Romeo was great. He focused on the areas that really needed help, and incorporated chiropractic adjustment work too. I knew going in that my back was a mass of knots due to stress & a desk job, and this massage provided a lot of relief. Ill definitely be back!

I did my first lip filler with Michelle. She did a great job with consultation, talking me through the procedure, and was informative with the healing process. I loved her work ! She does very modern techniques. She did a great job giving me a nice pout look and styling up my Cupid’s bow. I went back for a second filler and loved it even more. She gave me a follow up call to make sure how I am doing and I truly appreciate that. She is professional and honest ! I def recommend her services. Thank you Michelle !

I have been seeing Michelle for almost a year now and she is very informational on injections and spends as much time as she needs to ensure what’s best and educates you on everything you need to know. The office itself is always very clean and organized. They offer a wide range of medical / esthetic services and I feel very comfortable and safe in this environment.

I really like the facial rejuvenation with essential oils as my skin looks so fresh and glowing. I would like to appreciate Sydney King who did an amazing job made me feel so relaxing and refreshing. Love it!

The massage was the worst Ive ever had. The massage therapist did not listen to me. I requested more of a deep tissue massage. He basically just rubbed me. When I said you could use a little more pressure he applied extreme pressure in the arch of me foot with his thumb intentionally causing pain and told me I couldnt take deep pressure . He also focused a lot on stretching me, which I dont need nor did I request. I told him I dont like to have my legs massaged which he did anyway, not really massaged but rubbed, stretched and yanked. I paid for a 90 minute massage. I was there before my appointment time, which was 10:00. He took me at 10:10 and finished at 11:20 so it was a 70 minute rub down. He seems lazy and lacking in professional training. Disappointing to say the least and bizarre.

When you ask for extra passes they lie to you and tell you they cant do it because they will hurt your skin! They are such a rip off! They will tell you that the laser treatments is $5000 but if you buy today and today only I will be able to give you 75% off. And you only pay $2100. There laser machine is broke half the time! Trust me when I say, save your money and go to a place where the machine is not broke and the management is great! You wont get good management here!!!!

I had reviewed this place highly in the past, and chosen it based on high reviews. I see its gone downhill for reasons repeated in most of these reviews.Everyone wants to know the skinny: do they work? are the watered down? do they last? I dont know about you, but I dont care much about office decor, free coffee, or stylish couches. I care about how the product works. Period.Long time client (they can verify). I have been visiting this clinic for over three years. Its in the last year that things have changed.The good: Michelle is very knowledgeable. The first time I had Dysport with her it was well-done, and it was long-lasting. The first time she injected me (July, 2020), I had lasting effects. The last time, in the fall, it wore off quickly. Not sure what happened, but Im not chancing dropping another 500. Now they are doing areas. Sorry, thats just not what happens at licensed cosmetic surgeons. Its too arbitrary.Im writing, though, because of the horrible experience I had with the front office. I spent 500 on dysport, so I was given a free facial. I didnt care for the girl who did my facial-- it was a blatant attempt at pitching her wares and services, and came with the traditional, Wow, you really need a, b, and c. Thats not the way to ingratiate yourself, nor is it the way to upsell a thing. Use diplomacy.The free facial was about two minutes long, and might as well have been a few splashes of water. Zero effects. Time-share spiel waste of time. I also didnt care for Dianes (?) attitude. Once she found out I wasnt spending 200 for a facial peel, she didnt really do much of anything besides complain about my skin.Now the reason for the 2 stars (I had originally given 5): I referred a friend who has now visited the clinic multiple times, even serving as a demo for them and their team. She has spent a fair amount of change here. I was told when she came in, I would get some sort of incentive or discount. Of course, these were never applied. The front office acted as if I were trying to commit HW robbery when I asked about my discount/incentive (they didnt offer it, of course, even though they said they would). The one woman began arguing with me, and offered me an actual punch card, like we were at some lowbrow coffee shop, saying it would be punched each time I referred someone?! Okay, yeah, because I have 20 friends who are going to drop thousands at your place? Isnt one friend who drops thousands enough for a small referral discount? If you collect a few grand off of business I referred you, you can afford to throw in something beyond a fake three-minute face rub. Its business, and thats how things work.Until this is resolved, I will not be patronizing them.

