Im not from Hobbs, New Mexico, Ijust moved here from San Antonio, TX. I Had found their website online and proceeded to call the business, I believe the phone must had rang barely even one time before a very polite gentleman answered me, I told him about some issues I was having with some musical equipment I had recently purchased elsewhere, not only did him and the owner help me, but they even explained to me what the causes were! They could have (but they didnt) totally manipulated me into paying for stuff I didnt need, just like many mechanic shops will do to people for example, but not this business! Im missing my way bigger hometown yes, but Im totally loving the way this place does business and actually listens & genuinely cares about your issues & helps you in any way possible! And without making you feel some type of way (like many other shops Ive ever been too) do... I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for help, advice, repairs, and items etc. In the music department... 5 stars all the way!

Dropped off a guitar of mine to get a switch replaced.Months later, having received no communication, I went in to check the status of the repair, and was told that the part had not yet arrived.Months later, having received no communication, I went in to check the status of the repair. The associate looked through a pile of parts nonchalantly located near the register and found the switch. He apologized and told me that it hadnt been installed yet. He said that it would be done within a few hours.Why was I not called either a) before the part was ordered to verify pricing or b) after the part was ordered to let me know how long it would be?How long had that part been buried near the register after it had arrived?If I hadnt gone in, how long would it have taken for the job to be completed and for me to be notified?Im a patient person, but roughly six months is excessive for a switch repair.

If I lived in Hobbs I would do all of my business here for sound and audio great people

Great place, great staff. I bought both of my ukuleles here and a piano, and will continue buying my instruments here.

Showed up at 9:30 when shop was supposed to open. We was told to come back in an hour and they would be open then. Please change and update your store hours on the web page. People from out of town waist there time and money on gas just to get turned away.
