Our company has been using eMazzanti as our one-stop IT solution for just under a year at this point and the experience has been very good overall. After identifying and overcoming some initial bumps during our transition period, they have become a reliable source for all of our IT needs. Don’t buy service from emazzanti.The team is inexperienced, work planning is horrendous, management is poor. We hired them to move and setup IT in the new office with the main reason that the cost was reasonable. The result of the ‘completed order’ was we needed to hire another IT service provider to fix…Overall we paid double because had no choice but to hire another company to fix after emazzanti…

We had some problems with our server this morning and the eMazzanti team was fast and efficient in getting us running again. Initially, we were told it would take half an hour to fix the issue, but Charminda fixed everything in just 15 minutes. Emanzzanti has the best Customer service. Every time I have a problem they are willing to help me no matter how long it takes them.