Got micro needling with PRP with Michelle and I loved it! She was kind and very attentive during the procedure making sure I was okay since it is a bit intense. My skin looked so nice a couple days later once the redness subsided.

When I went here for the first time I got 100 units of Dysport and there was no result. I went back after 2 weeks and there answer was to sell me more @ $10 per unit. I get there 100 unitsDysport every 3 months @ another Med Spa and have always been happy with the results. I went here because there was a good deal on Groupon. I am sure that they Diluted the Dysport. Would not waste my time or money again!!!!!!!

I drove over an hour to come here and I had mentioned that I had a Groupon and they wouldn’t accept it because I had purchased a Groupon before for a different treatment back in 2019 how am I supposed remember that and they did make me aware of this when I made the appointment and I had let the lady know that I was using a Groupon. The worst customer service you will ever get for past 3 weeks I am trying to set up 90 mins message so last week when I called were fully booked but your all set for this week . Now this week when I called just to confirm my appointment she is saying I don’t have any appointment setup. So sad you guys running a business with absolutely no process. Beautiful office. Upon arrival you are greeted by the receptionist and they do not give you dirty looks. I was given a treatment plan of all procedures that can help enhance the quality of my skin. While being injected by Veronica for my lips she was very gentle and understanding of your results wanted. She described the flaws of my lips and began to shape them and showed me step by step of how they are looking. Everyone in the clinic was so nice, I defiantly felt very comfortable. I am beyond happy with the results and this has become my permanent med spa.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful....and full of good, knowledgeable information. I always have a good experience. Since I started coming here (seven months ago) my skin has seen remarkable improvements. Ive also done the BTL lipo treatment, and have been happy with those results as well. I trust the employees completely....they havent steered me wrong at all!

I read every review I possibly could before visiting Aesthetic Medicine Center because I was absolutely terrified about injecting anything into my face as this was my first time doing this, and I have to say, the negative reviews were NOTHING like the experience I had. Im not sure what the girl at the front desks name was but she was very friendly and gave a good impression when I walked in. I filled out some paper work, handed it back to her and 2 minutes later I met with Dawn. I thought Dawn was super knowledgeable and very real. She listened to everything I had to say, talked to me more about skin care routines and was not pushy at all with upselling. She mentioned a facial that she thought would benefit me, but followed that up with asking me if I wanted time to think about it which I replied yes to and she did not mention it again. I absolutely did not feel like she was trying to shove that down my throat. After talking with Dawn she showed me around, and sat me down in a room where I waited for the nurse. Next I met Veronica. She was super nice to me and she asked me what exactly I was looking for, which I really appreciated because one of my fears was that they would just end up doing whatever they thought was best and not listen to what I told them to do. Veronica TOOK. HER. TIME. with my lips which again gave me so much ease because I knew she was doing everything she could to make sure that they looked even. I told her that this was my first time getting injections put in my lips and she seemed really excited for me and made me feel like it was something that I should be excited for again instead of feeling nervous. Overall, this could not have gone better for me and so far (from what I can tell underneath bruising and a little swelling) my lips look incredible.

This place was really nice. I recently got an IV infusion and so far my skin feels better and i have more energy. I will definitely be coming back for other services!

Very bad customer service I have been waiting for my refund for the past 3 months I never received services from them and the owner has never even got back to me about my money in the past three months it’s a lot of money I’m guessing they are trying to avoid me now and not pay me back.

