When looking for someone to service my Summit refrigerator I choose Certified Appliance due to the reviews it has received. Sadly, my experience has not been the same. I have a question regarding my service call and have called the office twice now. I was told twice that the manager will return a phone call to me. I am still waiting for that phone call. Based on my experience I would not recommend this repair company to anyone.After my third phone call I did receive a resolution to my issue.
