I visited the Hinsdale location for my first lab test. I was the second person in there and the lab tech helped me to register. She was very friendly and competent person and I was out in fifteen minutes.

They will never answer the phone and never return your call. I have left several messages over a two week period and never gotten a call back.

I just want to compliment the staff especially LaTrice who was exceptionally sweet and accommodating. Thank you for great service!

Extremely horrible place. Very unprofessional staff. They have no skills. Looks like the staff is forced to sit there. Scheduling an appointment, phone service, all the way to the screening itself is bad. I refuse to go back to this place. I refuse to get screening done here.

I almost didnt go to this location because it got such bad reviews. When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by the nicest staff. They made my daughter feel so comfortable while getting her tests done. I would definitely visit this location again!

I just thought it would be fair to write about my two experiences to LabCorp in Hinsdale. Come prepared. I have done two pre-employment drug screenings here. Make sure you come here on time, call their number to find out their drug screening window periods, and ALSO, bring a printed form that your employer provided you with to get your work done here at LabCorp. Also, your ID card. If you follow the steps Ive provided, youll be in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I had an appointment for 9:30 and arrived about 5 minutes before. Check in was easy. Phlebotomist was skilled; no pain, no brusing. I was out 10 minutes later. If I need a similar test in the future, Im coming back to this one.

First of all I dont understand all the bad reviews. If youre saying you arrived here thirty minutes prior to close time thats pretty inconsiderate and you should probably come at least an hour before. Thats just a consideration though. I came here for an employee drug test and I couldnt have been any more than ten or fifteen minutes at the clinic. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I arrived two hours before close time and without making an appointment either. No problems at all!

Ive only been there once, but the person I dealt with was very unfriendly, spoke too quickly, and I thought was very rude to others. It doesnt cost anything to greet people properly -- how about Good morning, how can I help you today? instead of what I heard her say to someone that walked in, What are you here for?.I think your visitors arent any more thrilled about being there than you are -- why make it even worse for them?

Very rude staff - their online website allows online appointments at 11:30 am but when you show up they say we have different urine sampling hours. Once I complained, they treated me like they are doing me a favor to get their job done. Couldnt give them no star, that what they deserve.

They did not send the results to my doctor for a week. And for my husband they never sent the doctor the results. We had to call multiple times and leave messages. Not going there anymore.

Would be nice if someone ever answered phones there.

Came in on Wednesday after Labor Day @ 10am. Got in and out in 15 minutes. Staff was great.

If I could rate them less than 1 star I would. The staff is rude and incredibly unhelpful. They refused to sign my mileage reimbursement trip log. As if they had to pay for anything. Useless staff, terrible treatment. I refuse to go back. This reflects horribly on LabCorp!

Worst service ever. They say they close at 12 on saturdays on their website and when I walked in at 11:20 am for my drug screen they said they were close. False advertising. Next time put the correct timing.

Cannot call and speak to anyone. I have left a name and number on the VM that said a return call would be made. It never was! Had several tries.

The lady here was rude! Treated my husband like he was ignorant. She was talking so fast she couldnt be understood. Terrible!

Don’t go to this location if you have other options. The 2 women there were very unfriendly and obviously don’t like their job or working with the public.

The staff was extremely welcoming and polite, and it may have been just good timing, but even without an appointment I was in and out of there super fast.