Lost my chart then tried to tell me I “probably” paid for a service for which I ABSOLUTELY paid 220.00 in advance. AGA is office manager...EXTREMELY rude. Hung up on me 13 times because I became upset when she said I “probably” paid but would not ascertain the fact that I did pay. To resolve the matter I requested that Dr.Nowabilska call me to resolve it. She never called and I suspect the staff never told her about this problem. Today is three days later; I have left them two messages to refund my money and they have not called back. Do not waste your money. AGA who is office manager is vindictive with complaints. My next step is to file a police report.

Excellent place! Absolutely loved the staff and the IV vitamins. I feel amazing and even lost weight! I’ll be a lifetime customer!

I’ve spent years going to very expensive places throughout the city and suburbs for Botox and fillers, with minimal results. I came to Aesthetic Medicine Center for their June special, expecting pretty much the same. Michelle, the RN there, was absolutely phenomenal. She took a long time talking to me to find out exactly what I wanted, and administered the injections with very little pain or swelling, and no bruising whatsoever. The results I received were by far the best I’ve ever had. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience, and considering their office was easy to get to and I spent substantially less money, I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Everyone was friendly and informative. It was a good experience and I love my results. I will definitely come back to enjoy their many services.

I was screamed at during my consultation. Then followed out of the office by your employee (Dawn) who then continued to be hostile with me. When I asked for a manager (Agata Kwuik), the employee then spoke with the manger for several minutes before coming out to address me. Poor customer service. No acknowledgement of how poorly the employee handled herself.In response to your response: when I arrived, you were the only employee not wearing a mask and not staying 6 feet away with no protective barrier. You also tried to explain that you had the virus and so have antibodies. To which, I explained to you that it’s not proven yet and should be erring on the side of caution regardless. You should have been wearing a mask in the first place and then offering your explanation of antibodies, allowing your customers & clients to decide for themselves if they are comfortable with you removing your mask. Instead you make the decision for us. Then when I let you know, politely, how I felt, as I work in a health care setting, you interrupted me and told me there was no need for me to talk. Now, you are saying you were not wearing a mask because you could not breathe. Perhaps if you were having trouble breathing, then you should be the one to stay home. And maybe you were out of breathe from talking so poorly with & about the consult before me.I heard your entire sales pitch where you continuously tried to oversell her. When you stepped out to process her payment for the 50 units and not 100 you insisted on, she opened the door and said “they are really pushy!” And I was trying to understand that what part of your job. But then you pulled the girl from the front desk, telling her you were unsuccessful and for her to use “her charm.” You then gave her a run down of what you already said so she could try something different. And that is slimy to talk like that and moreover that I was able to hear that conversation. You are unprofessional in every sense.I was even taken 45 min after my scheduled appointment. You peaked head out of your office to acknowledge I was waiting (this was after the woman before me left & before you talked about her in the hallway) by saying you would be right with me. Only for me to wait another 10 min.After you not wearing a mask and me exiting the office, I went to front desk to explain to the sweet girl at the front desk that I no longer needed an appointment. At that point, you followed me to the front and was yelling at me. My exact words “you are being hostile.” And you continued to yell. When I asked the girl at front for who your boss was, you then went to back to get the spa owner yourself, talking to her for several minutes before either of you appeared - Me, worried, as I had just filled out 5 pages of personal information. The saving grace is the girl at the front desk apologizing and even saying you “shouldn’t have come to the front acting like that, it’s so embarrassing.” Honestly, something is very wrong with you to behave as you did and to give the response you did. I hope that you realize positive change can make a huge difference. You have other bad reviews, that I tried to look past, but they are true. You need an awakening!

