AND ALL BECAUSE THE WOMAN FROM THE UPS LEFT IT THERE WITHOUT EVEN TOUCHING OR LEAVING IT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR .. DIDNT HAVE TO LEAVE IT IN MADIO GROUND. ... THEY DO NOT LOOK FOR THE ADDRESS IF THEIR GPS DOESNT GIVE YOU THE HUBICATION THEY DO NOT ASK FOR YOUR NAME OR LAST NAME, THEY JUST LEAVE THEM WHERE IT HAPPENS

Great place for your mailing needs. I was returning some things to Amazon and they were helpful and kind. Can’t say that for the Staples that would take the return because of the type of return label. I will be using The UPS Store from now on.

The customer service here is fantastic. Abby was so helpful and made sure I had everything I needed to safely pack my package. The store is large and has anything youll need for mailing a package.

I was there right at closing time, in fact the lady was locking the door. She saw me drive up and said to come on in she could help me.I was so greatful, so much of the time businesses would not have done this.They would have locked the door and walked away.Thankful for great service

This is the only place I use to ship anymore. First opening times were rough but now the people are amazing. Excellent customer service. Very calm relaxing environment

Extremely disrespectful customer service. The customer service representative shook my wifes fragile package before handing it to her exclaiming Its so light! My wife explained what it was and the woman condescendingly and dismissively replied Well, I hope I didnt break it.I was originally going to review this place is having a pleasant and respectful attitude and Im sure other employees are not of similar calliber and even the involved employee may have been having a negative day. I hope this business takes this comment as an opportunity to improve overall customer service.
