My iMac unexpectedly crashed Memorial Day weekend and eMazzanti was immediately responsive to my panic. They took in my machine on the actual holiday, provided an extensive and detailed analysis, walked me through next steps, performed a full data recovery and helped me purchase a replacement. All of this above and beyond. I am extremely grateful for their concierge treatment - from the technical team )heade by Gabe Melendez) and the Account Manager (Jessica Brown).

I worked with eMazzanti Technologies for the first time this week. I worked with Carl and Greg. Both were very responsive and solved my tech dilemma quickly and professionally. Communication was good throughout the process, as they kept me updated regularly as they worked on my issue. They were able to take care of things for me in a little over 24 hours, which was no easy feat since international coordination was required on the project. I will definitely look forward to working with them for any tech-related issues I have!

As a longtime writer who was in the middle of some urgent literary correspondence while using a shaky PC laptop computer that was in the process of breaking down, I began using the eMazzanti eCares Agent to help me keep my computer going for the next five or six weeks until I could complete the negotiations and discussions I was working on. Both the terrific technical helpfulness of the eCares Agent itself, and the kindness and skills of the eMazzanti staff, helped me get through my work until I could take a few weeks off to send away for, and set up, a new computer. The reason that my previous computer was breaking down was that my previous mainstream virus-protection program only partially protected my system from a computer virus that I still don’t know how I got. With my new computer, I will continue to use the eMazzanti eCares Agent to keep my computer safer, and working more quickly, than the more mainstream programs seem to do. Our business relation between Fire District 17 Department and eMazzanti Technologies has been wonderful from the beginning. Sales and support engineers are prompt, quick, and work pleasantly with our IT engineers. Not only were they there to provide us with O-365 mail licenses support, but they went out of their way to explain to the admin staff the differences between all the license options and their cost.They care about their clients and make sure things go according to plan which shows in their work. Awesome! This is a dynamic, achievement-oriented company. Great to work for because of the access to the latest Microsoft tech. Customers give glowing reports of their experience. The engineers are very knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and extremely helpful. They have been there a long time, work hard because they enjoy helping people and learning the latest tech. I spoke with four of them privately about what they liked about the company and thats what they told me. Customer service is the top priority. The eMazzanti team is truly exceptional. We have been doing business with them for about 3 years now and I havent seen any other company with the customer service and professionalism that they provide. Over the years, no matter who we have come in to contact with from eMazzanti each and every individual has been phenomenal.In the beginning when we first started using their services our team had a lot of questions. Everything was knew and many of us were not tech savvy in the slightest. We had an IT tech on site almost an entire day making sure everything was running smooth and explaining step by step what was going on and how to handle it. They would not leave the premises except possibly once just to get some food or coffee.A few of the techs at one point or another provided their personal numbers in case of emergencies. Emergencies did happen and even on their day off they have answered. This was before my team became knowledgeable and comfortable on the protocol on who to reach out to depending on situation. The point is they went above and beyond any customer service you can ever receive.Now about 3 years later and they are still just as dedicated. My business is in Times Square in NYC. It is imperative to have everything up and running ASAP in such an active area. This team has jumped on a train from New Jersey and showed up in every possible emergency. Regardless of weather, holidays, weekends, days or nights they have been there.Not only have they shown up no matter the circumstances but they have done so with a smile on their face. Its such a pain free experience as it can be with some companies when trying to get customer assistance in any area of business. Don’t buy service from emazzanti.The team is inexperienced, work planning is horrendous, management is poor. We hired them to move and setup IT in the new office with the main reason that the cost was reasonable. The result of the ‘completed order’ was we needed to hire another IT service provider to fix…Overall we paid double because had no choice but to hire another company to fix after emazzanti…

We had some problems with our server this morning and the eMazzanti team was fast and efficient in getting us running again. Initially, we were told it would take half an hour to fix the issue, but Charminda fixed everything in just 15 minutes. I remember that on Christmas Eve, Chaminda Marabage help me with a big problem that I was having in one of our Pandora Stores.