This was my first time coming here, and I would love to come back! I highly recommend Romeo for a deep tissue massage, I came in with the intent of getting rid of some neck pain and he did a great job targeting the extra tense muscles. :)

Back in January of 2020, I decided to give myself a birthday present and take care of my dark under eyes. As I was looking on Groupon I came across a deal for filler at AESTHETIC MEDICINE CENTER in Hinsdale. On the day of my apt, I arrived and waited a while. Once they finally called me back, I was brought into an office type room directly adjacent to the main waiting area. I spoke with Dawn who proceeded to point out all of the other areas that I needed work on besides the one that I was there for. She was trying to up-sell me on more filler. I explained that I was only there for my under eye area which I was very self-concise about. She stated that I would definetly need more than one syringe of product. (Dawn is an esthetician, not a RN) I went into the treatment room where Aga walked in. I showed her my under eye area. She told me that I would need a lot of product to correct this area. I asked her if she had done this treatment often when she replied that she had worked with many big doctors downtown and knows what shes doing. She started her injections, which was done with a regular needle that wasnt injected deep. Ive since found out that under eye filler isnt supposed to be closer to the surface. It should be injected deep. She placed 1 cc under EACH eye . Almost immediately I began to swell and bruise. She explained to me that was normal. I looked in the mirror and was horrified. They told me it should get better and sent me home with an ice pack. I arrived home about an hour later, both of my eyes were so swollen that my vision was starting to become obstructed. I called the office the next morning and they wanted to see me in the office the next week. I walked around looking like I had 2 black eyes for over a week, the filler created more darkening under my eyes since the product was placed so superficially. When I went back, Michelle gave me a product to dissolve the filler. She wanted me to come back in another 2 weeks for more dissolving. I have been back a total of 4-5 times to have the all of the filler dissolved. My last apt was last month where all of the remaining filler was dissolved. I explained to the owner, Dr Anna, that I felt very upset and that I felt like I was taken advantage of. She persisted in telling me that the stuff to dissolve the filler is very expensive. As if that was somehow going to make me feel okay with the whole situation. The nurse Michelle told me that she would talk to the owners, who come to find out are the doctor and Aga, my injector, and ask them to give me a refund. That sounded like a fair deal since all of my product was dissolved due to Agas incompetence. I was given the run around for a few weeks until I finally told the office manager who was just telling me whatever she thought would get me off the phone the fastest, that if I didnt hear from someone I was going to call the BBB, report them to the town of hinsdale and whomever else I needed to do I would be taken seriously. I finally received a call from the owner Aga who finally agreed to a refund. This was after she hung up on me. I have a voicemail as proof from her AND a text message. But now they wont respond to my calls or messages.This place is a total scam and has very shady practices. Ive reported them to the BBB as well as other accrediting organizations. Im not even sure if Aga is an actual RN because shes listed in their website as a patient coordinator. This is the 3rd business name and location all because of shady practices. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Purchased a Groupon for 3 IV therapy treatments. I arrived today at 10:45am for my 11AM appointment, I am leaving now at 12:40PM without having a treatment, being stuck 7 times and then blowing up 2 veins one which started to bleed through the bandaid onto my clothes. After not being able to get a vein they left me in the room with water to help pump up the veins and a doorbell for when I was finished. I rang the doorbell SEVERAL times only for no one to return. I then just got up and walked out, I literally just left completely upset in tears because they have wasted hours of my time. I will NEVER EVER patronize this place and their Groupon needs to be taken down. Untrained and Unprofessional!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience! Everyone at the office was so nice and sweet. They offered my friend and I a tour of the facility and also we got to enjoy a few snacks. The procedure wasn’t as painful as I thought it was going to be and I noticed instant results on my friend. Mines kicked in a few days later and I love how everything turned out. Can’t wait to go back and get more. Debating on trying something new!!! By the way Dawn is awesome!

I bought dysport and it didnt work. They wouldnt do a touch up. They told me i can buy more units but they dont do touch ups and there is nothing they cant do. I do not recommend this place.

I stumbled upon this place and what a find! The staff here is so warm, friendly and informative. As a new patient, they really took the time to tour me around their facility and explain all the cool treatments they provide. They also thoroughly explained the skincare products they have available and which ones would work best for me to address my skincare concerns. I really like how they made my concerns top priority, as opposed to some places that just tell you what they think you needed to get done. The treatments I got were in preparation for my wedding, so Im so happy I found them! They truly made me feel pampered & glowing for my big day!!

