I have used EcoStrike professionally (I am a Realtor by trade) and personally and highly recommend them. I first had the opportunity to work with EcoStrike when I was listing a property that had evidence of mold. My clients lived out of state and were selling their deceased mothers property. EcoStrike tested for mold and unfortunately, there was a lot of it. Note that the company that performs the testing cannot do the remediation, so the sellers had to hire another company to do that. The remediation was completed but did not test to satisfaction. EcoStrike required them to remediate again until testing met the proper standard. The seller(s) were very thankful for EcoStrikes services and stated this to me in an e-mail. On the personal side, we had a water leak in our house that came on unexpectedly. Due to my good experience with EcoStrike the year before, I called them immediately. They were very responsive, came right out and addressed the issue, which I believe, saved us from further damage. We used them for water removal and later called them back for mold remediation after we tested and discovered mold. Its not an easy process to navigate during a pandemic, however, their staff of professionals were careful to address our needs and concerns and we can breathe easy! Thank you, EcoStrike!

I had a great experience with EcoStrike and would hire them again.I requested estimates from two companies prior to making my decision. The prices were about the same and I decided to go with EcoStrike because they came highly recommended and the owner Lamar was very straight forward and was empathetic to our situation.Once I had agreed to the proposal, operations manager Zach was able to schedule the start of the remediation within 48 hours. His team was nothing but professional. They were on time, worked full days, only removed the walls that were necessary, and were careful with our belongings.The post-remediation mold inspector (whom I hired independently) was also impressed with EcoStrikes work.

EcoStrike did an excellent job of cleaning our mold and water damage. They were very thorough and professional and left a clean work area when they were finished. They took a lot of the stress out of the mold remediation. I would highly recommend them.

On Christmas Day 2014 I walked in to two story flood at my Condo. Water damage, ceilings down and the beginning of mold on the walls and could reach no one for help. The next day I reached what I thought was a reputable company and they came right out. They set up their dehumidifiers and vacuums and said they could remove nothing wet because of the mold. Needless to say this only made things worse. Lamar and EcoStrike to the rescue! Got rid of the first company and Lamar and his crew jumped in removing saturated bedding, clothes, and carpet. Next, the walls and ceiling were opened and removed so the dry out and mold mitigation could begin. Professional, efficient and above all caring service. I was no longer alone in this difficult time. I want to thank Lamar and EcoStrike for their compassion and exemplary work.

At a very stressful time in my life, I found a blessing in this company. They handled each and every detail that arose with ease. All my belongings were stolen. Promised to send me reimburement check and received only 1/2. Was criticiized by all the other contractors that knew him, as being outrageous. removes more than necessary. Wanted to remove all the walls. second opinion said unneccessary. took months. again all my belongings stolen. hes too christian ?? and would not take responsibility. A real bad business

Ecostrike is the best. Such a great company with such great people who work there. The tech that came out to test for mold in our home was very professional and friendly. He worked quickly but was super helpful and informative. It turned out that we did have high numbers of a few different kinds of mold and since ecostrike did the test, legally they couldn’t do the mold remediation but they were still so helpful through the whole process. They called to check in and make sure we were okay as well as Lamar gave me helpful tips on what to do. I would highly recommend ecostrike for your mold related needs!

I called Lamar because I smelled something that seemed like mold. Previous to calling Lamar I called several other companies just to find out how much a mold test was and they refused to come to my home for less than $300.00-$500.00. Lamar was in the neighborhood stopped by 15 minutes after my call and was extremely helpful. He spent 30 minutes checking my home and did not charge me since he was already near by. Super nice guy and professional!

I first spoke with Lamar who came out that day and educated myself on what needed to be done and gave a very fair price (IMO) on the cost of the job. Lamar @EcoStrike was fantastic. He was courteous, prompt, professional and empathetic to our situation. Lamar made a stressful situation much easier for us. The price was very fair and the service was swift. Lamar was also able to set up mold testing post-remediation with a lab service which was also prompt. When we didnt receive the test letter from the testing service company, Lamar went above and beyond to get us the letter when requested.I would very highly recommend Lamar and EcoStrike and definitely use them again if something like this happened again.

I would recommend Lamar with Ecostrike, should anyone ever have the unfortunate experience of a flood. He is a very kind and knowledgeable man who put our worries to ease. We wish we would have used Ecostrike for our dry out but we did not meet Lamar until we discovered mold. Our home was professionally treated and we were treated with kindness and respect which during a stressful time as this it is beyond appreciated. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company and the first time I have ever felt the need to write a negative review. I cant go into all the details I would like to for certain reasons but I will try to say some things that I have learned from dealing with company for close to six months. Some of these things happened to me and others were just lessons I have learned from working with this Ecostike for so long.For starters get a quote! If they dont give a quote in writing tell them to leave your house. I did not get one, because they seemed nice but wow I wish I did. They charged me $9,400 to remove one row of moldy cabinets and set up a machine. $9,400 for maybe the 6 hours their two guys spent at my house. Get a quote if any company doesnt give you one they are looking to take advantage of you.Secondly do not sign the AOB. I was given a form by the owner to sign that unfortunately I made the mistake of not reading in detail. Read the form and take my advise and do not sign it. Basically this gives Ecostike the right to ANY money YOU should receive from insurance. They proved to me that they will do whatever they can to stay in complete control of your money and make sure they give you the minimum and make their wallets fat if you happen to file a claim. The form gives them the right to sue the insurance company if your claim gets denied and even though they sue you have to pay their lawyer fees and could have to pay the insurance company lawyer fees as well if Ecostirke losses.Third, get a public adjustor. I was convinced to not get one by the owner and he told me how much he would take care of me. Well he didnt take care of me, he took advantage of me. An adjustor works to get YOU the most money, Ecostrike works to get themselves the most money. Yes an adjustor gets a cut but they work to get you the most so their profit increases as well, but you stay in control.Fourth, do not trust this companies assurance that a claim will be approved. They want to get you to sign the AOB, so they can charge you and take control. Even if the claim doesnt get approved you owe them every penny. Possibly $9400 for a couple hours of work.Fifth, the work they preformed was not good. They left several items, including a brand new dishwasher that were all to be saved out in the rain unprotected. They did not haul away the debris, I had to take out all my cabinets to the street that they just threw in the yard. They were full of false promises that they never delivered on and then were very demeaning when I would mention that fact.Sixth, take a deep breath and a step back from whatever situation has caused you to read this. I panicked and called the first company I found. Looking back I should have just wrapped and sealed the area effected and explored all of my options. I put my trust in this company and they took full advantage of my trust and my situation.Finally, if you like being treated like a human being and dont like rude, aggressive and manipulative actions stay as far away from Ecostike as possible. I feel horrible after working with this company. I feel used, controlled and 100% disrespected as person. I am not writing this review out of anger, but truly to try to help someone else not feel the way that I do from this company. I hope your experience with whatever company you choose is significantly better than mine.

Lamar and his company saved that day. I called Ecostrike after a leak underneath my kitchen sink back in March. He was over to the house in minutes and had a dryout setup. The most professional, kind company I have ever dealt with. Lamar has been a great help through this, and between my wife being pregnant and the difficulty of the insurance company (Federated National. NEVER USE THEM. THEY ARE HORRIBLE), Lamar has been right there working with us, with the patience of a saint. Thanks Lamar and ECOSTRIKE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
