a treatment of carpenter bees on my deck. From start to finish the experience was very professional and positive. Laurette gave me an appointment right away once I stated the urgency, and the technician Ryan O. came on time, investigated the situation very meticulously and explained the situation. He answered every question very professionally and treated the area right away. I was very impressed with Ryan and Laurettes performance and would definitely use them again.

Best, most comprehensive service—worth the money. I moved to a new place and began experiencing bug issues in the kitchen. Excel is prompt, thorough and come as often as needed. (The contract says 6/year, but if there are continual or reappearance issues at any time they return. Totally solved the problem. My service person was Willie- Highly recommend!

Excel has been extremely prompt in their responsiveness to our issues. Their customer service has been excellent. We are using them for carpenter bee treatment as well as removal of raccoons under our deck. In particular, dealing with Willie Duda has been excellent. He is a very knowledgeable professional, respectful of our home and responsive to our requests.

We switched to Excel (the Orange NJ office) after not being satisfied with other companies and we are SO GLAD we did. We use excel for quarterly spraying outside in addition to a rodent issue which they solved for us. Our technician Ryan O. was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional, on-time and always followed up with me. The service I got from Excel surpassed the previous two companies I have used in the past. Ryan brought his supervisor out to ensure the issue was being handled properly. They identified the issue, made a plan and stayed on course until it was completely resolved within a few weeks. GREAT experience.

Just started using this company for Carpenter Ants. Ryan Oshayghnessy came inspected the house and laid out my treatment plan. He is so nice and so knowledgeable, I knew I didn’t need to look any further. I had previously called another big company that just quoted me on the phone (and a MUCH higher rate). Ryan was happy to answer my questions both via phone and text. Very easy to work with. My only complaint, and this will only effect a small group of customers and has nothing to do with Ryan is Excel bough a local company in my town Regent. So I was a little surprised that Excel had shown up when I was expecting Regent. He explained the owner from Regent sold his business because he is retiring and is now just an advisor. They did not tell me that on the phone, nor did they tell Ryan. So I had to ask as I was confused. Other then that, very happy!

We really enjoy working with Excel and our technician Willie. It’s very easy to schedule appointments and Willie is sweet and professional. He’s also very careful and thorough, which is extremely important for us.

The service hasnt removed the ants (yet). The ants has increased after the first treatment but Ryan personally came back to address it and he applied a gel. Ryan is very thoughtful and considerate that we have little children. This quality is very rare in a pest control company. 5 stars +1 extra star for the sincerity!

Their technicians are great! Their staff in the office and schedulers are not. They always messed up our bi-monthly account and would try to do more than one service a month and/or come monthly rather than bi-monthly. So, we switched to an as needed account. Unbeknownst to us, that canceled our account entirely and when we tried to schedule an appointment again, they gave us attitude, refused to schedule an appointment, and said we needed to start over again with getting an estimate and that they dont do as needed scheduling. Ridiculous! If you enjoy getting frustrated and trying to get ripped off, use these guys, otherwise go elsewhere.

Mike and Mike came to my house to address spiders and ants! They were friendly and great! I’m extremely happy with the services they provide. This was our second visit. The first visit was amazing. At that time I was dealing with bees in my backyard. Excel is the BEST! They not only addressed the bees, they got rid of them, was honest about the process, and what to look out for. Terrible experience, horrible Customer Service. Michelle was rude and purposely declined to resolve our issue. Zero communication. Waiting for a technician to come, arrived at my house then told me he was pulled back. 2nd technician arrived without notification and failed to perform the service they were asked to perform.

Although Ryan wasnt able to help with the mosquitoes in my backyard (since I have no grass) he was friendly, courteous and offered some great suggestions.

Excel technician Eduardo just came by the house due to mouse problem. I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He pointed out all possible entry points for mice for placment of steel wool and assembled and placed glue traps that will not be dangerous for my cat. Thank you, Eduardo and Excel!

I had the best experience today with Excel pest. I called this morning upon hearing a mouse stuck in my ceiling. They were completely booked and made room in their busy schedule to come out same day. Mike L (technician #39) promptly came and took a look in my ceiling for me. He removed the pests and provided me with excellent customer service. He removed the problem, and gave me solutions to tell my apartment so I don’t continue to have this problem in the future. I highly recommend using excel.

Excel Technician Kevin Williams is so great to us. He did not seemed rushed, and he listened to our issues with the current pests that were in our house. He took his time in getting all the areas that I was seeing activity. Very kind and professional, now I can sleep well at night!

Since I have moved into my house, i have had two constants mice and ants. I have had multiple people come to my house take a look and plug the holes and just leave. However Chris tech 39 was completely different then all these other companies and people. He walked me through each step and showed everything in the process, giving me a clear understanding on how to stop the ants and keep them from returning. I am happy to say after a month no ants nor mice have returned. Chris tech 39 is the man for the job, he will help you in every way possible and you can be assured when Chris tech 39 comes to your house he will handle the problem.