I am incredibly annoyed with this office...I have a tech that I prefer, so I would schedule my laser hair removal to be done by her. Side note: I will add that I liked the woman who performed my first session).On 1 occasion, they scheduled me outside her schedule (even though I had requested her), so I was stuck with someone else.For another appointment, they had her schedule so overly booked without taking the length of these appointments into consideration, so I had to wait nearly an hour before seeing her. I run a company and schedule my time accordingly, so this was a massive inconvenience.On my last appointment, I was excited to see her, only to be pulled back by a new woman. When I asked where the woman I usually booked with was, they told me that she had quit about 2 weeks back.Heres the thing- I understand someone leaving, therefore another person would take their place for the appointment (obviously), but it is also your job to inform the clients of that person having left, so that they are not blindsided and have the option to choose who they would like to perform the services that they had paid for.In the room, I learn that it is her first day ever using a laser. ...everyone has a training period, but no client wants to hear how its your first day using a laser on a human ever (her words). Granted she offered to have someone supervise, but it was a major turn off.Then I explain to her how the other woman does the work and how that is exactly how Id like to continue it. I even say, you may be trained to only pass over once or twice with the laser, but my usual technician spends about 5-10 minutes passing over the area because she knows that not only can I handle it, but that is what I want.So fast forward through this session- I can tell that she is using the laser about an inch away from the area that was requested and does 2 passes before wiping the gel off.I asked her to go again and even used the term go ham and said I promise, I can handle it. Sounds so goofy, but I was trying to get my point across and told her exactly how to hold the laser and use it.She does 2 more pass overs, not quite how I said to do it, and says, youre not even pink.I was so aggravated. Im thinking, No sh*t.I inquire about more treatments because even with 6 sessions done on time and the tech I preferred working much more vigorously than the other women Ive been on the chair for, I still have hair coming in. I also do not have a lot of hair, nor is it thick, so I truly do not understand why it is still coming in. They told me $650.00 for a small section, but offered me a deal for a small sum $550.00.Yeah, Ill be sure to drop that much money for your technicians trying to get away with 2-3 passes, not getting the area that I had requested, not scheduling properly or showing consideration for what the client requests.......Just, no thanks. I will not be returning to this location and for the life of me cant recommend their services.

I absolutely love this Med spa!! The nurse injector, Michelle, is the best injector around! I’ve gotten Jeaveau injections from her and my results are always Perfect! First time at this location. Staff was very helpful and I felt comfortable. Service was Fantastic and I will recommend friends to come and experience all the great work they do to satisfy all of there clients.

Dawn is who you want to see. She is professional and will go out of her way to make you comfortable and make sure you have a good experience. I love that she uses natural products and methods for exfoliation, etc. I am doing laser hair removal here and will post again after a few more months... I am about 3 or 4 sessions in and seeing some good results.

I had first-time Xeomin injections by Laura today and she was fantastic! Very professional and most importantly very knowledgeable about injections. She understood exactly what I wanted and did not disappoint. I’m already seeing results and will be returning with my other skin care needs very soon!!

My friend and I went for massages and facials for a girls day. The facials were awesome. However they were over shadowed by the awkward and uncomfortable massages we both had. The best part was that we were both equally as creeped out and have a good story. It was definitely the most painful massage I’ve ever had, which was ok for a while, but not so much when I had bruises the next day. Also, he made both of us feel very uncomfortable. I don’t recommend a massage with Romeo.

Natalie is the best one there! I always know she will do the best possible for me as a client.

I heard a lot of good things about Aesthetic Medicine Center, so I thought Ill go there and I made Right decision! I had 2 treatments so far and Im really satisfied with results. I would highly recommend this place. I’ve been dealing with hyper pigmentation, breakouts and just very problematic skin with a ton of congestion and Dawn has helped me get on the right track to fixing this issue. I’ve seen her twice and scheduled to see her a third time. In the past I would have never left home without wearing makeup. Have not applied any since I started seeing her! She is helping me get beautiful, glowing and youthful skin. She’s very professional and educated on her stuff! I always walk out with some new knowledge.

Incredibly RUDE. I waited 40 minutes and then a woman, who did not introduce herself said she would not honor the terms I had been told were available. She mumbled something about how much money shed make. She did not apologize or offer a compromise. Do not waste your time. I think I dodged a bullet!12/12/19 EIGHT months after I posted my comments re waiting 40 minutes & then being told my ONE groupon would not be honored, they posted a response. I rest my case!

I am a young female that has lived with acne and deep acne scarring for a long time. After getting a recommendation from my dermotologist to get microneedling I decided to save up $ and give it a try. I purchased a groupon and I got way more than I could have asked for. They are very knowledgeable and kind hearted here. I felt like I could kick my feet up stay and chat forever. I knew I was going to need more than one treatment and cost always being a factor I was figuring Id be getting my needling done every 3-4 months. NOPE. They worked with me and priced out a plan than made it possible now!!!!!! And they also recommended how I could further help my other skin problems. They were knowledgeable in the product and life changing recommendations. I was impressed. I can not say thank you enough. This place is one of a kind. Do yourself a favor and stop waiting and treat yourself to a better you.

I do not recommend this place. Here is my case...They don’t respect the price of the quotes and they like to ask for money on the 1st visit there.The first time I was there the manager told me $50 per area per carboxy, the day I went to do it they increased to $500 for the abdomen area but if I paid 10 sessions in advance it would be $2500, I was so desperate and I wanted that treatment after have a lipo vaser so I paid and I did my treatment with Michele because I don’t like “Aga” or whatever her name is written. She is one of the managers or owners I don’t care.After finishing my 10 treatments, I went back today to another session and wanted me to buy another 10 sessions, when Michele told me they would respect the price of the following at $250 for each time to back there, I am very disappointed with her for that attitude and not keeping her word, also Lizeth for having me there and lose my time at that consultation where all they wanted was to buy more packages of something that I know will not work in my case. Also Aga was rude with me today saying: I did not want to offend anyone present but the collagen stop to produced at 30 (I have no idea why did she say that) because is something as a cosmetologist I know, tell that to yourself Aga, you are old and using botox not me.I am 33 years old and I look younger age and I know it because all people tell me every place I go, the only person thinks differently is she.Aga you need some education how to treat and respect the customer, as long as the money you receive is from the client, they need some respect. Aga you can use my free facial (the facial that I got for waiting more than an hour for one of my appointments) because your face really looks tired and angry all the time.

Very knowledgeable staff and super clean, I had a vampire facial, and a laser procedure done there and everyone was so wonderful. They treat you like family and they are all so helpful when trying to pick products! Thank you AMC!

My SECOND time coming here was better than my first time mainly because the good looking guy with a nice personality did it better! I didn’t know his name, but he was amazing at dermaplaning and had did my facial with oil and actually used a warm towel on my face; instead of it being dry like the first time and using a cold towel with the other girl. He really took his time shaving my face and got every area of hair I wanted! My skin feels so glowy and I’m loving it, so bless him with a thank you! Hahah

Found some deal on Facebook from Aesthetic Medicine Center, for laser hair removal. The experience was so pleasant, staff was so warm and welcoming, answering all of my questions with our honesty. The machines used are so effective, yet painless, and of highest quality. Can not wait for my next treatment!

My two stars are ONLY in regards to the front desk lady who answers phones especially Monday mornings (when I called.) Her name is, Isabella. She is SO incredibly RUDE. The physician had offered me a Restylane price the same as the groupon price for my second syringe and when I called back to make the appointment all she yelled was NO, the doctor can’t do that. NEWS FLASH, SHE IS THE DOCTOR NOT YOU. I see a lot of bad reviews in regards to this same European lady and I think it’s time to let her go and find more friendly staff....otherwise, the doctor and the nurses are very sweet, professional, and do a great job. I had a nurse do my tear troughs and she really did a wonderful job.
